Our stay at Pestana CR7 Marrakech was truly unforgettable — not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the amazing staff who made every moment special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by the reception team. Hamza at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded from standard rooms to a suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was such a generous gesture that set the tone for the rest of the trip. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Mouna and Zineb. They were so sweet, discreet, and detailed in their work. Every day we returned to a room that felt perfectly fresh and cared for. Their kindness and attention did not go unnoticed — they truly made us feel at home. We also had the pleasure of using the voiturier service, and again, everything was smooth and pleasant. Hamza the driver, along with the rest of the team, was always punctual, polite. This hotel has a beautiful vibe and great location, but it’s really the people who make it special. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Majda and Nouhaila at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She made check-in quick and easy, and was always available throughout my stay to answer questions or offer great local tips. The housekeeping team, especially Malika and Nouhaila, also stood out for their excellent work. My room was spotless every day, and they were always smiling and courteous whenever I saw them in the hallway. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it really made a difference in the quality of my stay. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. But what really made it special was the staff — Majda, Mbarak, and Nouhaila truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

had a lovely stay. Very clean hotel androoms, outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay.

The only issue was the rooftop music, very loud and can be heard during night/sleep. And on our departure day. We had requested a wake up call and a taxi to the airport two days in advance. Both confirmed. To be sure, we asked again the next day and both were confirmed. However, on the morning we left, a different receptionist was on duty and there was no record of either request in the system, no wake up call and no taxi arranged. Fortunately, she was very kind and quickly managed to get a cab for us. Despite this mix up, we appreciated the friendly service and had an overall pleasant experience.

The ladies at the reception and the staff at the venue were very friendly, helpful and professional. One of the girls even recognized my Arab roots which doesn't happen much, and she kindly upgraded us from the double room to the suite, which was a very nice experience! The hotel has a huge range of facilities such as a spa/hammam below, and a roof top pool and bar. The location is also on a shopping avenue, which is an outdoor mall with many shops to explore, and spots for food on site, which is very convenient and you can tell it is all very new! It's a great spot to meet people.

Unfortunately, the WiFi strength was not the best, especially when changing rooms, it seemed to lose signal, but im sure it will be fixed.

The location is A star, along Avenue M which is very modern and new and has some high quality shopping (although limited stores like Guess and Hilfiger). Some nice restaurants here ..so in essence you get whatever you need. It's also very close to the Hivernage night scene. The hotel itself is an 8/10. Decent comfortable large rooms. The pool is very small and not inviting but if you need to do some exercise it's fine ... there is nothing negative about this hotel. It's not 5 star but it's really very close and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

The breakfast was spot on – a wide variety of options that catered to everyone, from young children to elderly guests. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. A special mention goes to Sana, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. My son, a huge Ronaldo fan, was over the moon when she gifted him a photo of Ronaldo with a personalised message – such a thoughtful and touching gesture. She also arranged a surprise birthday cake in our room for my special day and beautifully decorated the space with rose petals. It made the occasion feel so special and personal. The entire experience was more than just a hotel stay – it felt like we were being looked after by family. Thank you to the Parstana CR7 team, especially Sana, for making our trip one we will always remember.

The airconditionig system did not work as expected. It was chilly at night outside but I love to sleep in a cold room. I couldn’t get the AC to work. My room was too warm so I had to open the balcony door all night to get cool air into the room which wasn’t the best because the light and sounds from outside bothered me

We thought the Pestana was a gorgeous hotel. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was fabulous. The pool was really chill vibes and a nice contrast from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was a huge selection at breakfast and they even made me special GF bread! Staff very friendly! Nice safe haven.

Only very few things that would be the difference of this being a 4 to 5 star, not loads to complain about. Limited beds at pool so sometimes difficult to get a spot. Slow service for drinks at the pool. Housekeeping was slow - our room was still getting made at 5pm. The toilet isn’t very private - so definitely brings you closer together as a couple!! There were a few things were missing from our room such as a toilet brush, bin, additional toilet roll, very few tea bags - just simple things that make a difference.

The location was great and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great service!

The only downside to the stay were the bathrooms inside the rooms. The bathrooms have no privacy. This could be an essy thing to solve by simply having frosted glass over the glass door and pane. You have absolutely no privacy when going to the bathroom and someone else is in the room. They can see and hear everything. For the shower, maybe they should add a glass door which would prevent water from pouring all over the floor. But the extreme necessity would be the bathroom privacy.
