We just returned from an incredible stay at Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura, and we can't stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with the utmost respect, warmth, and professionalism. The staff truly made us feel like VIPs. The breakfast crew was exceptional, and a special shoutout to Abedrazzak, whose cheerful demeanor brightened our mornings and made each meal a delight. Karima, from the Butler’s team, gave us a wonderful tour of the Ryad, showcasing its beautiful features and making us feel right at home. Our room was superb—elegantly designed and grand. We honestly can’t wait to return. This place has captured our hearts! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a magical escape in Marrakech.

I have traveled the world - this is one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen. Every room, every service, every corner is pristine. Gorgeous Hammam included with your stay. The poolside‘s food is excellent. You can have a more formal lunch overlooking the pool which we did upon arrival- or a more casual lunch poolside. All delicious. The pool was super clean and the towel boys provide plush, thick, new towels. The service at this hotel is second to none. I would say the service here is as wonderful as any Mandarin Oriental hotel worldwide. We had room 225 overlooking the pool. Gorgeous spacious room with a king size bed. East straight 10 minute walk to the famous market/souk Jemaa el-Fnaa. The location is the crossroads between the modern Marrakesh and old Marrakesh. The location is 10/10. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation and can be very romantic and sexy for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfection.

The property was wonderful and the perfect size/amount of guests. The pool was amazing with the perfect sunbathing area. Breakfast was good and we had option of having to our room as well which we did a couple of times. The location was ideal, close to walk to most places and we only got taxis if we were eating out at night time. We often had lunch at the hotel pool restaurant which was lovely also and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I would have to complain about is the AC in the rooms, we weren't sure if this worked properly and both My mum and I had a stuffy nose/sore throat in the mornings. Overall staff couldn't have been nicer & the rooms/facilities were perfect and I will definitely be back!!

the ryad was beautiful with incredible furnishings hotel resto was decent albeit I got a dodgy stomach from a meal one day the location is the best thing though you can walk pretty much anywhere in marrakech within 20 mins

Wi-Fi was terrible all the way through, service was patchy apart from when you complained and the manager got involved who was incredible by the way - really went out of his way after the issue happened to make sure we were happy. but fix the Wi-Fi honestly a 5* hotel like that to have poor Wi-Fi is not good enough - just couldn’t work there all the way through the trip

breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. we visited the hamman or spa and had an indulgent treatment. totally worth it! the staff was very friendly and so warm. the rooms were very clean and large and had every amenity. felt as if you were staying at a 5 star resort.

everything was great! we had drinks at the bar, they had a great jazz band playing nightly.

we liked everything about this wonderful hotel. it was 10 mins walk from the souks. the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. the room was immaculate and luxurious and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. the pool was lovely and whenever we went to the pool the attendants provided towels and set up a parasol.

Excellent location with two pools. The outdoor pool is heated up to 26 centigrade and covered nightly. In door pool is much wormwer.

The climate control was fully controlled by the hotel engineers and it never dropped below 22 centigrade which is very warm and stuffy in the bedroom especially the temperature outside at night was around 20

Your staff surprised me greatly by placing a beautiful birthday cake on the table and scattering rose petals all over the table and bed. It was so romantic! Thank you so much!

The hotel is wonderful and the room as comfortable as you could possibly ask for. The staff and service (not to mention the food) were exceptional. Thank you Adel and everyone who took such wonderful care of us. Thanks also to the recommendation from the wonderful Concierge for an amazing meal in the old town at La Tangia. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending the Hotel to anyone asking.
