Good location, nice big room, minimal view window to an enclosed courtyard with plants. Nice shower lots of places to put luggage and personal items.

Very dark, one room didn’t have towels and had to ask the desk multiple times. One room only got bath towels, no had, bath mat.

This hotel should be a 4 star. Beautiful entry with traditional ceramic tile floor. Lots of plants and windows. King size bed, Nice furniture. Helpful staff!

The shower ran very hot, but we've informed them and I'm sure it's already fixed.

the location was super, the staff were very friendly and responded to every question I had. they have arranged the taxi which took us to Chichen Itza and to the cenotes. it was around 1700 pesos for a regular taxi, but we teamed up with other travelers so they had to arrange a bigger taxi for 5 people and it cost 1900pesos. the room was very clean and comfortable. has a very nice view from the rooftop, although we didn't use it.

there is no elevator, but there are only 2 floors, so if you have problems with stairs maybe you should ask for a room on the ground floor. no breakfast.

it is very central

Parking is far away, not at hotel. Left the rental car parked outside hotel and think someone took the car plates. not good since it cost me an additional 250 dollars to cover for it.

Location is great. Hotel is an old building but has been updated. AC works well.

Towels and toiletries should be updated. Noise in hallways carries into rooms. Pool is not usable, in the lobby, zero privacy from anyone walking in from off the street.

Great location and the room was also just like on the pictures. One of the receptionists were super helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations/tips for restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name however he was the nicest 😊

Amazing location (right behind the Central Park Cathedral), helpful staff. Parking available but not on premises (a 2 block walk). We had an issue with the toilet in the room we were assigned but they kindly switched us to a different room. All things considered, it was an enjoyable stay for me and the family.

Perfect location for our trip to see the beautiful city if Valldolid. Hotel Catedral was in walking distance to the square with a wonderful rooftop view of the Cathedral. Would Stay again when visiting Chichen Itza and the Cenotes around the area.

We came at one of the hottest times of the year, so the AC was a little overworked, but they don't keep them on with no vacancy, in an effort to save power. Understandable, plus you can cool off in one of the local Cenotes.

Staff is super kind and very helpful. There's a parking spot behind the hotel that feels very safe. You're in the city centre and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The shower was half broken and the water temperature could not be controlled. It was too hot!

Location Staff did try hard. Management was a bit reluctant to help us when we had to change plans (wanted to leave one day early - 3 versus 4 nights).

Management could be more flexible and helpful. The staff shouldn’t be put in awkward situations.
