Having a separated room from the living-room and having a kitchen area

Asked for a twin room and was given a double bed as they had runout. My friend had to sleep in the living room area as we were not a couple. Was very uncomfortable for him.

The room was big and comfortable, it was also clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad we particularly loved the fresh orange juice. The staff were helpful as well. We couldn’t use the pool as the weather was a bit chilly. It was a really nice place (i think it’s a bit too pricey for 2 nights though as we were out all day). It was also about 15 mins walk to Ysl musuem and le jardin marjorelle

Nothing much to complain about, I think the toilet cover could be changed to provide a bit of comfort when using it. Also I think the prices should be different for the times the facilities can’t be used e.g pool

I really like these apartments. Good utilities and spacious. Real chill vibe. Digital tv for foreigners it gets old watching tv in other languages. Lovely apartments amazing balcony. Very clean place and staff are hard working and effective. Easy check in. It's one of my favorite places at the minute.

You can't have friends who are morroccon stay with you even if you book multiple people. as it's illegal. Women and men. While not the hotels fault and I respect their values. They need to make this clear. Transparency is key. The area is noisy and full of every kind of person so being aware is important. Breakfast is one of the worst I've ever had. Not to be rude but I'm being honest. Other than that. I love this place and it's small things I'm pointing out for them to improve.

The hotel was good value for its money, the staff were very welcoming, booked our taxi to go back to the airport, got us fresh towels everyday.

The towels took a while to be given to us, I think that if towels are to be taken fresh ones should be given straight away.

Although hotel is quite old and needs renovating it was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean with very comfortable pillows. With small living area and tiny kitchen with fridge.Breakfast was good for 3 day stay with amazing mint tea. Location - close to shops and restaurants, away from busy medina. We used pool once, but good enough to refresh during hot day. You need to bring towels from room as towels by the pool are not provided. About 20min walk from Medina and 10min walk from YSL gardens.

Every morning wake up at 4:30 due to it's close location of Mosque. Breakfast should be self service instead of waiting for the waiter to bring it to you. If you want to have safe it is 2€ per day. I think they charge for an air con, but I am not sure as we didn't have to use it.

I like how it was a hotel and an apartment combined. I like that my room/apartment was very spacious. I loved waking up to the sounds and sights of the city. Breakfast was okay even if predictable. It is not too far away from the main train station in Marrakesh so I took the opportunity to walk and sightsee on my way to and from the hotel.

The location was very convenient and the staff were amazing. Especially the night time receptionist. They clean the room everyday, provide fresh towels and tissue paper.

The living room facilities are dated and worn out. They could also do better with the breakfast

The plug sockets not ok for Uk plugs and they don't have any in reception and ask you to walk at 3 am to buy it from local shop not too far away. I found this poor service as female being asked to Do This for sake of 20 dhirhams have available for people to Buy from your side better

It was overall good plus they let us check in very early

I was there with 3 people and there was only one towel I asked if I can have another 2 and the man behind the counter didn't believe me that there wasn't 3 and only gave me one more

The man on reception was a great guy, really helpful and friendly. There was safe parking under the hotel that you can access without going outside. The location is good, Carrefour nearby and a 20 minute walk into the old town. There were cooking facilities which was useful. Very good mint tea.

The pool was a little disappointing. It was very cold and looked a bit sad.
