Location, space, hospitality. We stayed in multiple riads during our trip. At the last leg of our trip, i could hands down say it was the best place we stayed at during our stay in marrakech. It is near the central area and in close vicinity/center of all the attractions and souks. Omar was very hospitable and helped us a lot during our stay. He made sure we got food on our early excursions and also helped us with our luggage! Yassim was also very knowledgeable with advice on transportation. The space was very good and big. Good a/c as well! Would recommend to friends and family hands down.

I loved the decor! Everywhere was beautifully decorated and inviting - I didn't want to go out! It's also designed to be very cool in the seating areas, which was really appreciated. It has great ambiance. My room was really beautiful, spacious, cool and quiet. The staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home! The breakfast service was a great bonus and a nice way to start the day.

Not having a way to chill my water. It may add some low sound, but I'd like a mini fridge in the room. It's quite hot this time of year.

We stayed at this riad for five days, and I’m very glad I chose to book here. The location is easy to find, but if you arrange transport, they send someone to guide you to the riad. It’s very close to the souks, and we were able to reach all the main attractions on foot. Our room was clean and tidied daily. They even changed our towels after two days without us having to ask or leave them on the floor. At night, it gets quite cold, but the room was equipped with an electric heater that kept us warm. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Every morning, we were served freshly made Moroccan pancakes, two types of jam, homemade yogurt or cheese, olives, butter, and cookies. We could choose between coffee or tea, and we always got freshly squeezed orange juice. Additionally, we could order an omelet or fried eggs. We had dinner at the riad twice and really enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind—I’m sure that if you ask nicely, they’ll do their best to help with any request. After checking out, we left our luggage at the riad and spent the day exploring before heading to the airport. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it!

I have only good things to say about this riad, and we will definitely return!

Absolutely stunning riad with exceptional care and service from all the staff. In particular Taoufiq and Yassine were both always very attentive, as well as fun and interesting to chat to. The breakfast was a lovely spread, with a mixture each day of bread, msemen (square roti), jams, yoghurt, fruit, cake, freshly squeezed orange juice, and tea/coffee. The rooms were also perfectly clean, stayed cool, and the bed was very comfy. The terrace was also beautiful and a great place to chill and read your book. I have seen some reviews about the noise but we honestly found most guests to be very quiet and respectful. We brought earplugs with us and slept very well each night.

We can’t fault it for the price!

The location was great and the staff work so hard to ensure you have a good stay. The room was clean and with the air con, was very comfortable. Riad also offers a airport taxi service which we found super useful.

Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more varied, loads of breads. I think something like eggs would go a long way. Also our shower was super close to the toilet meaning very time we showered water would get around the toilet, maybe having more of a separator would help.

Roof is huge and multi level so views are good. Very cool hidden spaces to sit and relax. Very cool in the heat. Excellent attentive staff.

They are part of a group and if you want a recommendation for food they will naturally point you in that direction, which IS excellent but there are cheaper and arguably as good options. They had staff come to collect us and take us to the restaurant which was a blessing after a long journey. The rooms appear basic but are functional and all you need. Breakfast is at a sedate pace but very nice.

Abdul received us and helped us check in with a welcoming Moroccan tea and some explanations while sitting in the inner courtyard. The building is exceptional and well taken care of. Our room was great and clean, we even stayed for a night and they cleaned it again before our check out at 12. The rooftop is breathtaking, with many small areas to spend time chilling, sunbathing or just observing the views. We used it after our check out, they kept our luggage safe until we had to go to the airport. Breakfast was served during many hours and it was delicious. At check out they printed our boarding passes and employees were extremely nice.

We figured out it is a Riad thing, but you can hear anything going on at the inner courtyard, so we recommend using earplugs. We wouldn’t mention it as a totally bad thing though.

A charming little place in the Medina, close to the soukhs and a good base for walking around the old town of Marrakech. Charming and helpful staff, lovely breakfasts every day, and we even got to use the roof terrace - in Frebruary.

It’s an old building, so it lacks some modern conveniences. I would have really liked some comfortable chairs in our room - and a kettle for making our own hot drinks would have been a great addition.

Pictures don't do it justice,my daughter and I loved the place,it's so beautiful and so quiet.its also central too and so close to all the tourist attractions. We especially loved how the staff were so welcoming and helpful.we had a great stay and it felt like home away from home.the kindest and most genuine people. Take time to speak to them they are a wealth of knowledge from history to culture. We were sad to leave but we will return insha'Allah! The best place to stay in Marrakech.

Felt just like home! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hammam and spa experience was very relaxing and professionally done. Dinner was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but overall, a wonderful stay with great energy. Would definitely come back!
