All posted on my @travelingwithkarianna insta page! We booked the last room, so no view for us but we did get a 1st floor small terrace which we liked! The grounds are very large and nice to walk through. The servers were so pleasant. The all inclusive option was so enjoyable and easy, all your drinks and food are covered. Laura the entertainer was so amazing, she made the stay so much better, pay raise!!! We loved the music bingo, karaoke and water aerobics along with bringing the markets into the hotel on sunday!

There aren't enough chairs around the large front pool, if you're not there early enough, you are in the back quieter pool or on the garden lawns throughout the property. More lounge chairs. The concierge that books TUI was not friendly and condescending (maybe b/c we're american) but laughed at us when we asked to book an excursion during a local holiday and said she had nothing to offer, i went on booking.com and booked an epic camel/atv/dinner/fireshow day out.

Fantastic hotel. As soon as you step into the doors you are greeted with a white marble foyer which smells divine. The staff across all departments were unbelievably nice, super attentive and friendly. Wonderful location. Just a few minutes walk from the Souk, and 2km from an indoor shopping center. We went for a couples message and it was truly wonderful and great value for money. We would recommend this hotel stay for anyone traveling in the future. Additionally, there was this adorable kitten, we officially named him Rodger. You can't miss him, he is down for breakfast and dinner like clockwork and has his tongue always slightly sticking out. We hope everyone who visits will keep Rodger fed and going strong. He now the official mascot of the resort.

Rooms and general hotel were lovely and well maintained, as were the lush gardens. The hotel teams were fab throughout - happy, polite, friendly and helpful. Location was brill for visiting the main sights of the city and made it a nice spot to return to after visiting the city. Easy to navigate from the hotel and in walking distance of most things.

Aircon wasn't great. Entertainment after 9pm wasn't really for us but it drew in the crowds so must've suited others. The pianist and violinist early evening, I have to say, were brilliant and made the environment feel more refined. It was a shame that the entertainment afterwards didn't really respect these musicians at times though, starting bingo etc !?! early before they'd finished their slot - with the piano bar and this entertainment area being virtually in the same open plan area, it would've been nice that this was considered. Especially when the entertainment programme didn't overlap on paper.

5 mins away from the medina and Koutubia mosque, this is ideal as you can explore the touristy places but then come back to your oasis of peace outside the hustle and bustle. I think the pool was still heated when we went (last week of April) as it was a perfect temperature. The food is amazing, changes every day, and they put a lot on emphasis on salads and healthy foods, there is not much fried food which is great. We had to leave at 7am for a tour and they allowed us to come eat from 6.30 even though this is technically before breakfast starts. Everyone at reception is polite and welcoming.

The only issue was communication prior to the trip - we sent multiple messages via Booking but no one ever replied, including when we asked if they could arrange a taxi for us from the airport. We managed to book a private taxi in a different way but it would have been nice to communicate with the hotel a bit before arriving.

Second stay at this hotel and we hope to stay again very soon. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and service and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. We really felt so welcome and at home here. We are vegan and were so well catered for by head chef Said and his team. The choice and standard of the food was excellent and Said even made vegan pancakes especially for my husband at breakfast. The location is also excellent, being a short walk from the Medina. Highly recommended.

We liked everything!

All staff of TUI BLUE Medina Gardens are TRUE HEROES !! We were overwhelmed by the warmth and authenticity, dedication . The staff is always open to make your stay unforgettable and helps you with everything . The hotel staff truely needs respect like tourists receive from them . The food of TUI BLUE Medina Gardens is amazing, choices are unbelievable and of a higher level . Presentation is very very beautiful done . The bed and cushions lay perfect ! The big swimming and smaller pool are well kept by and very clean . TUI BLUE Medina Gardens is situated in a perfect location on walking distance to the very very busy centre of Marrakech .

The two pools and the gardens The food was fantastic lots to choose from and the dessarts where delicious - drinks was included which was great - everything was catered for and the hotel was very near to the Medina - we walked twice.

Sounds crasy but the toilet rools in the room where awful really cheap and nasty this really needs looking into as this spoilt the room situation for us both. Plus the pillows were very hard on the bed, A=part from these two things we had a lovely time at the hotel

We moved to this hotel last minute after an awful 2 night stay in another hotel. Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever with this hotel. Every member of staff was so welcoming and could not do enough for you to make sure you were happy with your stay. The food selection every day was fantastic, always hot and something for everyone. The rooms were clean, and every part of the hotel was clean. There was entertainment throughout the day and evening every day. It was within walking distance of the souk markets and medina. The spa on site provides great treatments at a reasonable price and is worth every penny. The tui staff checked in with us every day to ensure we were happy. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we could complain about.

Very good hotel. Staff all very good. Restaurant staff and chefs all working very hard. Everybody at the hotel has been well trained. We stayed for 2 nights, went on a trip and came back for another 2 nights. Enjoyed the food. Enjoyed our lunch in the snack bar where meals are cooked to order. Enjoyed everything on the menu. Main pool to cold in March but smaller heated pool is at the back. Nice temperature. Lots of sunbeds around the gardens. Very nice with no children running around. Shame guests still think it is ok to leave towels on beds for hours when they are not using them. Very selfish. Location is excellent. The hotel gives you the best of both worlds. First class hotel and food but just an easy 10 - 15 min walk from the Medina. Much better than having to catch shuttle buses or taxis back and forth. There is a gate into the Medina closer to the hotel. No need to go to Jemaa el-Fnaa square but if you have not been before it might be best going to the center first. Yes it is mad, yes it is all overwhelming but thats why we visit Marrakesh. I recommend a guide (private is best) for one of the first mornings. It will help you enjoy the experience. Tips for the Medina:- walk on the right side. Dont let the scooters bother you. You keep walking in a straight line and they will avoid you. Ignore them (even though there are 100's of them. We were told most houses and flats in Marrakesh have at least 1 or 2 mopeds!!). Also if you are approached by anyone just ignore them. I think they have all been told if the tourist is not interested or ignores you leave them alone. They do not pester or persist. FYI we used Booking.com for our airport transfers. All went very well. We were contacted by SMS / email and whatsapp re driver details, pick up time, location, etc. If the cost is reasonable they offer a good service. All in all we enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

We did not dislike anything

Very convenient location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see and go. Except of course for organized longer trips. Very good food and staff with a good attitude and good service. Applies to all staff.

Noise as employees were throwing glass bottles (rubbish) at night in the hotel gate. We woke up to the sound of the glass breaking. Luggage can only be stored in an open area next to reception and the front door (after check out). Not all drinks are included like the mojito, cost MAD 100,-.
