The hotel is in a super location and within walking distance of the medina, mall, restaurants etc. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially Hakima, guest relations manager. She went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable, even leaving rose petals and fruit in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Her warm and caring personality was evident from the moment we arrived. Also, Abderrahim, the concierge was extremely helpful in organising all our trips, taxis, booking restaurants etc. He was great to deal with and gave us excellent tips and advice too. The breakfast at this hotel is fabulous, it’s very varied and something to suit all tastes. Also the food is very fresh. The staff are exceptional at ensuring everyone is catered for. The food in the Skybar is very good quality too. Overall I would heartily recommend staying at the Hivernage hotel and we’ll certainly be returning.. thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing 😊

Location is safe, central and close to restaurants and about 20 mins walk from the main square. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The concierge Abderrahim was great with organising trips and restaurants for us. Hakima in Customer Relations gave us a lovely welcome and a tasty Moroccan tea as a welcome drink. They were both always happy to help. It’s much appreciated. Sofia and Karima in the spa were great. The massage was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool area was great. The breakfast was a very good mix of fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, roasted vegetables, salads and more. The currency exchange is on site so very convenient.

From arranging reservations to helping us tick off everything on our to-do list, his care and attention to detail made all the difference. Great location in a nice area away from the Medina madness. Hotel staff were very attentive together with an excellent client service manager who could not do enough to make our stay so enjoyable.

La Table du Marche (next door) - interlinked with the Hivernage had great food but some of the staff had a poor attitude and were not very customer service focused (some exceptions). X3 got our order wrong, no apology - not good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hivernage Hotel & Spa. The location is ideal, walking distance to Gitex Africa and also close enough to the Medina to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with that signature Moroccan touch. I especially loved the rooftop views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech who wants a mix of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality.

I can't recommend the staff at this hotel enough. They were so attentive and helpful throughout my stay. My room was beautiful and spacious. There was a good variety of continental and local food at breakfast. There is a restaurant in the hotel with both european and local cuisine. I also thoroughly recommend a trip to the hotel's hammam/spa.

I read the reviews before I arrived. It's true that there is noise from the street/rooftop bar, but I brought a good pair of ear plugs and slept really well. The pool is also very cold, as per other reviews, but I actually found this refreshing after the heat of the day.

For our anniversary they decorated our bed with rose petals and it was beautiful. This really added to our stay. The staff were more than happy to meet our needs and expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable - like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast included delicious traditional foods which you wouldn't find anywhere else. The roof top bar had an amazing view and an even better creme broulee and shisha. The staff even gave us blankets because it was a bit chilly at night. Overall 10/10 cannot fault. They even upgraded our room for free.

The people are very friendly, the spa treatments were excellent and the extra care the hotel manager took to make sure everything was good was really nice!!

The bar on the rooftop is only open after 6pm. It would be nice to enjoy the sun at the rooftop with restaurant services during the day, but that was not an option unfortunately. At night the rooftop had a great DJ playing! The hotel restaurant downstairs offer very nice breakfasts with many options. One thing that could be improved is maybe a more clear table service. It sometimes felt like the restaurant staff was running around and everybody had 10 different tasks catering to all people all at once. A bit chaotic.. Other than that the staff is super friendly and happy to help!

The staff and hotel were simply beautiful. Situated a short walk from the famous square, beautiful gardens, casino and mall we absolutely loved staying here.

Our bedroom was loud. You are situated opposite Nobu which has a rooftop bar that goes every night. There is also a fab rooftop bar at the top of our own hotel but this too was exceptionally loud on Saturday evening and went on late into the night. We were sure if it was just that our windows didn’t quite close properly, but we did get used to it as the trip went on.

Good location, just a 10 minute walk from the square. All staff that we encountered were friendly and a lovely breakfast buffet. I’m missing the Moroccan pancakes 😁 Our room was great. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay.

Our room was on the 5th floor and you could hear the music from the Sky bar on the roof. We were ok and didn’t affect our sleep but any light sleepers might want to request a lower floor.
