Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a beautiful and unique atmosphere throughout the hotel. The interiors are stunning, the rooftop pool and restaurant are perfect for relaxing with a cocktail (highly recommend the sangria!), and the location is ideal – close to the best restaurants and nightlife spots in the city. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, offering a personalized and attentive experience from start to finish. We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and they did more than I could have ever expected to make it special. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and more, and the 24/7 support made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back – this place made our trip unforgettable.

The room was huge with a massive bed which was extremely comfortable. The 2 pools were stunning - downstairs was better for quiet chill time, and the upstairs rooftop pool was drinks and music vibes. The brekkie was delicious. The surrounding area itself is really nice, walkable to lots of bars and restaurants and we felt very safe. It’s only about 10 mins taxi to the medina where you find the souk etc. For us it was perfect to stay in an area like this rather than the medina as we wanted a large pool and air conditioning as we went in June when the temperatures reached mid 40s. The staff were really helpful in arranging tours and taxis.

Not really a dislike but we didn’t eat in the main restaurant even tho it looked very good. The only reason is my boyfriend is allergic to fish and it was a fish restaurant.

My favourite hotel in Kesh. Stunning roof top pool and fabulous nightlife after dark at Cielo. The suites are amazing and the bed linen is top class. Great location. It’s walking distance to the medina or a short taxi ride. The staff at Lola are all really lovely and Sam the waiter at breakfast is one of the best he’s exceptionally attentive. And not forgetting the beautiful Naima whom she’s msemen fresh every morning. We all adored her ♥️My group were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and the service and treatment was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel especially at night when the DJ arrives it’s a really great night that gets very busy.

Absolutely nothing It’s my favourite hotel , have stayed here 3 times now and will continue to do so. They are my family now.

The restaurant staff were amazing, they were so friendly and nice. They made my birthday and the whole trip special. The cleaners were very nice and taught me some French too. They never accepted that I didn’t want to clean the room entire room and they just did it anyways (I was out all day and came back late a few times, so really was no need). The layout of the hotel is nice and the beds were so comfortable, I never wanted to get up. The breakfast was good, nice selection every day.

The reception staff were a little rude and not helpful sometimes. The “pool” on the rooftop is really not much of a pool, it should be called a large jacuzzi without the bubbles.

The hotel is lovely , the rooms are big & clean & comfortable . The bed was lovely . Housekeeping cane every day & cleaned , replaced towels etc The roof top bar & pool were great . It was nice & quiet even though it was very central . The massage I had in the spa was wonderful. The restaurant was fine … I wouldn’t say it wasn’t brilliant , but quite good.

I liked most things. The staff generally were very friendly but not always very efficient ! They really need some training & guidance & it seems that’s the people who are employed as managers have zero idea of what is going on … their only job is to stand around and do nothing … . A couple of the reception team weren’t v friendly . The spa, although lovely, wasn’t soundproofed v well , so it was quite noisy when I was having a massage.

Fabulous hotel in a great location (opposite the Royal Tennis Club) and a 20 minute walk from the centre of Marrakesh. Super friendly staff made us feel very welcome. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room as we were here for a special occasion. Plentiful breakfast with a huge range of choice from fresh juices, pastries, continental and hot food. The only negative at breakfast was that decaf coffee was an added extra ! Beautiful rooftop bar with pool area. If you would like to have an extra indulgence the hammam and spa located in the lower ground floor are definitely worth the experience . Would recommend this hotel and spa for your stay in Marrakesh !

Hotel is in a good location, close to many bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk to center with the main squares and bazaars etc. The hotel is also easily accessed by the airports and also main routes. The rooms in the hotel are a good size and nicely decorated, with good sized bathrooms. The restaurant is very good, and truly beautiful, if expensive (close to Swiss prices). The breakfast, which is given in the restaurant area is absolutely fantastic - especially if you like sweet things with lots of choice. The staff are also plentiful, welcoming and very helpful. There is also a good bar on the roof - which is great. The spa facilities are also worth checking out. Bonus points to this hotel in that it also has baby change facilities - the only ones we found in the whole of Morocco!!!!! I think the hotel in general is good value for money.

The prices for food and drinks are too high and the pools were not heated.

Excellent welcome, fresh fruit and local pastries delivered to our door soon after arrival. Good breakfast with freshly cooked omelette of your choice if required. My husband cur hus head on a low bough I'd a tree outside and reception staff could not have been more solicitors and caring.

The big disappointment was the restaurant. A very grand affair that took itself very seriously which we were looking forward to trying. BUT the service was slow, food though good was over priced, once again there was a zero attempt at understanding gluten-free and service was arrogant and reluctant. Completely different at breakfasts though

Stunning hotel- absolutely beautiful- very high class- food was amazing at breakfast- dined in the restaurant twice in the evening and the prices on parr with a gastronomic pub meal- £50 for a main course and a bottle of wine- for 2. music acts in restaurant in the evening. Near lots of shops and attractions. Can get a taxi outside for £5 which will take you straight to the souk area. Spa with comparable prices to less upmarket ones- you need to experience a Hammam. Great roof top pool with loungers- food and drink on tap whenever you want it- 70MAD (£5.70) for 500ml lager- cocktails £10 each. We did feel it was a bit too posh for us but we soon got into the swing of it. Staff could not do enough for us, super nice and very professional. Every time we was near to end of our wine they came and topped us up. We really felt very spoiled.

Music at the roof top skybar was far too loud. I did complain and they turned it down.
