It was a great location. We parked at the mosque around the corner for two nights without worrying about our rental. The hotel is located right outside the Medina. Our room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel has a great bar to get a nightcap and also a restaurant but we didn't eat there (only there two nights). Would recommend staying here, the staff is great and extremely helpful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing I could think of would be getting the water temperature comfortable in the shower. We could get it at the right temperature but a few seconds later it would get extremely hot again and needed to be readjusted. But it wasn't an end all and can be overlooked for all the positives here.

I could not fault RIAD Wow in anyway. We had the most amazing stay, the roof top bar was great our room was beautiful but what made our stay memorable were the amazing staff , who were both helpful and attentive, especially Mohammed on front desk who gave us a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations…. Better known as Simo with his upside down badge.

breakfast buffet ( low choice, bread in the buffet in the terrace was open to birds, so principally you had to ask all stuff separately: then breakfast without buffet would be better). Coffee had to be paid separately.Shower was not comfortable.

Loved the staff! Every single one of them were so endearing and helpful. When we left, it was like leaving a new family behind. The proximity to visit everywhere we wanted was also excellent.

Maybe we should not have visited when it was 48⁰C but the staff helped us to be comfortable.

Just fabulous, WiFi was good, room was clean and fabulous. Bathroom was just so lovely. Staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Bed was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Location is absolutely ideal. Breakfast in the morning was also DELISH. Cannot fault it

Location is close to where you would want to be. Staff are friendly and helpful but don't always anticipate guest needs in advance. Our room was beautiful.

Breakfast could be better handled with a range of juices, cereals etc. Evening dining - it is/was cold in the restaurant and staff had to be asked to light gas fires and move closer to us.

We liked everything. Exceptionally beautiful and with attention to every detail, both the general areas and the room. Good breakfast, small menu but very tasty plates in the restaurant for dinner, helpful staff, we also ordered hammam and it was good. And the location is unbeatable, just outside the medina in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the main square. And good air conditioning, which is important :)

All was fantastic. I would advise that if traveling with elderly or incapacitated people, this is probably not the best place as you have to go up narrow stairs (and there is no elevator) to get to for example the breakfast area.

It was very comfortable room. Very relaxing. All staff were wonderful. Good location. Great food. Terrace is Exotic feel and other worldly relaxing. They helped us with a guide and travel ideas for Morocco. They helped arrange taxi. They are terrific people and treated us like family.

Immaculate, I literally felt like royalty staying here. It was like I was in a dream. The most romantic place I’ve ever stayed, and it was our final riad stay of my trip. I loved the others I stayed in as well but this one may have been the best. The breakfast spot is beautiful as well and I would recommend. Fatima Zahara at the front desk is so sweet and the bellhop was extremely kind in hailing us a taxi. I wish this was my home!!!! I would be overjoyed to stay here again. Shukran bezeff!!

Riad Wow is true to it's name in all respects, where we had a wonderful weekend stay. In particular the staff were absolutely fantastic being so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and when we get the opportunity we would hope to stay again.
