Our stay was overall enjoyable and had several highlights. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was close to everything and made for an easy commute to nearby attractions. The property was clean, and the staff was very attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort—even bringing us fresh fruits during our stay. One of the standout experiences was the amazing Moroccan breakfast, especially the msemen bread, which was absolutely delicious. However, the pool area left something to be desired in terms of aesthetics—it could definitely use some improvement. Despite that minor drawback, the overall experience was positive, and the personalized touches from the staff made it memorable.

Location - easy walk into the center. Small shopping mall and food court opposite which was good for snacks and teenager able to go for a wander! Lovely breakfast & pool setting.

Room we were offered first was small (we’d said in advance we’re a family of 3) and very dated. We complained and were given a larger room which was great with separate sitting room with bed for teenager - wonder why they didn’t start with that? Chambermaid tried every single day for tips and entered 3 or 4 times throughout the day on the excuse bringing 1 towel, 1 soap, it was unsettling. She didn’t always knock either!

This hotel has amazing gardens with beautiful landscaping and a gorgeous pool. All the public areas are nicely decorated and very pleasant. The location is excellent right across from Menara Mall and a short distance to the Medina. I was really impressed with the buffet breakfast included with room. It was extremely varied, plentiful and high quality. I would stay at this property just for that alone. Another perk is the free private parking.

Not much to dislike but I wish the room decor was a bit more original and the hallway carpets leading to the rooms need to be changed are at least cleaned.

The pool was excellent. The breakfast was good. Lots of choice.

The rooms are quite dated but one of the wings was being refurbished so presumably this is being rectified. It was 40 degrees and the air conditioning didnt work. We complained and one of maintenance staff was able to fix it. But it was late at night and annoying. The food in the restaurant was poor. So many nicer places to eat in Marrakech.

The hotel had beautiful olive trees in the backyard, it was full of flowers and fountains. Warm and welcoming staff who tried to help you in every way possible including giving you an estimate of the cost of a taxi ride. It was in the middle of the town so easy access to the market and other attractions, the airport and the railway station.

They could've been a little more generous with the tea bags and water bottles in the room :D (just a minor problem).

My kids loved the pool. Good food served from the pool bar till late afternoon. Treated myself to a fabulous hammam and massage at the salon on my last night. Such an Amazing experience-highly recommend. ! Staff at the hotel very helpful. Good variety and selection of hot and cold food at breakfast. Hotel opposite the Mall so very central. Our rooms were cleaned daily and replenished with water bottles and clean towels. Rooms spacious - a bit outdated but nonetheless fine. Our room backed on the gorgeous gardens.

Very busy and noisy roads.Toxic fumes - take some masks. There was no information/welcome pack in the room about the hotel,amenities,excursions ,area and restaurant menu. No info provided on the TV or online. Had to seek info from concierge. No menu info or menu board available in the hotel for the restaurant . What were the prices? Was there a theme night? No health and safety packs in the room either. Lots of eating places nearby but range of food choices were very limited.

Beautiful exterior with good friendly staff. Security outside the hotel were extremely kind and welcoming aswell. Pool is brilliant and the pool staff were perfect. Had breakfast and it was great. Fresh pancakes made in front of us and it was delicious. Really liked this hotel, lots of positives and was a perfect location. 10 minutes away from Medina Markets and right opposite Menara Mall.

Rooms were a bit outdated and plain. But we were just using the room for a few hours sleep a night so nothing major.

Lovely grounds, fantastic location. Restaurants and shops directly across the road and centre of Marrakech only 5 mins down the road. Breakfast was really nice. Concierge and the lads outside helping with bags, taxis couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms are basic enough for a 5 star hotel but the bed was huge and very comfy
