The best part about the Hotel Sato was their front desk staff. Both Angela’s and Vuk M were amazing, patient, respectful, and helpful. Vuk, our driver to and from the airport was very patient w me and my sisters and definitely helped us out so much. We want to thank them for all the graciousness and generosity in spirit. The hotel is lactated in quite a beautiful spot. We had the suite on the 7th floor w amazing 180° views of the sea. That was incredible! The amenities are fine. I only wished that the restaurant’s menus were translated into English so that we didn’t have to spend time w our server trying to convey our intentions. All in all such a great time, made more fun by the above-mentioned staff. Thank you, all!

Please translate menus in restaurant. Lots of street dogs and their messes on the property should be cleaned.

The hotel was really great, the staff were all warm and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. We also got upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was really beautiful and you had the view of the sea. On one of the days we had to change our itinerary, the ladies at reception were so kind to suggest another place we could go and we had a great day trip there. I will definitely recommend.

The hotel offers a spa however we couldnt get any massages because the person was on leave - i would advise them to have someone on standbye to offer this service. Additionally the jacuzzi was out of order for most of our trip. The hotel doesnt have any kettles in the room so if you are a tea lover then bear than in mind.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice view of ocean. Good location, not too far from train and bus station as well as close to the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. They also offer a buffet dinner for 15 euros that had many options as well.

Everything about the hotel was great. Access to hot water for tea in the room would have been nice.

We booked a room but we got an apartment. Everything is very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and tries to solve all situations. The cleaning lady always does the job very quickly and the room always shines.

The guy who works on the beach is completely uninterested in his job. He was playing games on his phone most of the time. If you have not previously been assigned a sunbed number, guests must search for a free number themselves. In a restaurant, when a guest finishes his meal, dirty dishes are not brought immediately, but the guest who arrives must remove them

Reception was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable , with a big balcony and sea view. SPA was very nice, everything there in good condition, we were lucky that it was not so crowded. Also there a good gym with a lot of equipment. The restaurant at the first floor was good and tasty seafood.

There was no drinking bottle of water and no kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Also an electric socket in the bathroom was out of order. Breakfast is untill 10:00, we came at 09:30 and most of the food was already eaten, there was a bid group of asian tourists who took kilograms of food on their tables but left it and did not eat it, so no food for other people after them, and restaurant staff also did not bring new food or maybe its not their fault because food is just finished after this group of asian tourists , but we have what we have

Hotel is located just a minute from its private beach where beach accessories and towels are included in the price. My room was really spacious with a great balcony and sea view on the corner of the building. Included breakfast was diverse and it has special non-pork part which I really appreciated. Everyone from the staff was super nice. Hotel has also rooftop bar and nice restaurant. Inside of the room it was clean, with enough towels and toiletries.

There is only one small elevator for a big 10 floors building, which was also slow, so sometimes it takes a lot of patience to use it. Also, parking is 10€ per day, which per my calculations of the number of places it can be free, especially when it is not full during the entire stay, since their answer on why it is not included in price, they said they don't have enough space.

If you want to avoid the crowds of Budva and the prices of Kotor, Sutomore is a good option. Cozy hotel, bathing beach and several restaurants. If you want to enjoy this and then use one or two days to explore the Skadar Lake National Park, go hiking and sailing, then Hotel Sato is a very good choice! I stayed there as a group leader with a large group for three nights and everyone was happy with their stay. The staff had clearly just started their summer work and that's why there was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding meals etc. , but it was all corrected and fixed.

The only thing that people found a bit tiring were the elevators in the hotel, which are small and often have to wait for them - nothing serious!

The hotel is perfectly located, right at the beginning of the seaside promenade, with plenty of charming cafes and restaurants just steps away. The breakfast at the hotel itself is absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day. The spa facilities are wonderful, offering a relaxing experience, and the pool is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant getaway.

First of all, the room was quite small — there was barely any space between the bed and the TV, so we had to squeeze through. Secondly, the sunbeds by the pool were taken very early in the morning by guests who would then disappear for the whole day. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s direct fault, but if staff monitored the area and removed unattended towels from unused loungers, it would make the pool experience much more enjoyable for everyone. Another issue was the elevator — there is only one in the whole hotel. During check-in, check-out, or peak hours, it was practically impossible to use it without a long wait. On several occasions, we ended up walking to the sixth floor.

Wow and well, where do I begin. This is categorically, definitely an indubitably the best hotel we have ever stayed at ever. 💓❤️‍🔥 We have stayed at many hotels over our travels and this by far is the best. 😊👍It's not just the best because of the hotel itself, the rooms are impeccable and also the best room we've ever stayed in with the most beautiful views of the sea and a double balcony. Not just for the amazing spas and swimming pools here. It is truly for the level of care, kindness and love shown by everybody who works here. I don't truly know where to begin with our "thank yous" for everyone. 💞Firstly Jovana, David and Jasmina on the front desk and everybody else who works there, Tijana, Elza and Svetlana (for her wonderful massage too) and to the bar/restaurant staff and maids (with the best cocktails) and Igor, Andrea, Milica, Milena and Anna and to the chef Stefan (who cooked us THE best Sea food platter we have ever eaten), the managers and everybody else I may have missed, sorry if I did. Nothing - everything was great.

Great location, very close to the sea. SPA facilities, pool, sauna. Great view to the sea side. Staff is always trying to being helpful, they helped me to arrange a surprise bday gift for my friend. Room was spacious with big balcony. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Restaurant downstairs is great, food is delicious.

Only two small lifts, they are constantly busy and cleaners were cleaning them at 10am when people were checking out or leaving breakfast, you also can't use them to go up from the 2nd or 3rd floor so we had to go down first to get to the 9th floor. Floors in the room were not cleaned properly during the stay. We had a dead bug on the floor for 3 days before it was removed. Not directly related to the hotel, but it is useful to know: Sutomore is a tiny tourist city with lots of people, and there was very loud music every night till 1am
