The Riad is located in a tranquil area of the Medina next to the souk. It has hammams and restaurants around the corner and everything else is at walking distance. The Riad host was very welcoming and helpful through the entire stay, helping my group of friends with early checkin or arranging transfers to the airport early in the morning. Breakfast was abundant and it was served in the riad rooftop area; every day there were variations of the typical Moroccan breakfast. They will provide breakfast to take away too in case you need to leave early on.

Our host, Mustafa was charming, knowlegable and so accomodating. We were poured a welcome tea upon arrival and served cookies. Mustafa talked with us for over 30 minutes checking us in and talking about what we want to accomplish in the time that we had available to us during our stay. The riad is located only 11 minutes walk from the souq and very near many restaurants and tea and coffee shops. the palace is an enjoyable thirty minute walk through the souq. Breakfast is served from 830 to 1030 and is on the rooftop. It is a gorgeous setting in the morning sun with coffee, tea, eggs , jam and different breads.

The quiet hours stated from 10 PM to 9 PM are difficult to enforce. Mustafa apologized for the loud guests that arrived late at night and were loud in the morning. The showerhead was broken. There is no shampoo, only bodywash.

Breakfast was tasty and hearty. I chose this hotel because it was described as quiet, it didn't disappoint, it was in a super quiet location, we were able to have a fitful sleep (unlike other locations I have stayed in Marrakech. Mustafa looked after us well and he gave us good advice about transport to Essaouira.

So impressed with my experience at Riad Bobby that I made the decision to cancel my reservation at another Riad and extend my stay. The ambiance, the service, and the genuine warmth made it a difficult choice to leave. My time at Riad Bobby was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this riad to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Marrakesh. Without a doubt, Mostafa & Hazmin helped my stay earn an its well-deserved five-star rating in my book. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. My mom and I will be back!

Maybe turn the pool into a jacuzzi for the colder months? Such a shame we didn't get to enjoy it.

The decoration, location and staffs. It is a small and nice Moroccan design Riad. Although there isn’t any elevator, they helped carrying the luggage upstair. Welcoming with a tea and small tasty desserts had never been better! The staffs there are helpful with planing the trips and organizing your stay to be more comfortable and memorable. Its location is in the medina close to most attractions

There is too less direction signs guiding to the riad. The pinned location on Google map is a bit off, have to walk further in the alley more, passing the spa and it will be on your right

Breakfasts were amazing. It's so much that we had to ask Mostafa to make less the next days. We stayed 3 days and loved Mostafa. He was always helpful and available when we need. What a great person he is. He has a beautiful soul and so nice to talk to him. Thanks, Mostafa!

We found the place with no problems with google maps. Navigation worked well. That was useful because a man latched himself on to us and was insistent in turning us in a different direction, claiming vociferously that the riad was located elsewhere. So make sure you know where you are going and do not ask anyone in the streets for directions here. The accommodation is clean, efficient, good value for money and very conveniently located. Decor is charming. Shower works a treat. Breakfast was plentiful on a roof terrace. Would definitely return.
