Perfect location, amazing breakfast and beautiful rooms. Also a really big roof top pool area with lots of space and delicious mocktails. Spa & massages were excellent too

Beggars who pretend to be parking night watch infront of hotel kinda force you to pay them everytime you drive away. But that’s an issue in whole Marrakech. Still very uncomfortable to deal with every day though. In the night, you hear the super cars give gas and all, it didn’t bother us but we can imagine some people might have difficulties sleeping

Everything was perfect.

As a 5 Start Hotel I would have liked to have been able to have a cocktail with my dinner or in a small intimate bar area. I also thought that a buffet breakfast would have been nice for anyone who wanted a change or was in a hurry.

We had the pleasure of spending three unforgettable nights at the Jadali Hotel & Spa in Marrakech, and everything about our stay was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention from the staff was remarkable. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcomed and truly pampered throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast and during our afternoons by the pool. He even kindly provided us with sunscreen after ours was taken at the airport, a small gesture that meant a lot and perfectly exemplifies the level of thoughtful service at Jadali. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, the service consistently excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore the city, yet it still feels like a peaceful and exclusive retreat. The entire property, from the elegant architecture to the relaxing spa, is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and serene experience in Marrakech.

The general asthetics of the hotel and rooms were to a very high standard. The staff were always welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and also to a high standard. The comfort of the rooms and beds was excellent. The location was very good and only a nice 20-25 walk to the main centre. The room cleaning team were always working and late into the night. The pool on the roof is excellent. There are no high buildings on any sides so you get an excellent 360 view of Marrakech.

The cleaning routine was puzzling. Sometimes, we had 3 face towels and no bath towels. Other days, we had bath towels but no face towels? Same with the water, we had to keep asking for water to put in the rooms. I even left a note for towels and waters one day for them to be replenished, but the next day, we had the same issue. I couldn't keep leaving notes every day, unfortunately. One family member got a cut, asked reception for a plaster, and they didn't have any in the first aid kit? One day we waited nearly 40 mins for a small breakfast in the end the family member left and the staff did try and go above and beyond and delivered it to the room.

Excellent breakfast - fresh and good quality. Nice strong tasty coffee and the fruit juice is the best I've tried! Hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager greeted us and chatted with us in person also. Location is ideal for getting around. Pool and spa are very relaxing. Hammam treatment was a real experience!

Restaurant service was quite slow in the evening, even when it wasn't busy. Able to hear neighbours and there's quite a bit of noice in the hallways at night. It's also opposite a nightclub that keeps going until 5.30am. When we were there, there was construction which began at 8am. But overall it's a great city hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Jadali & Spa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel relaxed the entire time. The highlight of my stay was the spa – I had a Hammam treatment, and it was absolutely fantastic. The therapists were professional and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients that showcased Moroccan flavors perfectly. Only breakfast was repetitive. The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions in the Hivernage district. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakesh. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely return next time I’m in the city!

The breakfast staff and the housekeepking team were really nice, Hajar at the front desk was nice as well, and thier shower gel in the room smells divine and is of great quality.

There was a stain on one of the towels, it should have been quality checked for a five star hotel, like if there is stains, then bin them or burn them, also there is a weird smell in the room could be drainage, and also the upstairs corridor, not sure what it is, the outdoor pool, needs to have more water it’s too small and the indoor pool is too small as well. Unfortunately while checking out in the morning, one of the staff members while taking my luggage outside dipped it & fell inside a dirty puddle, while it was an accident, it’s still not good enough, he should of taken extra care while handling, guests suitcases, it was very expensive which is why I mentioned it, if it was cheap I wouldn’t care.

From start to finish, our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooftop pool and area was tranquil. Bed was very comfortable and balcony area looked out onto front of hotel, with view of the street below. Don't be afraid to ask staff for anything. Extremely accommodating.

The only downside to being at the front of the hotel is the nightclub across the road closes around 5am, so there's a lot of noise for about half an hour while people disperse in cars and motorbikes.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with lovely balcony. The rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was simply gorgeous—flavorful, beautifully presented. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from many great bars and restaurants. Everything about my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a prime location.

Really friendly staff, great location within walking distance to the Souk, old city, and restaurants. The hotel has excellent amenities, and the breakfast is really good. The staff is always helpful in suggesting places to see and eat.

It's located on a rather lively street, and there tends to be a lot of noise from traffic, even at night. If you sleep with the windows closed, this shouldn't be an issue. (I prefer sleeping with the windows open.) The breakfast isn't an open buffet but rather a fixed menu, so it can get a bit repetitive after a few days.
