Not spotless, but clean enough. A very big king size bed, comfy, not too firm. Good breakfast, but too many people (Christmas holidays), a bit crowded. Good value for money, but we booked it with a big discount last minute, I won't pay more than that. (We have checked other dates and it is definitely not worth the price) Good location, 3 min to the mall 30 min walk to the medina.
A little outdated furniture, everything needs a bit of an update. The floor in the hallways is a shame. We had to reserve our sunbeds and stay on them all day, because there were no sunbeds available the first day we arrived. Arrogant pool guys, who didn't want to help, just yelled at me, because it was not allowed to move the sunbeds, which is fine, but it would be more nice to help us to find two available beds. We had a "french balcony" and big windows, but many of the other rooms had only small windows and no balcony at all. I saw a guy who paid/tipped for "reservation" of the sunbeds, while others towels where taken by the pool guys. Worst "pizza" ever, and overpriced too.

Nice hotel. Extremely busy. Very clean and well maintained Well appointed rooms. The pool area was really nice. Breakfast was ok. Less than a 10 minute walk to Menara Shopping Mall and a 25 minute walk to Jemma El Fna. Taxis are plentiful.
Although advertised as 5* hotel we most definitely didn't get 5* customer care on arrival. The hotel was overbooked and we had to stay at another KENZi hotel about 5km away for the first night. I understand that can happen but we got no prior notification and to make matters worse for our inconvenience we had to get a taxi AT OUR OWN EXPENSE to and from that hotel. 100 MAD each way. We were very disappointed in their customer care. I don't know if I would use this brand again.

The hotel is a lovely 5 star hotel, very spacious, nice rooms and a gorgeous garden, what’s even better is the separate zen garden under massive trees next to the swimming pool which has beach chairs, sitting there was so relaxing. There was a morning yoga session in that space which we really enjoyed and was much needed. There’s 2 large pools which are absolutely beautiful. The facilities were top notch. Breakfast was good. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly, she treated us like we were celebrities and that special touch of being genuine in her encounter really started off the stay right.
Too many children in both pools, can I suggest an adults only pool? The pool water was slightly too warm, but the weather in marrakech at the time was 40 degrees so perhaps maybe temper the pool to cooler temperatures in extreme heat. The hotel guests and crowd were slightly pretentious and unfriendly, it makes sense why a beautiful hotel like this might attract posers.

Room, location, garden.
My recent stay at Kenzi Rose Garden was marred by disappointing encounters that left me questioning the integrity of their services. From the onset, suspicions arose when I requested the receptionist to exchange 600 dirhams into smaller notes, only to be shortchanged with a mere 500 dirhams.Unfortunately, the saga of deceit didn't end there. A visit to the hotel's restaurant unveiled another layer of dishonesty as I discovered an extra charge of 200 dirhams on my bill. Upon querying this discrepancy, the staff callously insisted that a refund was out of the question, coercing me to spend more on food or beverages to offset the erroneous charge.

We loved this hotel!! Amazing! Nice staff. Ready to help at any time. Location was great for a 5 star hotel. It was in between the new town and the old town. Around 20 min walk to either side. Breakfast was great! There was a lot of food and a lot of variety. Great way to start our day!! Pool was great! We spend a lot of time there because of the heat. The staff did some activities in the water which made the day even better. We could definitely see us self staying here again.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 23:00, which ruined our entire night. We had to wait 1 hour before the room was ready. The staff apologized a lot, but it’s still a big con, considering it is as 5 star hotel and after a long travel day, you don’t want to wait 1 hour for your room to be ready. The aircondition couldn’t turn under 23 degrees celcius. Wifi was poor, especially in the rooms.

The pool areas were comfortable and clean. Very good size room with good facilities free water bottles every day, good air conditioning in the room, cleaned well every day. Pool staff very attentive. Nice location little shopping mall 5 minutes walk.
Reception staff very unfriendly. Breakfast a little mundane same pastries etc everyday would have liked some change and desserts on evening buffet everyday the same, taste less would have like some home made dessert or typical morrocco style sweets. ATM in hotel did not work and the currency exchange in reception and to book any trips would only accept cash! There was a high step up and down to my balcony which was a bit challenging. Pool drinks expensive.

The location was very good as it was a walking distance from Menera Mall and not too far from airport by taxi. If you like walking like myself Jama El-Fnaa was a 30 minutes walk away and is a nice walk as you walk past nice hotels and Koutoubia. It was good value for money, the walls were quite sound proof as I could not hear much from neighbouring rooms. The cleaners cleaned my room to a good standard every day.
I would say it wasn't on the higher range of 5 star. Everything was very good but not exceptional. For example the service was very good but not exceptional, the freebies wasn't a full range for example no slippers provided in the room, the room service food was not nice. The WiFi was not strong in my room. That being said, I would say overall my experience was good and I would come back again.

Thos hotel deserves at least 8,7 average, probably some issues from the past made it lower! The hotel is well maintained, spacious and clean rooms, nice lobby and restaurants of which the international one serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Moroccan and the Italian one are a la carte. As well as the food and drinks served on the pool. The pool and the garden are the highlights of the hotel. Heated pools (3) of which we used just the deepest one are amazing. Only that was enough tor us to say we booked the right place. Gym/spa area is sufficient for the needs of average guests too. Located in Hivernage, close to centre (15-20 min walk), main train station 10 min… Will definitely consider it when back to Marrakech again. All in all, a recommended establishment
Some improvements should be considered, like the colour of the carpet in the hotel corridors as the white one is prone to stains (but I guess you already know that well). Also the bottles of soal, ahower gel and shampoo should be filled regularly but after the complaint the housekeeper lady came within 3 minutes to refill.

I liked the smell of the place when you walked in and the spa Hammam facilities was brilliant. Great location and loving the vibes in the pool. Room service was quick and breakfast had lots of choice.
I didn’t like that the spa menu doesn’t reflect the actual price check they will up 100 dinars on French manicure even though it states the price in menu. I didn’t bother going for it due to change of price. Other than that the place was clean safe. Disappointed we didn’t get slippers in the hotel they ran out. The breakfast was nice with fresh msemsn which was good but the breakfast felt too busy like factory as there was many guests. The reception could have been more attentive when checking in they didn’t explain the facilities and where our room is located and when to have breakfast ect we had to ask them where things was so that could be improved. Towels were gone by 11 at the pool get there early to get a seat near the pool.
