Saad (Hotel Manager) and Raja (Reception) were super helpful throughout our stay. The customer service was top notch and they were very accommodating. Mohamed from the bar and Fatima from housekeeping were also lovely.

The breakfast was okay, the hotel could do with an uplift in general. The hallways to the rooms are a bit dark.

first of all all the staff were very nice and accommodating and they did their best to let us feel comfortable and welcome from reception to staff working in the breakfast buffet to cleaning lady(Thank you fatimah, zakaria, ...). they did let us check in earlier than normal time and also provide us with extra big bed for our kid, which was very nice. sitting in the lobby was very pleasant for us. enjoyed the fantastic interior. looked like a palace ceiling. check the photos i attached.

unfortunately the pool water was not warm enough for swimming which was disappointing specially for our kid. info in the website states that the pool is open all year around so from sunny Marrakesh and 5 star hotel we were expecting that they would warm up at least the small kids pool (which is very possible by installing couple solar panel)

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and throughout my stay, he was always there with a kind smile, ready to assist with anything I needed — from directions to local recommendations. His attention to detail and sincere care created a comfortable and personalized experience that I won’t forget. At the restaurant, Bouchra stood out for her warmth and wonderful hospitality. Every morning, she greeted me with kindness and remembered all my preferences. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure thanks to her. Zinedine and Bouchra are shining examples of what true hospitality should be. There’s nothing that I didn’t like, I was supposed to stay 2 nights and I ended up staying for 7 nights! And that speaks volumes about this place.

I faced some difficulties at the beginning of my stay at the hotel, my husband, and my son, because the room I was directed to did not have the features I requested, but the intervention of an official named Mr. Saad solved the problem immediately, and throughout our stay at the hotel he was present day and night to answer all our questions. We really appreciate his services to us, which he provided with all humility and simplicity. What I really liked is that he personally went and brought a child’s chair for my son and took care to provide all the means of comfort for us. From here I thank him and confirm that it is good to have a responsible person like him in the hotel.

The bar is closed and there are no music or entertainment venues.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the manager, Mr. Saad, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The security guard and the gentleman serving tea were also very friendly and made us feel at home. We are a family with a young child, and we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — a great variety of international options. Everything was perfect — 10/10! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Really nicely decorated hotel, pool was good too. Staff were really nice, rooms were massive and clean. Very scenic location, not too far from the attractions in Marrakesh.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room, separate toilet room and a massive area with a bath and sink. The bathroom is the size of rooms in some other hotels hence despite such amazing things about the bathroom the floor needs to be scrubbed thoroughly to remove dirt marks and just make it really really clean that would make this hotel a 10/10.

I am a disabled person and wheelchair user The staff , general manager Mr Saad and receptionist staff Mr Ahmed and assistant ,were extremely helpful ,our room was very comfortable with large bed and bathroom. It was kept clean by Nadia everyday it was spotless The Hotel itself smelt lovely, a most beautiful place I was able to use the pool and enjoy all facilities. Lunch and dinner menu were reasonably priced with enough selection if you didn't want to venture out although it would be a shame not to take advantage of other restaurants near by. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The only thing I would recommend is that for a disabled person grab rails should be fitted in the toilet area to assist with that function and a shower chair should be made available. I had to use a plastic garden chair, which was adequate but not ideal

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Anflous Mohammed who works at the pool bar. He went above and beyond to help with my husbands strict dietary requirements, and was a very friendly gentleman. Great at his job and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is lovely and we will definitely be back. Everything you want and need isn't far away. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby, it is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options, the room was spacious and clean. All the food was tasty and made to order . The pool is fabulous too. Again, a special Thank You to Anflous, you went above and beyond for us, no matter what we asked, you helped us with.
