Before this hotel I booked in a hurry another 4 star place and I literally ran away from there because it was so bad! I saw Swiss hotel had the best reviews and I rushed to this hotel and in 5 minutes I was checked in, with a nice welcome drink and cookies! So trust me that this place is a gem! The hotel also has a very cute pink terras for the ones who want to post on social media :p or work there. The wifi is also 10/10, I work remote and not once I had trouble doing my work and calls! Perfect located in a safe and upscale area with loads of nice restaurants and bars! Also around 20 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and Jardin Majorelle. The room is super clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Many respect for housekeeping. Carrefour around 6 min walk and mini markets across the hotel etc.

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel and had an incredible experience. The staff, including Imane, Abdelilah, Chaima, (security guy) and Hamza, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The location on Rue Yugoslavia in GUELIZ is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and breakfast options nearby. A taxi to Djema El Fna costs around 20/30 dirhams, making it easily accessible (6 min) The rooms were immaculately clean, and the shower was outstanding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While the hotel is still in its early stages and figuring some things out, they are receptive to feedback and committed to improving. I look forward to returning in the future. The rooms were clean, hot water, walkable to good restaurants, A/C unit, elevator, small hotel, you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp.

Breakfast wasn’t good, no lounge area, it is on a noisy street, they pressure you to write a review right when you are trying to check out/taxi to the airport- they are very pushy. They will even help you write a positive google review. Also, I tried booking a private tour through the hotel and I was very clear with what I wanted- they confirmed they could do it. Then, last minute (ie 6 pm the day before), they texted me back and changed the details. I ultimately had to cancel the private tour and scramble to find another option.

Modern clean hotel on side street 10 mins walk from Plaza Gueliz for rich European prices, or 30 mins walk or 5 mins 60 MAD taxi to Koutoubia & Jemaa el Fna for Moroccan experience at sensible European prices, or authentic prices in souks. Beautiful El Harti garden 1 min walk from hotel. Beautiful Cyber Park 15 mins walk from hotel. Coffee machine, teabags, bottled water, jar of sweeties, argan oil toiletries in hotel room. No cooked breakfast but fresh pastries & delicious juices & coffees from machines self serve at reception. 30 to 45 mins bus from airport to Plaza Gueliz 4 MAD. 12 mins taxi 100 MAD.

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Continental Hotel. The location is excellent — close to everything you need — and parking was easy. I stayed in Room 51 on the top floor, which had a private Jacuzzi and terrace. It was amazing and felt completely private, especially at night. The staff made the experience even better. Shaimae and Ibtsam were very nice and welcoming, and the housekeeping lady was always patient and kind with us. The hotel also provided thoughtful touches like water and cookies every time we returned to our room. Plus, the juice and coffee machines are available 24/7 for free, and both tasted great! Overall, it was a fantastic experience that combined comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was really great, service was exceptional. Staff were really friendly and very attentive. The bedroom was quite big, bed was really comfortable. Bathroom is also quite big, shower was excellent. Staff provided us with some chocolates at the end of one of our nights and end of our stay. They also provided a jar of sweets and water in the room (all complementary!).

That we didn’t stay long enough haha! We actually stayed at a Riad for 2 days prior and had major issues so had to book a hotel on the whim, it can be a bit costly but the service and everything that comes with the room really exceed our standards.

The hotel is well located outside the Medina. About 30-40 minutes walking to the Medina or about 5-6min taxi ride. The hotel and our room were clean. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and always helpful. They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning for 200 MAD. They offered the same service from the airport to the hotel but we wanted to try the bus number 19 (airport - Medina) for 30 MAD per person. Our room had a big terrace with a jacuzzi that we could enjoy 24/7. In the hotel's lobby there are a coffee machine with a large variety of coffee types and a juice machine. During our check-in the hotel receptionist treated us with traditional tea and biscuits. She explained everything that we needed to know. We were added to a WhatsApp group with people from the hotel and we could ask any questions about our stay in the group. We were given a little present at the check-out - a couple of little water bottles and some sweets. We were also given a voucher for a free one-night stay that we could enjoy within the next 13 months. We had a great time at the hotel and in Marrakech.

It is in a quiet location in Marrakech, away from the chaotic honking in the old town. Very recommended for those ones looking for a nice sleep night. The personal is very welcoming.

Everything was great. Some things to enhance: - In-hotel breakfast. The hotel recommends a couple of places really close to have breakfast. It would be better to have breakfast directly at the hotel instead. The places are 1 to 4 min away though (La Marlette was our favorite) - Night lamps: for night readers, it would be great that all rooms count with night table lamps. They were not available in our room.

Location - 10 minute ride from the airport, less than 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Medina (old city) is not exactly around the corner, but that's an advantage to me - we definitely had a very quiet and peaceful environment around the hotel. Employees and service. Very welcoming and friendly and definitely customer-oriented. Free coffee and juices in the lobby, offer of a free spa procedure (didn't use), a gift voucher for a free night the next stay - that's the offer I will seriously consider for the next Marrakech trip. Free water and sweets every day and at the checkout. Breakfast - we didn't order it, so no information. The room was modern, certainly not huge, but not cramped, too. Enough free sockets to charge all your devices. Coffee machine and a tea pot. A jar of sweets (probably sponsored by the local dentist community) Curtains were more of a see-through type, but tAll I can complain about, if at all - another dust bin in the room would be fine (there's only one in the bathroom).he rollout shades are there to keep you safe from the morning sun. Wifi signal was fine, just don't forget to scan the qr code at reception, it's nowhere to be found in the room. A definite 10/10 experience and a sincere recommendation.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff—was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, especially Imane. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The location is also great—yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day exploring the city ( highly recommend the SPA) The breakfast was delicious. A huge thank you to Imane and to the entire team at Swiss Continental Hotel. You made our trip to Marrakech unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience!
