Easy to locate and the staff have been very friendly and professional so I appreciate them. Checking in and out was smooth, communication to arrange for Airport Shuttle bus was easy. Rooftop terrace is amazing, breakfast area is nice too. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, feeling safe to walk around all day including at night.

The Air Conditioning was pretty poor, it didn't cool down the room and was pretty loud so I didn't sleep well. I suggest the hotel to upgrade them. Apart from that, everything was good

The bed was really big and comfortable. Good quiet location. The receptionist was very kind. Also swimming pool was nice.

The hotel would need a partial renovation mainly in the bathroom and the towels without holes should be provided to the guests.

The breakfast was very good. Nice variety and easily accessed. Good sized dining room. The doorman was welcoming and cheerful. I dined on the rooftop terrace and both the food and service provided were top class. The lady on reception went way over and beyond the call of duty to assist me in printing my boarding pass. I had technical issues with my phone and Ryanair website and the patience and reassurance she provided was invaluable. I appreciated her kindness so much and I just knew that she cared about getting it sorted for me.

Nothing. I had a gorgeous private terrace with a view over the rooftops. The bedroom was large and bedding was very comfortable. Nice big tv to follow news stations in English. Heard nothing from adjacent rooms which were occupied so soundproofing must be very good.

Location is good. It's in the new area of the city yet still close to the medina and old city (15-20 mins walking). You can take a taxi to Jamaa Al Fna square for 40 MAD. Breakfast is superb!! Staff are amazing, lots of options, fresh orange juice was amazing as well as Moroccan tea. Omelet is made by request and is very tasty and most importantly all pastries were super fresh and tasty. Room was cleaned every day.

Wifi was super bad!! It kept disconnecting and was very slow and not reliable. In my room it was only connecting next to the room's door. I asked them to fix it, they did and it worked for a short while then it went back to not being reliable again. A minor thing was that water was only provided in the first night when we checked in, it was never renewed and when I asked for a bottle of water they charged me for it as I've ordered it from the restaurant which costed 4x how it costs in the supermarket (charged 20 MAD while it's 5 MAD in every supermarket), same as other amenities (tea, sugar, .. etc)

Very clean and open. Had use of an elevator which was very handy as we were on the 6th floor. Had a roof top pool with sun beds and a bar. Such a nice way to finish off the day in the sun after venturing around marrakech. Room was fantastic, we got an upgrade and cannot fault it one bit!

Honestly, absolutely nothing! Really do not know how this is hotel is only 3 stars.. The value for the money we paid was above and beyond also with bed and breakfast included. Location was perfect, 20 minute walk from the town, nice and quiet in the evening and there was a gelato shop round the corner from the hotel 😍

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, they were helpful whenever needed and provided excellent customer service. The Suite rooms are nice and spacious, we were on the 2nd floor and the Wifi was sometimes intermittent but mostly good. Our room faced towards the Main street behind the hotel and we didn't notice any traffic or street noise. The breakfast was good, the restaurant team were really nice too.. you can order a a fresh omelette and there was a good selection of food. I noticed other reviews about inconsistent hot water, but we never had this issue.

The only negative I would say is that the bathroom in our room was not the best, it had some broken tiles near the shower controls and the tile grout looked worn. It could do with a refresh.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The service is great, the room we stayed in is very spacious and had a great view. We had sunlight into the room all day, which I think is great, because I didn't have any problems with the cold during my stay in the winter. Otherwise, it's a great place. We had breakfast there and they had good options and they were delicious! The room service is great, they always leave everything organized and I loved having lunch there, near the pool. All the staff are friendly and will help you with whatever you need.

There was only one small problem in the bathroom: our shower box didn't close properly and water leaked. The location is a little far from the Medina, which can affect your sightseeing there, but if you like walking, you can be there in less than 30 minutes. This is a review during winter and milder temperatures.

The room was very spacious, clean and had a pretty view of the street. The staff were so kind and attentive very helpful to any query you had. I definitely would recommend staying here as its close to attractions and restaurants. The cleaners did an excellent job to maintain the room and hotel. Everyone from the lobby staff to the catering staff were excellent and helped our experience be one of the best hotels ive stayed in. For the price you cant go wrong. I especially liked the beautiful smell in the hotel which just reminds me of Marrakech now.
