I went into pool even though they were doing work around it very nice size an twinkling glowing lights . The actual room was very spacious had caravensi style seating in a large living area balcony with chairs an table large an desk power points an even kitchenette corridor an large length mirrors built in wardrobes two single beds making a double with blankets in cupboard an lamps an window with view . Not too far at all from the gare for trains an hamman over the road whereby I made use of my first time in Marrakesh the staff were lovely if I wanted a coffee with milk or cans of pop an stored my stuff whilst I went an had a look around Marrakesh in the day before I left for fez this is truly a great place an I encountered no problems the beds were made room clean the foyer was nice an could sit an wait . A pussy cat thought so too .

The rooms would need renovation, the shower was leaking, but that's okay, I didn´t mind it so much. The most important: the room was cleaning every day and I felt comfortable all the time.

I did not like the toilet, it was big enough which is good, but the shower area was too small, and the water poured outside the shower area, and there is nowhere for the water to go in. The plug thing where you plug the charger (there were two in my room, one was in a good location, the other one was just above a piece of wood, so not all types of wires can be plugged there.

The property was so quite and calm i even got time all by myself at the pool and i really enjoyed it

There was some problems with the card key for the door it couldn’t close from outside and that put of it but they gave me a key to my room so i was so happy by the action they took

i liked the receptionnist he was so welcoming and has a really high level of professionalism i forgot his name he was wearing glasses ,the room was clean , sheets also , calm with good customer service

the visit was in december so the room was so cold .even with an air con! maybe because there wasn't a carpet , breakfast 6/10

Great location, 15 mins walk from train station & about 20 mins drive from the airport (make sure the taxi drivers put metre on). If you’re light sleeper ask to sleep on pool side. If you want something fancy this isn’t the hotel for it. Lots of food places near by & medina isn’t too far for taxi which is a must visit for especially in evening. Taxi easy to catch outside

Good hotel, not in the center,is located on Gueliz, the room is big with a small balcony, staff friendly and receptionist too, they let me check in at 12 pm., breakfast was included near the swimming pool..

The hotel is in good location, comfortable and very polite staff. It is an excellent value for money, and has everything a traveller needs for a few days of stay.

Aircondition is not working well, and the funny thing is that our towels were not changed. Furthermore, additional towels never came. Otherwise, no issues.

I don't know why the hotel has a low rating, I visited it with my mother and it was great, I advise you to try it. 🫶

Liked the included breakfast which was nice. The outdoor pool was lovely but didn’t have the chance to go in.

Maybe the Wi-Fi in some bits but other than nothing else
