The location of this hotel is excellent - close to the Djemaa El Fna square and within minutes of the airport bus-stop. It is a good budget hotel. OK, the TV control didn't work and a hot shower wasn't always a given, but my room was very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace from which there was a very good view of the Koutoubia mosque. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The supervisor remembered my name, which was nice. Don't expect 5 star comfort because this is not a 5 star hotel, but it does well what it purports to do. The staff were very helpful and polite at all times. My air conditioning broke down at one point, but was fixed immediately.

Pity the TV didn't work. Why is there no plug for the bathroom sink? Just a little concerned about the security of the hotel at night.

The Location of this hotel is the main reason for staying as it is 2 minute walk to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. The restaurant was perfect and had a wonderful view of the mosque opposite. breakfast is also provided with the room and set us up for the day, staff were very attentive and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this hotel for its location and value for money. The Food in the restaurant was very tasty, we ordered a tagine on our first night and I can say it was very good, when compared to the all of the tagines consumed during our two week stay in multiple cities all over morocco.

The Hotel location was super ideal to get around all Marrakech Old Medina, ❤️ Koutobia Mosque was a close by the unit window, also Place Jamaa El Fena was right at the corner within a very short walking distance ! Stuff was welcoming & friendly at all request or needs👍 I will definitely give this place another visit whenever I can, & also recommend to other people !

The breakfast menu was quite good & delicious ! With local food served as an open (buffet, or table) ! But not as much diverse when compared to other well known hotels around the town ! Another down side 👎 point is the Hotel wifi was not much stronger & most of the time wasn't stable to cover All the units ! Mine was the case ! Otherwise everything was OK 👍

The staff is very friendly. They'll help you call a taxi and negotiate the price (from the airport €20, to the airport €10 with them), they'll tell you where to buy souvenirs and eat, and they'll warn you about places to avoid, especially for women! They will help you choose an interesting excursion. I recommend this hotel to those who aren't looking for luxury and want to live in the heart of Marrakech!

The location of the restaurant terrace, overlooking Kotubia Mosque, was stunning. The breakfast itself was a sparse continental- flatbread and jam, yoghurt, cucumber and grated carrots and an egg.

More variety and quantity of food at breakfast would have been nice, eg cheeses, meats and pastries.

Great location - right across from Koutoubia Mosque and less then 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna. Friendly staff and breakfast on the terrace which overlooks the Mosque. Breakfast was just okay.

It sounded like they were moving furniture in the restaurant above us at 6am both days we were there and the shower was really slow to drain.

The location next to Jemaa el-Fnaa was fantastic. Access to everything in the area was wonderful.

The wifi in the back lower room where I stayed was nonexistent. They were painting and that was a good thing. The rooms and bathrooms could use a little updating for the price.

We like everything from room to breakfast and it's a minute walk to Koutoubia Mosque. Just cross the road. It is also close to Jema El-Fna Square. Similar to London's Oxford Circus and Regent Street. Staff were absolutely friendly and very polite.
