Staff didn’t seem particularly interested or engaging this stay

After staying in a Riad on our last visit here we wanted a little ‘normal’. This hotel is perfectly situated within a 15 to 20 min walk to the main square and also it’s right amongst some great bars and restaurants in Hivernage.

There’s nothing to dislike.

Everything was great especially the location!! Some reception staff were a little rude, don’t know whether that was because of the language barrier but overall the rest of the staff were amazing!!

We liked the hotel location, walking distance to Médina, Guliez and all top restaurants (Nobu, Koya, Lotus etc.)interior design was bit dated.. restaurant downstairs was very nice. , breakfast was perfect, all staff were so friendly. . The pool was beautiful with lots of sun.

Room felt a bit old. Could do with an upgrade

The toilet is separate from bath and shower, the toilet area is very tight and small, could do better with more space

It was clean, close to Menara mall, very polite staff, good breakfast, lots of clubs and restaurants nearby, had a microwave and clean. I will be back here soon

Breakfast needs to add varieties. Needs to consistently putting names of the dishes to avoid the people opening for curiosity. drainage needs a regular maintenance. In our room, most of the time the water was not flowing.

The quality of towels. All were very old and the color is not acceptable anymore for use. The color is very bad. Sometimes you even feel that you dont want to use it at all. Thats how bad it is.

Nice large room and very clean. Beds comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food and buffet breakfast not as good as expected. Poor service and breakfast not ready at scheduled time. Most of the breads and pastries were stall and only limited items presented at any given time during the buffet. Not worth the money.
