Location was ideal to visit Medina, not too close and not too far.

I complained every day about the loud and inappropriate music in the outside area by the pool. I was looking forward to a restful and chilled holiday but found the type and volume of the piped music intrusive and unrelaxing. Most of the guests were aged 50 or over and to play Techno and Disco music was inappropriate as most wanted to rest and read. The music wasn't even original singers so I found it really irritating. I did ask the staff on many occasions to turn it down or even have more variety but no-one seemed to be able to help

Great location, 10 minutes from main plaza and the souks but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Our last day we had lunch and an older member of staff refused to accept payment by card telling us that the restaurant was different to the hotel etc and that we had to use the cash machine outside (which charges 60MAD, €6 per transaction). I refused and politely informed him that I had paid the city tax that morning by card and that my payment was either by card or no payment at all. He reluctantly obliged and I then had to explain again to the young receptionist. Clearly card payments are an issue in Marrakesh. The rooms were of sufficient standard but contained no toiletries except for loo roll. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and we had a stunning garden view!

The staff were excellent and friendly, including the restaurant and bar staff. it is very peaceful hotel most of the time.

The room walls could do with little painting, also they really need to have "do not disturb" sign for the doors, as cleaners walk right in after single knock with not much of chance to answer them. This was very annoying to the point i ask them not to clean my room at all unless i ask for it, which they honoured. Otherwise, the cleaners ladies were great and understood our concerns.

The property is definitely value for money. There is a pool area which has an amazing view of Koutoubia, and a well stocked bar with waiter service around the pool. The hotel is quite dated, but it’s very clean, and has all the required facilities. The location of the property is perfect , with a 5 minute walk to Koutoubia, and a 10 minute walk to the main market square(Jemaa el Fnaa).

The room were quite dated, and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. But if there was a refurbishment I would imagine the price would increase. Also, an option of early checkin would’ve been nice.

The music played outside by the pool was MUCH TOO LOUD and often INAPPROPRIATE !! Loud rap music, for example, in the middle of the afternoon !! People need either silence OR something restful. These days, people listen to their own music on headphones. The hotel does not need to provide it,

The location was perfect! Right near Jama3 lafna, alla facilities are near by. Dayy and night staff very friendly and very polite. Loved how they all speak fluent French English and Spanish!! Breakfast had a great variety of food, I found healthy choices and the swimming pool was so clean. The are outside the swimming Poole and the front of the hotel was sooo clean, I loved my stay there and would definitely return 😊

The rooms can do with renovation, otherwise everything else was perfect.

The hotel is a little dated but not to a level that causes a problem. The food is average. The breakfast is plentiful but the evening offering and pool menu are not very good and the standard of cookery could have been better. Quite often meat was dry.

The property was in a good location, not far from the medina. You can see koutoubia from your room. It was clean and had a lovely large pool. The breakfast was ok there wasn’t a lot of variety. Kareem is a lovely man and looked after us well, all of the staff are lovely. The beds are really comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

I think a small fridge would be a good addition to the rooms. It was so hot and drinking warm bottled water in the night wasn’t nice.

My name is Ikbal and I would like to state, the Hotel was very convenient. it was safe and secure the staff members were exceptionally courteous and kind. I will definitely stay there again and again, whenever I visit Marrakesh.

There was some minor complications, which was resolved by the in-house, plumbing and electrical department. The shower would need some level of pressure added and the outside part of the rooms would need a Wi-Fi signal booster. Apart from those minor corrections, everything else was fine.

The property was clean, breakfast was good & the pool was nice.

The reception staff advised that we would be able to pay the VAT with card upon our departure. Once we checked out, our driver was already at the property, a different receptionist refused to let us pay by card despite advising that we had already been assured we could.
