The Riad was excellent and our stay was very enjoyable. The service at the riad was exceptional. The staff were amazing always ready to help. Mubarak was very helpful and was always around if we wanted any tea or coffee. The rooms were also cleaned by the cleaning staff everyday to a very high standard and breakfast was excellent. They were very accommodating and one day we needed to have our breakfast earlier than the normal and they were happy to provide us the breakfast. The location was amazing very close to all the tourist locations the Jemma el Fanaa square , walking distance to everything.

My friends and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech Medina. The place is sober, marvelous, and well located. The customer service was amazing, I want to commend Ahmed for his top knock service. He made our stay much easier and better. I cannot recommend this place and his service enough. I am sure we will try to book future stays at this Riad.

This was the best riad of the three I stayed in while in Marrakesh on this trip. The building is very well preserved and rooms are wide and spacious. It is in the perfect location — just inside the old walled city but not so far inside the labyrinth that one would get lost. The staff especially Ahmed was exceptional. He was the only one on hand because it was the Eid al-Adha holiday and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable — he speaks great French and English and is learning Spanish in addition to his fluent Arabic and Tamazigh. When my friends daughter left her stuffed animals in the room she was beside herself, but Ahmed went the extra mile to locate them and bring them to us at our next hotel! He even facilitated our transportation and porters for luggage and took me to a functioning ATM after I didn’t have luck with some. Thank you Ahmed for making our stay so nice and memorable.

I love that the location of Riad Hissan is very near to shopping area of Medina. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was great, easy to find and easy to explore from. The staff were so lovely, there was a particularly friendly young man in charge who was a very kind soul and very helpful.

Everything, beautiful, traditional riad just within the Medina, super clean and spacious rooms, really quiet and relaxing. Amazing roof terrace too!!

Personal preference but prefer beds not as firm.

The property is stunning, clean and has an amazing location, close to souks, main square and attractions. Plus it’s a very calm area and safe at night too! The staff was excellent, helpful and sweet. Rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast options were different daily too! We got offered mint tea at arrival and while waiting for transfer by the sweetest staff. Wifi worked smoothly through the whole stay, overall no complaints about anything. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The Riad was well kept, quite and cosy, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great mattress! The terrace was lovely. Hamza was a great host, polite and kind, he was available all the time making sure we had everything we needed. Attentive, friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Hamza!

However, we had some problems with booking.com and my payment not going through to the hotel. I was asked by the manager to call them which cost me €20+. It turned out to be a booking.com issue, not mine or the hotel’s.

The location is near the square however it is quiet enough for a comfortable sleep. Hamza was exceptional. Delivering excellent service from the start of our stay till the end. Prepared us breakfast when we are leaving early and is always there to help.

N.a
