Firstly, the staff were fantastic. Mustapha and Hakeem looked after us really well with attention to every requirement and great local knowledge. Friendly but professional. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable with fresh sheets and towels provided every day. The public areas were spotless and provided cool retreats from the fierce sun. The pool area was a great place to chill out with lots of sunbeds and pavilions to relax in. It was totally private and not overlooked by any other buildings. The hotel is in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the main square but lots of restaurants in easy reach.

Only small observations. The shower pressure was not great and the wifi kept dropping in and out. Breakfast became a little boring and could do with more fresh fruit and variety.

Felt very welcomed by the staff at all times. They did their best to help us with any of our requests, questions. The hotel was really nice and clean with traditional moroccan interior. The bed was really comfy and good size and the room was spacious with a balcony. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Marrakech.

TV didn’t work but the wifi was good enough to stream movies on the laptop so this didn’t really bother us.

Great location for young people and families. It’s about 15 mins walk from the main square with the souks and the medina and there is a shopping mall about 10 mins away. Me and my wife felt very safe walking around at night too. We got card for the main door and so was quick to get inside. Great breakfast and room very comfortable and well equipped. Hospitality was flawless from all the staff.

Nothing to complain about

The staff were exceptional - professional, friendly, kind, helpful. The room was great - large room, large comfy bed, large door windows facing the sun.

The main issue were minor but worth mentioning: The storage safe was broken Only one card key was given to me and my wife so we couldn't separate going out. The TV didn't have any English channels (that I could find) On the second night, I found a cockroach near the bathroom, I called up the staff to kill it and they did without a problem. I understand also that its not necessary the hotels fault as Marrakesh's climate and infrastructure means even five star hotels are likely to experience these bugs, but these are the only issues I faced in my stay - which I thoroughly enjoyed regardless.

Redouane, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering a level of service that rivals that of a five-star hotel. A truly wonderful place, combining elegance and charm with a perfect balance of tradition and modernity. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, featuring a generously sized bed and a luxurious bathroom. The garden is very quiet and very cute with beautiful swimming pool and comfortable beds. You are in the city and you can hear the birds singing !

The hotel was very charming, but the staff were even better. From the moment we arrived, Kamal welcomed us like we were family. He was even more helpful with helping us navigate the city along with booking excursions. It was a pleasure waking up every morning to go down to breakfast and to chat with the other guest, feel the cool air and have the sun fill the room with just the right amount of warmth.

The only things that we didn't care for is that we did not have much privacy when going to the bathroom due to the glass door and the glass window looking into the toilet.

The room was very spacious and well accommodated for those with young children, beds were very comfortable and big. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was very nice, I do feel they need to offer water for breakfast which they did not, especially in the hot weather. Location was ideal, Masjid Koutoubia was 13mins walk from the hotel, there were local supermarkets we were able to get some snacks from for the children.

I would not say this is something I did not like, more of an improvement, the staff did not understand or speak much English, it was hard to communicate with them. The were also not readily available when I would phone down to reception from our room, so had to go out and find them to speak to them.

I want to say a big thankyou for Hassan and Kamal and their assistants for making our stay above and beyond extra special. When we arrived we met Hassan who offered us some Moroccan tea and pastry and gave us a great history lesson about Marrakech and the Atlas mountains and then after gave us a tour of the hotel before showing us to our luxury clean room with a lovely balcony treats in the fridge plus robes and many more surprises. We had lovely evening exploring the town after we freshen up and chilling by the pool. Next morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast the atmosphere and vibe is so tranquil and fresh. The weather was prefer. The people are so friendly and helpful We explored so much we when quad biking in the dessert also I celebrated my birthday . Kamal advise me of the best bakery in medina. Miss our time already but will be back. Prayers went up blessing came down Amen. Thanks again From Marantholee & Lei

Nothing except we should of stayed longer.

Best choice we could’ve made! The room was sparkling clean, the hotel itself is gorgeous with a small pool and tables around it. Would be wonderful for sun bathing when very hot. The staff was brilliant, in special Hassan who was a delight to talk to and extremely helpful at all times. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels, soap, shampoo etc. The location is somewhat between old and new town which gives easy access everywhere- 10-20 min walk which is ideal. Very quiet location, breakfast was delicious and overall I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I were to return!

All was perfect

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They host you with a lot of care. Facilities were small but comfortable. The place was clean and well kept.

The only thing missing is more flexible food service. They offer very nice Moroccan breakfast, but throughout the day they don't have food or snack service available, and if they do, it is some restrictions. And beverages are very limited.
