Great atmosphere in the common areas, amazingly decorated rooms, good AC. Very good beds/mattresses. Overall very clean. Host was super nice and explained everything to us, his English is great!

Bad WiFi signal in our room, lots of mosquitoes (the net in front of the window had gaps along the sides) in the room. Limited hot water available for the shower. Music in the restaurant was too loud when sitting down there and they also play a different type of music up on the roof terrace which you can hear at the same time. Staff at the restaurant was inattentive both times that we sat down.

Great location in city center in walking distance from restaurants and the cenote. The staff was friendly and helpful. Small hotel just 7 rooms.

The restaurant, which isn't a part of the hotel but is connected to the garden area played music all day long until they closed in the evening at 9-10 pm. They did turn the music down whenever we asked them.

The room is nice and clean, the location is very good it's close to ADO, the main plaza and the nice street that leads to the cathedral.

There was no WIFI in the room that we stayed, they give you a password and everything but the connection didn't reach until our room so that was a pity we had to use our own roaming because we don't have much GB. In the bathroom there are humidity marks on the walls, and I think the bathroom needs some restoration it's very old.

My husband and I stayed over New Years along with three other friends and occupied 3 of the rooms here. All three rooms over exceeded our expectations. The common grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. The owners take pride in every little detail. There is something special to see around every corner of the garden. Rooms were beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. The staff kept the rooms immaculate.

Beautiful tranquil garden, nice decor, setting very relaxing and the pool so welcome in the heat! Good location in the town, near to the main zocalo and lovely street Calz. de Los Frailes with nice cafes and craft shops. Also a delicious bakery round the corner called Ancestra on Calle 46.

The room was quite dark if you didn’t have the doors wide open but then it meant it wasn’t very private as we were right by the pool and facing b the restaurant. Our shower was also very temperamental. The peace of enjoying the garden was also spoilt a little by the music from the restaurant which didn’t quite fit with the vibe of the hotel, something a little more relaxing and melodic might have helped the tone!

Relaxed family hotel a short walk from everything you might need. We loved the hammock outside the room and the pool to cool down. Secure parking meant we could keep the rental scooter safely overnight.

It would be good if the attached restaurant offered a breakfast service for the guests. This would really push this hotel up a notch. The restaurant played music that was audible from the rooms, but not after midnight.

The hotel is located near to city centre. The staff is great, we had a problem with WiFi connection and they help us to solved it.

The hotel is a part of restaurant which cause that a music is going on till the midnight. Rooms do not have soundproof windows so sleeping before midnight can be hard.

Amazing location, right at the centre! But inside an amazing beautiful little oasis. The family owning it are amazing hosts and helped us with all we needed. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved our stay here :)

Perfect location, just minutes from the main square and ado & collectivo stations! Lovely garden with lots of cosy corners to relax. The pool is an added bonus for kids to play after busy day. Rooms were beautifully made. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Nice central location, everything is in walking distance, without all the noise. Big affordable rooms, plenty of parking space and super helpful staff. Especially Vania (i think this was her name) who gave me tips on local cuisine and sights and by the way also was the guide for my free walking tour! Thanks
