Hotel is beautiful, love all the greenery and seating options, Good location near center of town Good size (double bed) room and patio Beds were comfortable They give you a lot for breakfast (including fresh fruit and juice) and everything was very good quality

Room refrigerator space was taken up my hotel items, a bigger refrigerator would be better for rooms with a kitchenette - we couldn't make ice, so had to ask the bartender for ice each day No kitchen or pool towels provided Not enough counter space in the bathroom, we moved in a bench from the room Water completely turned off during my shower (approx. 6:30pm), it started again, slowly within a couple of minutes. Breakfast - there weren't many main course options that we wanted, we also would have preferred that they switched up the breakfast bread options Jacuzzi wasn't powerful enough to enjoy, pools seem more for show than actual use

Very quaint hotel, lots of quiet nooks to relax with soothing water features. Super efficient and kind staff. I had a medical problem and they were extremely helpful in helping me to get to the right physician. The breakfasts, included, are amazing and they even have decaf coffee (we are unable to drink caffeine). The fruit juices are made of the whole fruit, they have a vegan option too. Their welcome drink, a Mezcal tropical drink is awesome. The location is an easy walk to the main plaza and church. Our room was petite but very functional with wonderful decorations. The bathroom was large with hot water shower and a big sink. The towels very satisfactory. In room coffee maker and small refrigerator. There are some items for purchase in the refrigerator. There's lots of trees and plants throughout the hotel with 2 swimming pools. Overall a delightful experience. We were in room 104.

This was one of my favourite hotels ever. Our room was beautifully decorated, a good size with an outdoor kitchen area with table to sit and enjoy the view over the garden (a sun shade would have made it even better). Beds were super comfortable, staff were wonderful and there was an excellend breakfast included which you can eat it in the garden, restaurant or bar area, all of which are lovely. 2 pools and a lovely area full of plants to relax in behind the pool at the back. We booked at the last moment when the hotel we had originally booked had given away our room and I am so happy they did and we got to experience Le Muuch!

Totally recommend staying at this lovely boutique hotel 🫶🏼 We had a wonderful stay! It was our honeymoon and they greeted us with a welcome drink and a beautiful bed decorated with fresh rose petals (see photo 🥹). It was such a sweet touch, very appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, the staff was so genuinely friendly, the whole hotel feels like an inside/outside dream, location is perfect, we walked around everywhere to great restaurants/bars/cenote and overall loved loved Valladolid. The breakfast included in our stay every morning was phenomenal. Fresh juice, amazing coffee, lots of options. The hotel was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so sweet and helpful.

In our room it was pretty noisy (could hear hotel guests and music in lobby, dogs outside etc). Shower head created razor blade-like streams of water which was somewhat painful to rinse off in. These complaints did not come even close to how amazing our stay was at the hotel though and we would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful spot in a great town! We loved our stay here. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It is deceptive as the entrance is on a main road, however once you step inside it is peaceful and tranquil. The breakfast was amazing! There was a lot of care to detail and upkeep. We had a king room on the top floor which had its own terrace which was great. It was also located close to the main square and an easy walk. Parking was also available off site however we had no trouble getting street parking right out front. I highly recommend!

No lift. However staff were accommodating in helping with luggage up the stairs.

The hotel was a little oasis with a pool and bar surrounded be greenery. The room was spacious and clean. They gave you a free welcome drink and breakfast was included, both which were absolutely delicious! The location was in the center of town - all attractions and restaurants were within a 5 to 10 minutes walk.

You can easily hear your neighbors walk by and the bathroom was outdated. Any time you wanted to borrow a towel for the pool, they asked for your drivers license or passport and kept it until you returned it, which was a bit uncomfortable as the front desk did not seem to secure.

The architecture is very interesting, there are several buildings that are connected through the inner garden, which is very beautiful. There is plenty of space to sit and relax, and you can have a refreshing swim in both or one of the two swimming pools. The room was very big and comfortable (I recommend going for a double master suite with 2 beds). We were sleeping in a building with private staircase so it was very quiet. You only hear some birds, the wind blowing through the trees, and occasionally some dogs and a chicken, but nothing too loud. We had a good sleep evey night. We also had a balcony with hammock which was really beautiful. The breakfasts from their restaurant K’uxup were all very delicious, as well as their snacks and cocktails.

Only the water pressure from the shower is very low, maybe this is the case in all of Valladolid.

Beautiful decorated hotel. Lots of plants and flowers. A cute boutique on the property. Welcomed with a free cocktail. The staff was also very nice. Good breakfast included! Location is also just a short walk from the main square and very close to the ADO bus terminal (8 min walk). They also helped us book a private 3 cenote tour with a taxi for 1200 pesos for two persons! Recommend! We got a free upgrade to a king room!!

Nothing significant. If I had to comment maybe that that were only two beds near the pool and a lot of breakfast tables. When the beds were taken I tried the hammocks but there as hung too tight so you can’t really sit in them! Maybe fix these hammocks because it looked like a great spot to lounge!😎😃.

Amazing hotel, a definite hidden gem in the city of Valladolid. Staff were super helpful, and the room was great. Breakfast was superb, and the bar offered a range of great food and drinks. It's within walking distance of everything you need or want. Would definitely recommend!

The bathroom had a bit of a 'sewery' smell to it, and they didn't notify us where we could park the car in advance. It would've saved us some hassle if it was simply included in the booking confirmation.
