Good location, accesible by car, friendly staff, especially Jamal

Allthough we have booked 2 rooms in high floor (1 or 2) when we arrived we have given 1 room at theground floor, which is not the best experience as it is in common view and noisy. You need to keep windows and blinds shut. Also, photos in the site look better than reality

We had the most amazing time at Riad Sheba. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everyone was friendly and helpful. The riad is just beautiful and so well kept, it was the perfect place for our stay The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable, we were very happy with how clean everything was always kept. The location was also ideal, only 15 mins from the airport and short easy distance to the souks, we could not have picked a better place. We would like to say a huge thank you to Jamal who was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jamal has definitely added to the experience and we are very happy to have met him We would 100% recommend anyone to stay at the riad and will definitely be coming back here in the near future. Thank you everyone for our amazing stay !

Everything was perfect

We would recommend Riad Sheba to anyone visiting Marrakesh!! The Riad is just as beautiful as the photos online, with shaded seating areas downstairs next to the pool and a garden terrace on the top floor with stunning views of the city! The location was also fantastic, a short walk from all major attractions in the city, and a main road right outside with taxis - such an easy base to explore the city from. The room had air conditioning and was very clean, and we found the breakfast delicious!! All the staff at Riad Sheba were incredibly kind and welcoming, very helpful when we had issues with our flight- letting us check in late with no fuss, as well as assisting with taxis/city recommendations and suggestions (as well as offering us mint tea regularly🥰). Staying at Riad Sheba felt like a very safe and serene escape from the busy city, great for female travellers - and was overall a wonderful experience!! We would love to come back next time we visit, no question!!

Nothing bad!

Riad Sheba was such a great oasis for us to stay in this, our first time visiting Marrakech. The location is good - only steps away from a main street, but still very close to the heart of the medina. Very comfortable room, lovely patio and pool, nice breakfasts. The staff really made us feel at home - Abdel, Jamal, Mustafa & Najeeb were all so kind and quick to help with advice, suggestions, getting taxis (and negotiating the price for you!), etc.

No mini-fridges in the rooms. But there is a common area mini-fridge on the terrace that you can use.

Beautiful Riad, our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The Riad was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent location close to Medina and main attractions and on a main road so taxi could stop right at the door. The area felt quite safe. On request the riad will organise airport transfers which was very convenient €21 each way for 2 people. Complimentary breakfast daily was fresh and lovely. Also on request you can eat in the riad but you need to arrange the day before or early in morning, €22 per person and the food was delicious, highly recommend. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful, especially Jamal who was always extremely attentive, kind, very friendly, and always ready to help with whatever you needed. I would highly recommend Riad Sheba and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was lovely

The property was really clean and the staff really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice too. Location was perfect.

The only thing I would say is the noice that was coming in the room as we were placed on the ground floor right beside the kitchen and reception. So we were hearing noice from people talking or kitchen dishes being cleaned and arrange at all times. But beyond that everything was very good. If you go there please request the rooms on the second floor before hand as it is first come first served bases when it comes to same type of rooms being booked at the same time.

It truly felt like home! :) The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jemal, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring local dishes, fresh bread, fruits, coffee, and juice—all prepared individually for each guest. This thoughtful touch made us feel like valued guests rather than just hotel visitors. The location is also fantastic—within walking distance of the city's main attractions but pleasantly quiet and peaceful at night. Room was clean and equipped with AC.

Our stay was amazing at Riad Sheba, a special thanks to Fatima and Jamal for going above and beyond with any enquiries we had and were always on hand to help us along with the manager who was also very lovely. The riad is so beautiful, clean and well kept and is within walking distance to a lot of the popular tourist spots such as Bacha Coffee, Koutoubia Mosque / Medresa Ben Youssef / Medina etc. The riad is situated in the perfect place next to many neccesities such as supermarkets, phone shops and eateries along with an ATM and Bank. We felt comfortable and most importantly safe as 3 girls in Marrakech and around this area where the Riad is situated. Amazing experience, we look forward to returning to Riad Sheba. 100% would recommend this place!

Nothing to dislike…everything was perfect!

I really enjoyed the the traditional building with inner court yard pool and terrace. The staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for us weather it was organising a taxi from or to the airport, a trip to to the Sahara or something as wonderful as just an ice bucket to our room. If we would like a nice bottle of wine all we had to do would mention it to them evening before and it was their waiting for us... We loved our stay and will be returning shortly...

Not a single thing

Loved it all. The little pool, rooftops, decor, comfort, bedroom, bathroom was all very good. The service provided was excellent. We were welcomed with traditional tea. After check out they let us store luggage for the day before flight which was brilliant otherwise we would have really struggled. They also told us after check out we are still welcome to use all their facilities which was great. We were given more traditional tea before we went and they also helped us get a taxi outside. They also printed our tickets back to UK. There was plenty of bedding, a safe, cushions, lovely decor in the suite. Dec chairs upstairs were comfy. The view was spectacular at night & early in the morning.

All the staff kind of left & there was just 1 peeson serving. He was really good, didnt really need to wait too long bur just found it a bit strange. There were a lot of flies around when we were eating which was pretty annoying to be honest. Also the curtains from the pictures were missing but I think they may have been hetting washed. Still very beautiful riad. Would still book it again. The shower pipe was broken & was leaking quite a bit so this slowed down the water pressure , it wasn't easy having to wash long hair but manageable.
