Location was very good, within walking distance of old medina area and the new city (Gueliz). The entrance is through the gate Bab Ksour. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was so tasty and they change it up everyday with the fresh juices, avocado toast with salmon and they always include the traditional spread (Msmessen). A special thank you to Lubna and her team! They made our stay very welcoming. We will definitely come and stay again and would recommend this riad to all!

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine in the middle of summer, location was very convenient within walking distance from restaurants and rooftops and everything else we planned to do in the Medina, staff were friendly and helpful, we could contact them via WhatsApp if we need to book a table at the restaurant or anything else. The spa swimming pool was very refreshing and relaxing.

Excellent service, great building and spa, the indoor pool is amazing for relaxing and free all day. The rooms upstairs are awesome the double suits downstairs funny and cozy (we wnjoyed both alternatives as we were lucky to have upgrade for some nights). Marble everywhere, rooftop TOP! I can say Quality is synonymous to Riad Eliza and Spa. Regarding food, breakfast is specific but to the point, very full and tasty and we also haf dinner which was not pricey and followed the Moroccan tradition. Definitely we recommend for couples

The Riad does not offer alcohol which we recommend to change as the rooftop is amazing to enjoy cocktails there

Really stunning Riad, which felt super serene from the hustle and bustle of the markets. The Riad was always clean and many staff members were around to help. Great views and photo moments here. Loved the room and bathroom.

I didn’t like how the front door was always open, allowing non-residents to come in and take a wonder. Perhaps they wanted to take a photo or use the spa but anyone could just turn up to your room. From a security perspective, this was a big no - especially as there were so many beggars right outside too. They should have always been someone manning the front door and checking who was entering and exiting the building. The Spa location was also a bit hazardous with the fully glass door, poor signage and no hazard tape. You could easily just accidentally walk into the door. Needed to be safer.

The highlight of this Riad is definitely its location, on a beautiful street in the Medina, close to many points of interest. The hotel staff (from the receptionists to the housekeeping and maintenance team) was very accommodating and met all our requests. A special thanks to the two concierges, Sofiane and Ahmid, who made our stay particularly enjoyable with their professionalism and kindness!

The room was too small for three people and generally not very functional; however, it had two bathrooms (one of which only had a shower).

A perfect retreat, literally a few minutes from the Main Square. The rooms were exceptionally clean,with house keeping coming in everyday ( if required), the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh. All staff at the Riad were lovely, friendly without being intrusive. The Breakfast was the very best I’ve had had in Marrakech, the choice and quality were totally amazing, all served with a smile. We visited The Spa on a couple of occasions and treated ourselves to a Facial, The Spa was lovely treat after a busy day shopping, definatley worth a visit.

Loved everything about The Road

The ambience, the sweet smell, the cleanliness you receive immediately you walk in, the hotel is well cleaned daily. The rooms are spacious compared to other riads i stayed in.....the staff are so helpful...they help you with getting bikes or cabs if you need one..they even assist with tours if you want. Everyone is friendly n helpful..I really enjoyed my stay..the location is close to all major sites.. not much trekking or spending transport fare..

The staff were great and friendly. They were super helpful. The location was really perfect. A short walk to the main square(Jamaa el Finaa). The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The whole place was covered in marble which gives the luxury impression. The spa and pool looked really nice but i didn't use them.

The room lacks a stand for the luggage and the room is really dark. When fixing these issues , I would rate the hotel a solid 10. The room didn't have a mini fridge but it wasn't mentioned in the room amenities so basically my bad. Adding a small fridge in the room will be a huge plus especially in summer.

Staff, the property and location is superb! Very clean and housekeeping did amazing job! It has a stunning roof top terrace however during our stay was not staffed to offer drinks, perhaps out of season?

Would have been lovely to have drinks on terrace, perfect setting to watch sunset but unfortunately not staffed. The shower had a low pressure, manageable for few nights but overall, great experience.

Riad Elisa & Spa was splendid and very homely, we were well taken care of by Abdul and Tariq. Beautiful riad, its location at the center of town made it convenient to access most places on our list by foot. We also had a great Hammam and massage experience.

The things we were displeased about are- the lack of full sized mirrors in the room and inadequate lighting (as a woman, it was difficult dressing up in the room without these 2). The breakfast was the same almost everyday, we would have appreciated some variety from day to day. The Wi-Fi was also down the first few days. Lastly, the riad had some construction work going on during our stay, which affected our sleep.
