Such a good spot, right behind Jemaa El Fnaa, but with all the luxury you expect from a 5 star hotel. Good WIFI, beautiful surroundings and absolutely lovely front desk staff. Abdelatif and Abdelatif (from 2 different shifts) were helpful and amazing as usual and there was lady who helped me at check in (who’s name also began with A (maybe Alina)) that are absolutely amazing. They are a reason to come back alone.

It’s perfect, this is coming from a seasoned traveller. A little bit on the pricey side would be my only issue.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the entire team for their exceptional service and hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm and attentive atmosphere the staff provided. The hotel is stunning and clean. The staff is wonderful throughout. The hotel is within walking distance of the Medina while finding peace and beauty inside. The hotel has a wonderful bar with a pianist, a Moroccan restaurant and an Indian restaurant on the 3rd floor which is a lovely place to come during the day for drinks and lunch from noon and lay by the small pool. They also have a large pool downstairs which has sun in the afternoon. The only thing I would say is that the small pool does not have enough deep water to swim, it is good just to refresh yourself. Aside from that, there is nothing negative at all. The cleaning people are all nice and polite and create some amazing decorations on your bed. Sweet, made us laugh. I highly recommend it if you don't want to be far from the city.

Nothing I did not like. We did not check the fitness centre as we were constantly in and about. and did not eat at the Indian restaurant.

Beautiful space, excellent facilities incl heated pool and ample roof top space. Very attentive staff, clean, and attention to detail. Spa was next level!

Some of the room is a little dated but not to the level where it would be an issue, and it’s made up for by nice details such as fresh flowers. I would have two suggestions to enhance the stay further: (1) Look at options to sound proof the doors a bit more - there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic but the door didn’t keep sound out from the corridor well. (2) A guide in the room to facilities - staff very kindly provide an introduction but the space it quite large and has so much to offer that a little map would be helpful :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, after a few days in the atlas mountains and not feeling the best, it was a welcomed space of luxury and comfort. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life at this hotel and the staff are so professional and lovely. I also used the spa which was an amazing experience and very reasonable for high quality treatments. The pool is beautiful and the perfect tempterature for hot days but can be chilly for those who are succeptible to the cold! (I personally loved it)

The location was outstanding. I looked at many other hotels at similar price points and reviews, but I'm so happy I settled on this. It is right on the edge of the Medina. Within 30 seconds of leaving the front door you can be inside the first undercover souk, yet you can't hear a trace of the hustle and bustle from inside the hotel. The facilities available were excellent. We did not try the spa or gym, but the choice of restaurants and the quality of the food and service were exceptional. We were also greeted warmly each time we visited the bars and the bartenders remembered our orders. We really enjoyed the pool to cool off in the middle of the day and thought the sun loungers were good quality. They were also always available even though it was a busy hotel.

Our stay was incredible. We had requested a room in a quieter area, and the team provided us with an amazing suite in a very peaceful part of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very spacious. All the staff were extremely kind and attentive. We were unwell during our stay, and they prepared a suitable dish for us. The hotel has a beautiful architectural design. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to rest and relax while still being close to the Medina.

Consider replacing the cushions on the sun loungers. Having a first-aid kit with a contactless infrared thermometer and a blood pressure monitor would be useful to quickly check for any discomfort when a guest is not feeling well. These are small improvement sugestions. We really liked everything in the hotel :)

The hotel is generally very beautiful, with separate spaces for different purposes, which is highly appreciated. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are nice features offering a good relaxing break. The piano bar has a nice old style atmosphere to it, you see people smoking indoors which is surprisingly pleasant as you don’t see that these days anymore. The pianist-singer did a great job, kudos to him! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom is quite spacious and clean, the towels are also usable, iykyk.

The spas in five-star hotels are typically open for guest use, but not in this cheap place. Even La Mamounia doesn’t charge extra for guests to use an indoor pool. This policy was quite disappointing and felt somewhat shameful for them. I ended up going to another hotel for the spa instead. The entrance looks quite old at first glance. The staff at the rooftop bar need much better training in guest relations, as one of them came across as slightly unprofessional.

The hotel is a welcome oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Marrakesh. The hotel oozes old world charm and class. A very understated entrance in a slightly nondescript streeet and then you step through the doors to calm cool tranquillity. If you want to have the most central location in Marrakesh where you can walk to everything this is the spot. It has been some time since I have left a hotel with not one thought on where they could improve - a flawless experience from start to finish with staff who care about every aspect of a guest's experience. The food was excellent with Bala (Indian restaurant) top of our list - we loved the roof top pool and sky bar - with amazing views and fantastic attentive staff. Thank you for a memorable stay in Marrakesh.

Our room was stunning with a large lounge area and a huge outdoor terrace as we had booked a mini suite. Lovely big bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower room. The rooftop pool was fabulous. The Indian restaurant was amazing - excellent authentic Indian food and you can eat by the pool. Staff were all so lovely and helpful and they all spoke several languages. Also really central for visits to the medina - no need for taxis at all and there were several rooftop restaurants to visit a short walking distance away.

We had not booked for breakfast but did go in one day not realising that it would be hugely over priced for mediocre food. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere for breakfast. There are places a short walk away with better food for a lot less money.

Location, character, staff and service all superb. This is THE place to stay when visiting Marrakech! Literally, only a few mins walk to the Koutoubia Mosque, the main city square and market place, and of course the souks. Hotel pool was quiet and tranquil, the food, beer and cocktails excellent!

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It’s not a big international chain, it’s a Moroccan hotel in Marrakech!
