The restaurant and breakfast were nice & they went out of their way to make a special dish to meet my dietary requirements. I appreciate that the hotel was for adults only, it is nice to have no kids. Room was clean enough but not exceptional (towels and sheets were dingy). AC was excellent. Bathroom and hot water was good. Housekeeping staff friendly. Great location.

There is no inside lock, only the cardkey lock. So this means anyone from outside with the cardkey can enter your room & this made it feel extremely unsafe. (Also, it is embarassing for housekeeping when one came inside when they didn't know I was in the room!) The towels and sheets are dingy and stained. There is not place to set luggage. Some of the front desk staff could improve, no smiles, etc.

We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

I prefer a softer pillow (less stuffing) and softer mattress than what was available. It was a firm mattress and a very full pillow.

The staff made my stay very comfortable, and it felt like home away from home. From the first night, I was welcomed by Mr Saeed at the front desk ( i hope i spelt it correctly😁), down to Mustapha at the restaurant, always smiling😄 and ever ready to help decide on choice of meals. Rachid was also very helpful during breakfast, which had a daily variety of meals to eat as much as you can😅. Mr Rachid at the front desk was also extremely helpful with recommending places based on my questions. I was a bit indisposed, and Mr Saeed was so concerned and was checking up on me. The team is a group of absolutely wonderful people and i'm glad I chose the hotel Thank you so much to all the team members, including cleaning team

Overall a good stay. Fair value for money and very central, right in the heart of Marrakech. Restaurants and the train station are nearby. The facilities were on the smaller side but clean, with daily housekeeping, blackout curtains, air conditioning, 24/7 reception and an elevator. Breakfast was included. The selection wasn’t huge or fancy but fine, with hot and cold dishes, bread, coffee, and dessert. Breakfast staff were attentive, sometimes a little too much. The pool was clean and pleasant but quite small. Unfortunately, it closes already at 5 PM and there’s no shade, which makes it hard to use during the hottest hours. It would be nice if it stayed open longer so guests could enjoy a swim after tours. Reception staff were mostly friendly. We’d definitely consider coming back.

Very nice property with very good breakfast. We also enjoyed in very good dinner. All employees are very helpful and explained all we need. We arranged their shuttle for transportation from and to airport and it was exactly on time. We had early flight and very early check out. So, we asked if possible to prepare just a few biscuits for the such early breakfast, but we got the whole breakfast 😊. Very safely area with more restaurants, shops and shopping mall. A beautiful park is also on few minutes walking distance. 10 minutes driving to the airport.

The location, near to the many restaurants and the breakfast that was very good.

I felt the receptionist wanted to take advantage when I did the checkin and paid the amount for the city tax. I gave him 200 dirham and he almost “forgot” the change of 100 dirham. He only remembered the 100 dirham because I said to him that the amount of the change wasn’t complete. Another time, when I asked the same receptionist for a taxi to go to the airport, he offered me a taxi which price was 4 times the price I paid when I arrived from de airport.

The room was clean and nice, much bigger than expected. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I liked the addition of a mini fridge and safe to keep all important belongings. Overall, a great option if you are staying a few nights in Marrakech. The breakfast was a buffet with great variety and everything I tried was tasty (I really loved the dates and msemmen). The staff was also very friendly and helped us print our boarding passes.

The location was okay but was a bit further from most of the places we wanted to visit (specifically in the Medina - I expected this as I looked at the map but perhaps the super high rating on location can be misleading if you want to explore the Medina area more, especially by foot). Thankfully the taxi prices in Marrakech are affordable :) I also expected a bit of a better view due to the photos posted on Booking. Additionally, the bathroom tended to flood a little bit after showering, which was most likely the user's fault, but always good to keep in mind.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ari Boutique hotel, the staff were all attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was also really nice . When we arrived at our room it had been decorated with candles and flower petals which made our entrance a lovely experience.

The only reason I didn’t give an overall 10 was that the road side noise was very loud in our room. We were in room 16 at the front and not sure if there was a problem with the seal on the window/door, but the noise was like you would expect in having a open window next to a busy road. I can’t say whether this is the same as other rooms but it did make it difficult to sleep at times .

- A clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. - A 5 min walk from Carré Eden shopping center & Carrefour. - There are paid parking lots 30 dirhams overnight stay. If you’re lucky there are 4 spaces in front of the hotel for free. - Sound proof windows so very few street noises get in. - A nice little pool to cool off when sunbathing. - Excellent air-conditioner system. - 10 dirham taxi ride to al fanaa square. - restaurants open untill 4a.m in same street and a 24 hour grocery shop. - petrol station ⛽️ 100 meters away.

- Sunbathing area a little small, only two beds. -No sound proof doors. So sound can get into the hallway.

it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help
