The staff were very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the best hotel guest experiences I’ve ever had, especially from Jamal the Concierge - he was very helpful, informative, friendly and took care of us everyday, from organising our outings, transport and running errands, he made sure that we were looked after very well.

Unfortunately, the shower didn’t work properly for the first couple of days - the water pressure was weak and the water temperature was too hot. Management made sure to look into it however and fixed the problem eventually.

The hotel is amazing such a great location breathtaking facilities incurring the rooftop and indoor pool/spa! We were on our honeymoon and on arrival our room had lots of special touches which just made a huge difference to our experience from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were amazing with a special mention to Jamal who is part of the concerige team, nothing was to much trouble he was so helpful and critical part of making our trip as special as it was so a huge thank you to you Jamal! All the staff were great including the whole breckfast team who remembered our order after one day (very impressive) The location is perfect non of the main sights are further then 10/15 mins away in a taxi and walking distance to some areas! We did an amazing dessert experience which we wouldn’t have done without Jamal also some other recommendations he made for dinners we would have never found so thank you (again) All in all we would go back here in a heartbeat it was such a memorable trip and a beautiful break from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh but yet right on the door step!

The Nobu Hotel Marrakech is a beautifully designed, architectural circular structure with an open atrium and features a rooftop pool. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to many attractions. I received excellent service from charming people who were knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The spa is absolutely beautifully designed with crafted marble alcoves enhanced by the circular shape of the building. The Hammam treatment is highly recommended and carried out in an authentic, traditional Moroccan style. I stayed in Room 206, a one-bedroom suite that is very spacious, featuring a large bathroom with a separate shower and two separate toilets. The interior design was outstanding, with brass studs on leather throughout the furniture. The food at Nobu restaurant lived up to the amazing standard known internationally. Lorenzo and his team greet the guests in a manner akin to Japanese culture, with the phrase "Irasshaimase!" (いらっしゃいませ), which translates to "Welcome, please come in"!! There is also dining on the rooftop, and the food there was prepared to a high standard. There is evening entertainment, which was absolutely brilliant. A live DJ spinning dance vibe, cool tunes, and accompanied by a Moroccan guitar-like instrument is called a guembr. It adds authentic African sounds to dance music, featuring many traditional dancers who provide entertainment. I would like to extend a special thank you to Hassan, the Manager, and Youssef at Reception, who went over and beyond to make my stay at the Nobu Hotel truly fabulous. Should you decide to stay at the Nobu Hotel, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed, as this is a highly recommended place to be!

The location is excellent - you can walk to the Medina or into the new town. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant is a fabulous place to chill with great service and excellent food/drink. Entertainment from around 7.30pm. The breakfast is tasty with a great selection of pastries, cheeses and freshly made omelettes. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly large with everything you might need provided and very comfortable bed. The spa is a delight - especially the spa pool, relaxation room and sauna (didn't book treatments but environment is perfect for relaxation). Would definitely stay again at the Nobu.

Nothing - all excellent!

Right from the moment of entering the hotel it felt like a place of tranquility and the service was always of the highest quality. The facilities were amazing a large gym and basement swimming pool, which must be 25m long, and amazing spa to enjoy even if you don’t have any treatments. Breakfast was great too with a large selection and two very good restaurants, Nobu obviously on the ground floor and then a more Moroccan / world cuisine focus restaurant at the top of the hotel, which were both very good and give a good variety. And finally, have to say that the rooftop pool and bar area was very cool and perfect place to chill out during the day. Also a special shout out to the housekeeping lady Jamila who kept the room immaculate and was only happy to assist when my key card kept not working on the last day!

Absolutely nothing

I just want to say WOW first, a thank you to Narjis she was very welcoming, helpful, professional and accommodating, she presented herself well and was approachable. The guys by the door are ever so helpful and attentive. The breakfast team from the chefs to the waiters and hosts were very accommodating, polite and pleasant the breakfast selection was endless, great variety of proteins, carbs and fresh veggies and fruit options. The entertainment that was provided in the morning as well was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was a vibe an ideal way to get a bit of everything all at once great view, nice poolside food, excellent service from the guys by the pool. The extra touches such as the two room cleans a day, the guest relations check in calls every evening, the little turndown goodies went a long way and really made it that much special, and for the guest invite from Nobu for their anniversary was cherry on the top. Lastly the check in and check out was seamless.

Only suggestion would be the gym needs AC as it was rather difficult to train because it gets far too stuffy and hot.

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are great. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Thank Yousef for taking good care of us on arrival. Standard of lunch and dinner was equal to the Nobu brand - delicious.

The service was sadly inconsistent. Our welcome was great, poolside staff super attentive - but lunch was a let down. 10 minute wait for still water more than once was very frustrating. Dinner service was much better thank goodness. Also found the breakfast to be underwhelming for a 5 star hotel at this price point.

The Nobu hotel is a beautiful space and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and a chilled atmosphere. The Nobu lounge is a perfect spot for an evening drink. The hotel has a fantastic spa area with a generous pool area, steam and sauna facilities.

The hotel has a great rooftop but be prepared for the noise levels. The roof is very lively from lunchtime and at night the music plays until around 1am and does reverberate through the hotel - we were on the third floor and ear plugs would have been helpful! Just something to be mindful of when booking.

The property is in great location to the medina, it is walk able even in the 45 degree heat. Staff were attentive, we arrived at 11am and were in our room by 11:30 which is before check out!

The only downside was the breakfast if we are being really picky, at a top rated hotel we did expect a little more variety offered.

I would like to really thank the two younger ladies who worked on concierge. They are total gems and deserve all the recognition they can get! Nobu exceeded my expectations on every level. I won’t stay anywhere else on future trips to Marrakesh and have already told all of my friends.
