The location was perfect! Middle of everything u can walk & not have to depend k a taxi. Ie close to the Kotobia mosk (10 mins walk) close to the Medina Soaks (15min walk) close to Gueliz which has all a lot of food places, spa/massage. close to Menara mall (15min walk). Carrefore shop (5min walk). Staff were very pleasant & hospitable.

WiFi was not that great in rooms, although breakfast was delicious/ healthy it was same thing everyday. No kettle or hair dresser in room, but knew that so was prepared for it.

Took an hour to be served breakfast two out of the four days. Ordered an evening meal one night. I was asked to pay half way through my main course and told I wouldn't be getting my desert as they were going to close... I asked for a wake up call on my final morning as my flight was at 10. I didn't receive it, but thankfully my alarm got me up (it doesn't sometimes, hence the wake up request). I mentioned it to reception and they told me they didn't know about it, even though I'd written my room number and time I wanted a call for them the previous night. The staff are all very nice though.

Hassan and Mohammed at the front desk were always cheerful and so helpful whenever I asked for directions! The room was kept clean by the jolly Sherifa. The breakfast was OK but would be nice to have some fruit. kamal who also worked in the reception was great at organising transport and put me onto an app called indrive - Marrakesh version of Uber!

The hotel is a little jaded in places - it is definitely getting a little worn in places but it is without doubt value for money

Excellent wifi, air conditioning and swimming pool (open 9:30 to 20:00). Everything is clean. The room with ensuite, balcony & wardrobe were spacious. The mattress is very firm. 24 hour reception & elevator are useful, & staff make a calm, friendly environment. The dining areas are spacious and light-filled. Breakfast is huge: coffee, juice, egg, cheese, msemmen, bread roll, butter, jam, oil, honey, pain au chocolate. Parts of the building are a little rundown, but it is comfortable and located walking distance from the markets (Jemaa el-Fnaa and Rabha Kedima) as well as a supermarket (Carrefour), upmarket dining (Cappucino), and ATM (check on the map). I’d stay here again.

One of the staff (out of over 10) was unhelpful.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, lete drop bags off in room early, helped with booking affordable taxis and printing boarding passes for flight Room was comfortable and spacious for solo traveller, good value for money location very close to local shop, and 20 minute easy walk to medina, 15 min drive to airport

Breakfast is limited to just traditional breakfast, room is a bit older but still good value for money

It was a great location all the surrounding hotels are double or triple the price. Only 20 minutes from main share walking. They booked taxi for us both ways which was so helpful. The included breakfast was also very nice it was pastries, pancakes, juices, hot chocolates, coffee, bread etc it was delicious. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Outdoor area was lovely and relaxing

Nothing was bad. The WiFi only worked downstairs that’s all that was negative.

My room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the whole room felt so fresh. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very convenient, easy taxi to the Medina, and just a short walk to the main part of Gueliz. Staff were always welcoming.

I had very bad food poisoning from my evening meal of badly cooked Kefta Tagine. Vomitted a lot. Won't eat there again.

Great location for us, close to all restaurants, the airport, and the Menara shopping mall. Friendly, helpful, polite and professional staff, allowed us to check in early. A fridge in the room a great help. Wonderful air conditioning (2 separate units one in the bedroom and one in the lounge). 2 balconies. Nice pool with plenty of available seating. A very spacious room. All we would say is the hotel could benefit from various upgrades, however it is good value, we enjoyed our stay.

Cracked toilet seat, hotel room not hoovered evidence all over.
