The location is 8-9 minutes from the main square. This riad is small but super cute and comfortable! The staff is amazing! Every single request we had they were able to help us! Even the last day they woke up early to make us breakfast before we left! The room is extremely clean! They cleaned every single day!!! Amazing! Clean towels, new toilet paper, refill of soap and shampoo! Literally everything! The best service we had in Morocco! Also the breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

The Riad was excellent and our stay was very enjoyable. The service at the riad was exceptional. The staff were amazing always ready to help. Mubarak was very helpful and was always around if we wanted any tea or coffee. The rooms were also cleaned by the cleaning staff everyday to a very high standard and breakfast was excellent. They were very accommodating and one day we needed to have our breakfast earlier than the normal and they were happy to provide us the breakfast. The location was amazing very close to all the tourist locations the Jemma el Fanaa square , walking distance to everything.

My friends and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech Medina. The place is sober, marvelous, and well located. The customer service was amazing, I want to commend Ahmed for his top knock service. He made our stay much easier and better. I cannot recommend this place and his service enough. I am sure we will try to book future stays at this Riad.

This was the best riad of the three I stayed in while in Marrakesh on this trip. The building is very well preserved and rooms are wide and spacious. It is in the perfect location — just inside the old walled city but not so far inside the labyrinth that one would get lost. The staff especially Ahmed was exceptional. He was the only one on hand because it was the Eid al-Adha holiday and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable — he speaks great French and English and is learning Spanish in addition to his fluent Arabic and Tamazigh. When my friends daughter left her stuffed animals in the room she was beside herself, but Ahmed went the extra mile to locate them and bring them to us at our next hotel! He even facilitated our transportation and porters for luggage and took me to a functioning ATM after I didn’t have luck with some. Thank you Ahmed for making our stay so nice and memorable.

I love that the location of Riad Hissan is very near to shopping area of Medina. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.
