The apartment was really good, very well equipped and had a cute nice balcony. The host was friendly. The area was very quiet.

Tea or coffee pods would be a nice touch so for one night we didn't have to buy, but in general was excellent.

The apartment is really big, the bed is comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is perfect for relaxing, the sitting room is wide and the balcony is perfect for talking during the evening. We had a little problem, but immediately they solved it. Near the apartment there is the best pastry shop and bar for breakfast (they make the Italian espresso). When we entered the apartment it was a bit cold but we switched on the heaters and after a few minutes there was a good temperature.

Has everything you need. Street parking right in front of the appartment block. Nice terrace. Two ar conditioners, one for living room, obe for sleeping room.

Wifi was working mostly fine, except on the last day of my 5 night stay. There was a power outage and afterwards the wifi was not working anymore.

I enjoyed my stay at Amoud Apartments and Flats. Check in was easy and Rachid made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

The apartment was clean and neat. The neighborhood was safe. Host was friendly and helpful.

Check-in: We informed the host that our plane would be landing late at night. When we landed, the host was sleeping and we could not check in until we called him endless times to wake him up. Water: Unfortunately, there was a water supply issue that affected the entire building. We lost water 2 days out of our 5 day stay. We could not flush the toilet, cook, or shower after a long day out in the heat. Elevator: The elevator broke down 2 days out of our 5 days stay. Climbing up 4 flights of stairs at the end of the day was exhausting. Bedroom: The curtains in the bedroom cannot block the sunlight. We were forced to wake up early every day because of that. Loud noise: Neighbor has a dog that barks almost on a daily basis.

They apartment isn’t clean (pillows and blankets have disgustingly sweaty smell) They guy said that we had to pay extra for one more guest (we were two) and he claimed it’s a hotel even though it’s an apartment so he charged us 20 euros more on top of the 40 euros that we paid through booking.com Very disrespectful guy (tried shouting and was very aggressive) The location on the map is somewhere and the actual location that was sent via whatsapp is elsewhere
