The hotel and the facilities were fantastic. Everything we needed was there. The location was clean and felt safe, walking distance to modern shops, restaurants and bars. The staff especially guest relations were amazing. Room was large and modern as we were kindly upgraded (floor 4). We had a great time

Room refresh took all day, at times having to ask for the room to be cleaned and for fresh towels. There is construction on 3 very large hotels by the pool. Already mentioned by others and work does start at 8:30am every morning including weekends.

The location is great. The size of the superior rooms is good. They let us check in early. The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor are nice and clean. Would recommend.

The lifts are slow. The construction noise around the hotel. The carpet in the corridors need changing as they are very filthy.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is a really nice hotel with some nice authentic Moroccan styling. We feel we received good value and hospitality. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent which we enjoyed each day. Air con worked perfectly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Pool facilities were excellent. Overall quite satisfied.

I would say it's more at 4-star level than 5-star though. The room/bathroom was a bit dated with some fixtures like toilet seat and bath grab-handles being loose. Shower pressure was also poor.

Beautiful and very tidy room that you would not find in Marrakech. I stayed many high end hotels in Marrakech but Grand Mogador Menara for me is the best. Receptionist are people who like to do their job very professionally. I hate name names but this time I let it go. Thanks Mr Oussama, Mohamed, Mouataz and Houda. Night shift guy Amin thank you all of you. Knowing you are the best and asset for the hotel I extended my stay with you. Much Love and truly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a pool view room on arrival which was really great. The hotel room as a whole was very clean and seemed to be very modern and up to date. The beds were comfy but the pillows could have been a little better (just personal preference) as they were a little hard and big for me. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance into the centre of Marrakech and a mall/supermarket less than 15 min walk away. The pool facilities (indoor and outdoor) were clean and the décor of the hotel was lovely. There is currently works going on at the complex next door which we weren't made aware of by the hotel in advance, although we did know ahead of time due to looking at reviews on here. I can imagine these works will be going on for a while. The noise didn't bother us too much as we weren't in the hotel much and we spent a Saturday afternoon by the pool and there was not works happening on this day, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony door also did block out a lot of the noise early in the morning, but we were awake before the works started anyway so it didn't really bother us. Breakfast was nice and had a good varied amount of things to eat. It was the same every day, however with their being fruits, cereals, pastries, savoury and sweet items, there was lots to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend to others.

Great location, this is exactly what we were looking for.Please note that (hotel or flats) are being built right next to the hotel, facing the swimming pool.This was not an issue for us.

Maybe the building work taking place facing the pool, but for us this was not an issue.

A very affordable 5 star option which didn't disappoint! After a long trip we had this earmarked as our final night of relaxation - The staff are very friendly and were quick to accomodate our early check in and no extra cost so that we could drop our bags and leave for an excursion. We even got a room upgrade, although I suspect this is subject to availability. The room itself was large with a balcony overlooking the main road out the front, which when lit up at night can easily be mistaken for the strip in Vegas! The beds were sooo comfy and breakfast the next morning had so many options. Even went for a little swim post-checkout before our taxi to the airport. Brilliant!

Only thing I would note is you really are in the heart of Marrakech's nightlife and next to a busy road, so be prepared for external noise - but you quickly get used to this.

- Hotel is looking tired and worn in some areas which lets down the splendour of the rest of the hotel down - The sauna isn’t free to hotel guests. - The spa changing rooms not very clear for women
