It is a nice hotel, very good location in Gueliz, quiet street so there is not much noise from cars. The room was nice, reasonable, had a balcony which I appreciate, bed comfortable. The bathroom also good, clean everywhere. Wifi worked without problems. Hotel has a good restaurant and cafe. I have had a light lunch there and had both mint tea and coffee and everything tasted good. Staff was really nice. In reception it was neutral, not very good but not bad either.

Value. For a low priced room near the train station this room exceeded my expectations. While the property (elevators etc.) may seem dated, I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodation. The room had a balcony to a busy street but incredibly soundproof glass door. Good shower pressure and consistent temperature in a clean bathroom. Leisure chair and powder desk/station. Well appointed room that was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

The property is dated but that was okay. It was all fully functional and clean from my experience.

Everything was great within my needs. The reception and cleaning staff were super nice. Great location, close to everything and easily accessible.

There's Wi-Fi all over the hotel, which is awesome! But every time I tried to connect with my device, it warned me about the security of the network and my personal data. So, I just decided to use my own internet!

The room was OK, not big but spacious in any case and I liked to have a balcony from where was view over the town. The bathroom was OK. All was clean. Breakfast continental. Wifi worked good. It was good stay in any case. To Medina it was a bit to go or take a taxi. I stayed there only one night because I would fly back home next day, but if I wish to stay longer in Marrakech I would choose some Riad inside Medina or closer.

Maybe it could be refreshed a bit, it was an older hotel and was a bit worn out. The bathtub would be changed.

Very nice staff. You did not hear much of the traffic outside, so that was great too. The room was clean and nice, with aircondition and ok balcony. Phone by the bed that automatically calls the reception when you pick it up and they answer quickly. Nearby Jardin Majorelle, a nice botanical garden, and the street with many boutiqes and restaurants. Only 700 meters to the train station. 3 km from the market place Jamaa al Fna.

Not much to see at this hotel, so i recommend it only if you are looking for a place to sleep or to relax.

The location is in the city center, near to cinemas, a variety of restaurants, malls and also a lot of spas, hairdressers and other facilities

As we went on the new year eve there was some noise on late night on the streets

Great location in the heart of Gueliz many restaurants and coffee shops nearby , not far from Marrakesh train station the room was very spacious , and very kind staff

Place needs a bit of maintenance the sink in bathbathroom was blocked appart from that it was a very nice experience food was great I'd recommend it
