Location right in the middle of the Medina, in one of the souks. Taxi's drop you off about 100 yards away - 3 minute walk - as they can't drive down the narrow streets. The staff who greeted us were young and could speak pretty good English. They couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was typically Moroccan and consisted of a small amount of fruit, cake, yoghurt and authentic pastries made on the premises with coffee. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Our room was beautiful but window less as in most Medina Riad's. The indoor pool in the Riad was lovely. There was a bathroom with adequate shower and thankfully nice cool air con. The Riad is very central and we could walk to most of the sights.

In the souks the traffic is crazy - motorbikes, scooters, and sometimes choking fumes in the narrow streets. If you can't cope with this then you should probably choose a hotel outside of the souks.

A charming riad, beautifully decorated and in a great location only a few minutes walk from the Jemaa El-Fyd. Our room was large & comfortable with air con. The staff were exceptional and speak excellent English. A special mention for staff member Hisham who was so friendly and welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. He met us from the taxi to walk us into the Medina - the next day, another staff member also walked us to the main square, which was much appreciated so we could get our bearings.

Not a criticism but to be aware that the breakfast is good but is brought automatically without any choice. Each morning you get yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast and spreads, variations of pancakes and cake. It’s fresh and good but after a few days repetitive.

Staff superb throughout no matter who we dealt with or time of day. Room was fantastic with good facilities and top notch air conditioning! Location excellent, we arrived by train and was simple to get taxi to it, and from it to the airport. Good access to the medina and the main square.Breakfast was excellent and fresh.

Perhaps a touch more signage as you approach the ends of major walkways / road. We wandered down the wrong one to begin with and there’s a myriad of ways to get lost in Marrakech. Other than that nothing more to add.

First of all, Ally and I were greeted like family and were welcomed into the beautiful Riad. Natural hosts, can't fault any of them. Helped us with dinner plans and maps to find our way about. Our transfers were arranged to and from the Riad - fabulous. No issues. Drivers very friendly. All the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and surroundings. The housekeeping is first class, and the linens were lovely. The Riad is right next to all the action, but was cosy and quiet. Breakfast is simple but plentiful and tasty. I cannot recommend highly enough, fabulous first time in Marrakech. I will definitely return. I'll bring a smaller case next time, I promise! The experience was good. The facilities are in good condition and they pay great attention to details, specialy on how they talk with you. Hamza and the rest of the team was very helpful, friendly, and close but always respectful. The room was good and the Riad was beautiful. Also, we arranged through the accommodation for a driver to bring us from the airport to the Riad, and from the Riad to the airport (4.30 AM), a very pleasant person. I recommend this to anyone landing in the genuine chaos that is Menara airport!

I sincerely expected a little more for the breakfast, and in our case being hosted for 5 days ended up being repetitive but adequate. I repeat, it's enough and tastes good, it just repetitive for more than 2-3 days. Being this my only "but" indicates the Riad was pretty good.

An amazing place, it was our first time in Marrakech and we couldn't have chosen a better place right in the heart of the city 2 mins from Jema El Fina and other attractions in the old city, staff is amazing the place is clean and very authentic architecture highly recommended..

breakfast could be better, more options can help improve even if it's paid for options. Rooms are amazing and very tidy always can do with a long mirror in the bedroom and a clock..

This location was just brilliant. The location made our stay so enjoyable. We had everything right at our doorsteps. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. Hamza was especially friendly to us. He literally took us to some of teh locations that we had to get to himself. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Nothing. maybe they can have a kettle in the rooms, but this is really not a big deal

The Riad was in a good position in the Medina for visits as well as close to the main road to the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Riad is comfortable and great to cool down in the pool.

Some extra touches might increase the rating. The breakfast, bread, and jams were lovely, but a fresh cheese and a variety of fruit would improve the experience.

Very warm welcome with mint tea , almonds & sweet treats. Large rooms with bottled water, comfortable beds, wardrobes & bathroom with shower. Breakfast served on rooftop was good but basic (breads, jams, yoghurt, fruit & cake, fresh juice , tea & coffee) We had an early start on our last day so the night receptionist made a special effort for us & prepared our breakfast an hour before the official breakfast serving. This was really appreciated. He also helped with our bags.

Difficult to find without help

firstly, the staff was very kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide us with excellent customer service and took time to answer any questions we had to make sure we had a great time in Marrakesh and Morocco. Breakfast was delicious with everything homemade! Riad was beautifully decorated and was in a quiet location , yet near the souks and Jemaa El-Fnaa.
