Staff were polite and left you alone mostly. Room is clean and well presented. Plently of electric points and towels. Shower, bathroom, ac and general services were all working fine. Better facility than expected for the price.

The single room is a little small. A solo traveller staying for a day or two it is fine any more than that is too small. For the bathroom to the bedroom there are walls and no door which is a little awkward of you're staying with someone else. The room had plently of lights however some of the lights did not work. If you're staying on the ground floor the water from the pool could potentially go onto your room so be careful of that. Can also get very noisy in the forecourt at times.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, after reading mixed reviews and booking last minute due to another hotel attempting to scam us, I was worried to take my clients. How wrong was I! This hotel is a gem in a fabulous location for a good price. I travel every month and it is one of the cleanest hotel I have been to, thanks to all the lovely cleaning ladies who are always welcoming and smiley. Please be aware that if you wish your room cleaned, you need to leave your key at reception. - The pool is small but does the job, very few people use it and I had it just for myself most afternoon when it is hot, the yard is mostly in the shade and when it isn't, they open the large umbrellas. - The breakfast is really tasty, although not much choice, a few things changed everyday. All the food was so fresh. -It has been renovated so it mixes the traditional and the modern. - The street is quiet and right besides the shopping centre. - Most staff are very friendly, receptionists, cleaners, the man working at the breakfast and around the pool. They are nice enough and not fake friendly, thanks to that as I cannot stand fakeness. Some seemed quiet but at the end of the Ramadan it is understandable as they do not eat for over 12 hours per day in the heat, I would be extremely grumpy if I couldn't eat for 5 hours. - They speak French, English and Arabic - There are several types of rooms, mine was 17 behind reception and although I could hear the reception phone and the people in the long chairs outside my window, I had earplugs, my clients rooms were nice and quiet. My room was traditional with an open bathroom but was a single room, my clients were a couple, they had a modern room and a closing bathroom. - No bedbugs as certain state, a couple of flies entered throught the open window but that is about it. - The rooms are cool and the Aircon is fabulous.

- The coffee was far too light but they had a jar of instant coffee next to the coffee pot to make it stronger so it was fine. - Room 17 can be noisy as the reception is just behind and the pool and long chairs right outside the window. - Adding a small fridge to the rooms might be a good plus to the hotel.

It was a perfect stay! Clean, quiet and very friendly personnel! Very accomodating. Nice shower. Nice breakfast.

Via the hotel we booked a taxi to the airport. At the hotel it was communicated that the price was 150 dirham. At the airport the taxi driver wanted more money and said it was 250 dirhams - and made this gesture by looking at his phone. I immediately told it him we agreed 150 dirham and then he said in was 200 dirham. We settled at 200 dirham but it wasn’t a nice gesture to get a tip. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but good to know.

Cost, great for a short stay and for budget accommodation. Location which was close to where I wanted to go to and some fabulous restaurants, I also felt secure. Man on the desk made check in a breeze, and gave great customer service. Room was a basic studio with plenty of storage space. The place is clean as its always being cleaned. I would return for a budget short stay.

The room and bedding smelt of cigarette smoke which was off putting. At night there must be a bar nearby as they were going strong until around midnight, absolutely belting songs out live like there literally was no tomorrow, I wouldn't have minded if I knew the songs, or if the singing was even good. That said I only stayed one night so not sure if this was a one off.

They used an app to translate in English due language barrier. We didn't know French or Arabic.

There was no good handover between staff. For example we ordered coffee four times and we paid but on our departure we were told that, we didn't pay for the two coffee because it was not ticked in their records. This is because we were not given receipts when we paid for our coffee. Secondly as we were leaving we were asked to pay 250 dilam for a stained duvet from the food we ordered. We felt unfair to demand money to clean a duvet cover. Lastly the room was cold in the night.

Good location- near shops and tourist attractions. stayed in a Moroccan style room which I didnt really like as it’s too dark for me. didn’t know they have modern ones. cleaners were the ones who smile a lot which I appreciate esp it’s rare in the city.

could have coffee/kettle in the room. just manage your expectations- it’s not a 3 star EU standard. but couldnt complain with the price. still would recommend.

Clean and tidy. A really well-maintained place. Nice location close shops and other amenities. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff spoke English and were always attentive and helpful. I on fact left / dropped one of my favorites things after checking out, but they found and it and waited for me to come and collect. Solo travelers or families alike should feel comfortable staying at this place.

I like the hotel location, the services, and the wonderful staff therein. I had an issue with one of the bed's legs; I informed the staff, and he got it fixed immediately. I was impressed. Overall, my expectation of the hotel was met to a good extent.

The internet was a bit fluctuating, but still okay.

Stayed (solo) here for my last 3 nights on holiday in Morocco. Having stayed in Marrakesh, Essaouira & Agadir on holiday with family. The room was spacious, clean, and loved the traditional decor. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and a great location in Gueliz.

All was excellent at this price point except shower room is bijou and no extractor fan.
