Honestly I don’t really understand why this place has so many bad reviews, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. For €65 a night you get a room, a pool and excellent all you can eat breakfast buffet. Whilst I was there only one restaurant (farrah) appeared to be open, Saturday was a big buffet of lots of Moroccan dishes and a chef in the corner making pasta dishes like spaghetti bolognaise to order (all delicious) and Sunday was a set three course menu again all delicious. (Both nights were about 250 MAD each) The pool bar is also great, pizzas, salads, burgers etc. again all delicious and reasonably priced (a big margarita pizza 70 MAD). I Didn’t have any alcoholic drinks but there were beers and cocktails on offer.

The only draw back is the rooms are a bit tired, some cracked paint, the safe in mine didn’t work and the aircon made noise but not cold air I suspect because I stayed in Moroccan winter they’ve shut the air con off, which wasn’t a problem cause the windows open and aside from some cars going past it’s a quiet area. The WiFi was a bit intermittent (I wouldn’t rely on it to do work, but it was fine to stream Netflix on my phone). Also there were no coffee / tea facilities in the room but again not a major issue.

The Kennedy Hospitality resort l well strategic located and just 15 minutes away from airport. Most I fall in love is size of huge garden with a lot plenty big trees. Over all really execellent. The buffe breakfast over a lot varieties of food, fresh salad, fresh fruite juice, and many more. Excellent all team are very helpful and friendly. Huge size garden with many big trees. Also huge variaties of buffee breakfast food is another excellent things.

We enjoyed the stay, staff was very friendly and working to the highest standards to ensure our stay was flawless. The amenities were very good, pool was nice with different activities (ping pong, 8 ball pool) which is nice to have. The breakfast was really good in terms of variety of food served and overall service (chef with his team were working diligently ensuring everyone was happy with the service). For the price paid and the last minute purchase it was a very good deal.

For a hotel of this range, I would have expected to have at least a bottle of water in the mini bar fridge when arriving in the room. Also the air conditioning was running kind of low eco mode so didn’t refresh the room fully when the temperature outside was burning hot.

Resort absolutely blew us away, the pool area was gorgeous and there was always an abundance of sunbeds. Our room was clean, and was also cleaned and towels changed every day. As far as I could tell almost all the rooms had a small private balcony too which is a nice touch. Breakfast was buffet style with a range of choice. All the staff were very friendly and polite. There is an ATM inside the hotel as well to get money out if needed, as well as a bag storage for if you arrive early or check out late.

The hotel was truly beautiful and exceptionally clean. Its decoration with fresh roses added a charming touch. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the garden at the back was breathtakingly lovely. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel staff was very cooperative and ensured a comfortable stay. The security arrangements were excellent, giving us peace of mind, and the parking system was well-organized. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt extremely happy during our stay. We arrived at the hotel early. Unfortunately, the reception staff made us wait in the lobby for 5 hours... because the clock had not come... We were very tired after a 10-hour journey... They could have given us welcome coffee or tea... The biggest deficiency of the hotel is that there is no official who welcomes and helps its customers. Despite that, on the last day, Mr. Abdulaziz prepared a package breakfast for us because we left the hotel early. Thanknyou Abdulaziz

My room was nice and clean although it could use some renovation, ac worked good and also the fridge. Receptionist who checked me in was awesome and should definitely get a promotion! Pool area was really cozy with the garden. Location is just 15min walk from the main square, and 10min to the nearest mall. Also this area felt really safe to walk even during the night.

Many staff members could really use some english classes. Shower had bad pressure and it kept falling to my head all the time... And the breakfast/dinner buffet, well don't expect too much and you're good.

During our visit to the pool at 16:30 o'clock, we had a very disappointing experience with the service. The manager at the pool was very grumpy and seemed completely uninterested in taking our order. Despite four promises from his colleague that our food would arrive soon, we had to wait an hour and a half. Eventually, the same colleague, red-faced with embarrassment, told us that the grumpy manager had processed the order incorrectly. Amazing how one such manager negates the positive experience of his other colleagues.

The Garden and Pool area are very relaxing. The location is good. The hotel is located about 25min walk to the main square. All the staff were very helpful and polite. I recommend the hotel.

More cutlery and Napkins needs to be provided at breakfast and improvements on the WIFI is required. The building needs a refurbishment however it has a good value for money and it was as per our expectations.

The hotel was clean. Great service, very nice and helpful. We arrived in Marrakech mornigs and thanks to the kindness of the staff, we received a room 2 hours earlier than check-in. The man working at the barrier always opened it when we passed, even though we could have passed by without any problems. Everyone was engaged in their work and smiling. Everyone found something for themselves at breakfast.

The only drawback: there were no napkins at breakfast, they couldn't be found anywhere. We used our own tissues. Prices at Snackbar are too high for Morocco.
