Communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Our requests regarding parking and location of room were met . Arriving early morning we were allowed to access our room immediately. we really appreciated this . Valet parking proved to be a boon. There is a charge of euro 25 per night, which I believe is the going rate and to us well worth it. We were greeted by friendly, attentive staff who were most reassuring regarding our car and room. We appreciated that staff orientated us to the area ,recommending great restraunts booking us taxis as required. The room itself was extremely comfortable, not least the all-important bed . The hotels location is fantastic right across the road from the Guggenheim and within easy walking to shops, eg, El Corte Inglais. There are many eateries close by . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning 😊 A nice touch they left drinking water for our journey, which we really appreciated .

What a gem! A wonderful green garden with lots of flowers and birds singing, secluded from the outsider world. Nice large and well equipped room. Super friendly and always present and attentive staff, helping with taxi arrangements and everything. Great breakfast. Excellent cleaning with attention to detail. Good location, walking distance to Medina while still being in a calm and relaxed area with nice cafés and restaurants not far. If coming back to Marrakesh, I certainly hope to stay at the same place.

One of the showers (yes we had two bathrooms :-) ) was spraying a bit on the side; could need a new shower-head.

Our recent stay at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden in Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the beauty and tranquility of the property. The lush gardens and elegant decor created an enchanting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. A special mention goes to Rabi and the rest of the staff, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. Rabi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. In summary, our experience at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden was outstanding. The beautiful property, exceptional hospitality from Rabi and the team, and the amazing food all combined to create an unforgettable stay. Nothing to dislike

A return from a stay a few days earlier so knew what to expect. This time I was in a superior room to my last stay so it had the luxury of a bath and nice seating area. Staff welcoming and helpful as before.

It was on the ground floor situated above the kitchen where the chef prepares the breakfast for the next morning as breakfast starts at 7.30. For me this was quite disturbing as I could hear all the preparations until about 22.30 ( I imagine most visitors are out having supper so may not be disturbed whereas I was shattered) - I had expected to be on the first floor as my booking said accessible by stairs

Everything. The room was lovely. Junior Suite is not Junior in any way, absolutely perfect… huge bed, room cleaned wonderfully well and nice balcony. The pool was great, options for shade and sun at all times. The staff are on a completely other level. They deserve more than 10/10. The genuine friendship we felt from Hisham, Abdul and Brahim made this trip feel like we were staying with family. Hisham and Abdul even helping me when I had an infected nail after a day at the waterfall. Hisham seemed to be there whenever we needed anything and even when we didn’t know we needed something, he had it! He truly did make our week there so very special. Brahims knowledge of activities was very helpful. We cannot recommend this oasis enough.

The only thing, and it’s very tiny, is the sunbeds do not recline making it impossible to lay on your front if you want the sun on your back. There are plenty of ways to get the sun on your back though so all good.

I had an unforgettable stay at this charming hotel in Marrakesh! The property had an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. My room was enormous, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable—a true oasis. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect; their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, but rather like staying with family. I can’t recommend this hidden gem highly enough and will definitely be returning!

The breakfast buffet was limited which is understandable for a smaller hotel. I think it would be more efficient if they had an order based breakfast rather than a buffet. Regardless the positive vibes made it such an amazing experience, I can’t complain.

Our stay exceeded expectations and the service we received is the best we have ever experienced, especially from Hicham! He was extremely attentive, quickly noticed what we liked at breakfast/lunches and we can say it wouldn't have been the same stay without him. We were very pleased with our room, it was a great size and the bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in! The Wifi is also the best we've experienced, i understand each room as its own router so you're always in reach of connection. The location was great, only 10 mins from the airport, 5-7 mins in the taxi from some really nice restaurants (or 15-20 min walk) and 10-15 mins taxi to the Medina / Jardin Majorelle. We hope that we have a chance to come back to stay again in the future!

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this place. The staff in housekeeping and at front desk were so helpful and informative. A big shout out to Hicham who was sure to feed us even on days that we’d very early morning tours booked. It only has 6 bedrooms so the service was very personalised and attentive. The pool/ chill-out area was lovely for our downtime. The neighbourhood of Hivernage is beautiful and quiet and yet just a short taxi ride or half hour walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. I’ll definitely be back and am more than happy to recommend it.

This is a fantastic place to stay .It is a fabulous contrast to the hustle and bustle of the medina area while only a couple of miles away .The room and accommodation were first class .The real star of the show was Abdhul,one of the managers who went out of his way to help us.He arranged trips and accessed for us an outstanding guide who was terrific Abdhul is an exceptionally nice man and excellent manager !All other staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful . The place was exceptionally clean and could not be faulted.

A great retreat that lives up to its name. It is truly a secret garden sanctuary away from the bustle of Marrakesh in a quiet street in the leafy garden suburb of L'Hivernage. The suburb and property are very quiet, the property is surrounded by gardens and filled with birdsong. Still easy accessible to Menara Mall, banks and the city. The building itself is a restored villa with good soundproofing and blackouts. Beds very comfortable, free WiFi and welcomed with mint tea and sweets.

My winter stay coincided with a very cold weather spell, so you do need to wrap up well indoors.
