I loved the location. There is the main train station directly opposite. A square where you’ll find KFC, Mc McDonald's and Starbucks. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away and a mall about 10 mins walk away. The rooms are spacious and the cleaners do a great job keeping them clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You feel like they really care, not just trying to get a tip. They want you to have a great experience and get a good impression of the hotel. The pool area was a good relaxing space to tan and mingle with the other guests. Mouad, Reda and especially Youssef were great members of staff. Youssef had so much energy and made sure we knew what was available to us. We had such a relaxing spa treatment that we slept like babies that night and didn't go out 🤣. Dinner at Ritzi was Fab and the entertainment was excellent. We really had a good time. The gym was also good enough for a short stay. It's not the biggest gym in the world but it's enough for you to stay active and workout on holiday. I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel. I've been to Marrakech 6 times and stayed in different hotels including Nobu and this is definitely up there with the best, in my opinion.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great the staff were exceptional we had the manager greet us everyday and ask us how we were and if there was anything we needed . All the staff were professional and friendly. I want to give a special thanks to Redouane and Nourddinne who so so lovely.

There was nothing not to love.

Ikram was amazing, such a friendly welcome and she had arranged for our room to be ready before 9am as she knew we were coming from an overnight transport, which was an excellent service. We cannot thank her enough!! Room was comfortable and the whole hotel was really clean. Breakfast had good choice. Room service staff were all lovely and the food was great.

There was a man (bald, small moustache, neck tattoo) who seemed to be senior management wandering around in an unironed shirt having a go at staff, on one occasion shouting at them over a silly poster in reception telling them it was not being looked after properly and had only been there for 2 days. The poster was pointless and his attitude was an embarrassment. Breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect, quite central but still had to get a taxi to most places. Gym was impressive for a hotel gym. Staff were always friendly and helpful especially when it came to trying to get a yellow cab, making sure we didn’t get charged more than we should. Breakfast options were really good. Rooftop pool is lovely, the Ritzi restaurant food was also lovely. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh water topped up. Would definitely stay here again!!

The only downside is it being on a main busy road by the train station which is loud at nighttime but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

A huge thank you to Zainab and Younuss for their hospitality during my stay at Longue vie hotel. This hotel is amazing, so accommodating and they go above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, staff were brilliant, their food on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious! Mocktails were perfect. The spa was amazing, and very comfortable! The rooms were so spacious, and modern. The hotel is close by to everything, and staff always help if you need it. Mohammed at concierge was super friendly and always going out of his way to help me if i needed it, whether it was assisting me to the closest cash machine or to getting me a travel adapter. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it! I would definitely come back to Marrakesh just for this hotel and especially Zainab and Younuss at reception. They were definitely the highlight of my trip! They can help sort out your itinerary planning from activities like quad biking or camel riding to transport! We recently stayed here during a trip to Marrakech, and I can honestly say the experience was incredible. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. A special mention to Youssef and Zainab — Youssef kept us laughing throughout and both of them made such a fantastic effort to take care of us. We were a group of 6 girls and they made sure everything ran smoothly — from arranging safe taxis to making sure we felt looked after when out and about in Marrakech. The hotel itself was spotless, and our Superior Suites were so spacious with a huge balcony and very comfortable. The rooftop pool area was absolutely stunning — a perfect spot to relax, and the food, drinks, and service up there were equally impressive. Thank you so much to everyone — we truly had the best time and I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Marrakech!

Our Honest Review of Longue View Hotel – 7-Night Stay Me and my wife stayed at Longue View Hotel for 7 nights, and this is our honest review. At first, we were a bit unsure about booking because there weren’t many reviews, but honestly, we’re so glad we took the chance. This place is a hidden gem! For the price, the hotel was spotless—super neat, very hygienic, and well looked after. The staff were just amazing—always smiling, super friendly, and ready to help with anything. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team; no matter how messy we left the room, they cleaned it thoroughly every single day without fail. Breakfast was a real highlight for us. We have to mention Mr. Nour Eddime, the manager, who made our stay even more special. On our first day, we mentioned how much we liked the cappuccino and Berber whiskey, and without us asking, he made sure we had them every morning for the rest of our stay—even when the hotel was fully booked! That level of attention really stood out and made us feel so welcome. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Longue View Hotel to anyone. The staff were just fantastic, and the whole experience made our trip feel extra special.

The only small downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning. Coming from the UK, we found it a little hot at times, but the breeze from outside made it manageable.

Everything was superb! The staff were amazing, they provided such exceptional customer service, very attentive and made me and my families experience a great pleasure. Super friendly, helpful and kind. Management team work so hard in providing a happy stress free holiday. I definitely would recommend this hotel and will be coming back to stay when I’m next in Marrakesh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm, friendly, and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, thankyou to the porter who helped us with our bags to the room, reception, parking attendants, security and the cleaners (our room was spotless) and every other member of the team! A very special thank you to Mr. Youssef Manssouri, whose thoughtfulness truly made our experience extra special! After realising it was my partners birthday he and the reception sang happy birthday and MR. Youssef personally arranged a beautiful room decoration. He decorated the room with petals spelling out “Happy birthday Luke”, balloons, a stunning bunch of flowers and a lovely cake, macaroons, fruit and nuts creating the most perfect atmosphere for celebration. It was such a lovely surprise for my partner and added a personal touch that we will never forget out of his own kindness. The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was very clean, rooms were flawless and very well maintained! We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special stay. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Mr. Youssef, for making our time here so extraordinary!
