Hospitality, location and super clean rooms ( and hotel in general ) 10/10 !!! Always a super warm welcome from Ibtissam, Chaimae, Imane and Abdou! Many thanks for always being kind and helpful! Before this hotel I booked in a hurry another 4 star place and I literally ran away from there because it was so bad! I saw Swiss hotel had the best reviews and I rushed to this hotel and in 5 minutes I was checked in, with a nice welcome drink and cookies! So trust me that this place is a gem! The hotel also has a very cute pink terras for the ones who want to post on social media :p or work there. The wifi is also 10/10, I work remote and not once I had trouble doing my work and calls! Perfect located in a safe and upscale area with loads of nice restaurants and bars! Also around 20 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and Jardin Majorelle. The room is super clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Many respect for housekeeping. Carrefour around 6 min walk and mini markets across the hotel etc.

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel and had an incredible experience. The staff, including Imane, Abdelilah, Chaima, (security guy) and Hamza, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The location on Rue Yugoslavia in GUELIZ is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and breakfast options nearby. A taxi to Djema El Fna costs around 20/30 dirhams, making it easily accessible (6 min) The rooms were immaculately clean, and the shower was outstanding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While the hotel is still in its early stages and figuring some things out, they are receptive to feedback and committed to improving. I look forward to returning in the future. The rooms were clean, hot water, walkable to good restaurants, A/C unit, elevator, small hotel, you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp.

Breakfast wasn’t good, no lounge area, it is on a noisy street, they pressure you to write a review right when you are trying to check out/taxi to the airport- they are very pushy. They will even help you write a positive google review. Also, I tried booking a private tour through the hotel and I was very clear with what I wanted- they confirmed they could do it. Then, last minute (ie 6 pm the day before), they texted me back and changed the details. I ultimately had to cancel the private tour and scramble to find another option.

The hotel is well located outside the Medina. About 30-40 minutes walking to the Medina or about 5-6min taxi ride. The hotel and our room were clean. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and always helpful. They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning for 200 MAD. They offered the same service from the airport to the hotel but we wanted to try the bus number 19 (airport - Medina) for 30 MAD per person. Our room had a big terrace with a jacuzzi that we could enjoy 24/7. In the hotel's lobby there are a coffee machine with a large variety of coffee types and a juice machine. During our check-in the hotel receptionist treated us with traditional tea and biscuits. She explained everything that we needed to know. We were added to a WhatsApp group with people from the hotel and we could ask any questions about our stay in the group. We were given a little present at the check-out - a couple of little water bottles and some sweets. We were also given a voucher for a free one-night stay that we could enjoy within the next 13 months. We had a great time at the hotel and in Marrakech.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff—was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, especially Imane. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The location is also great—yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day exploring the city ( highly recommend the SPA) The breakfast was delicious. A huge thank you to Imane and to the entire team at Swiss Continental Hotel. You made our trip to Marrakech unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience!

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were absolutely amazing, Eman, Shaima and Ibtisam. The hotel was comfortable, clean and better than many of the 5* hotels we’ve stayed in. The location was a very short walk to the new Gueliz district with plenty of quality restaurants nearby. The area felt safe with people of all ages walking around late into the night. The main Medina is a straightforward 30 mins stroll which we really enjoyed. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially over any of the riads, which were very disappointing for several reasons, safety being one of the top ones! We will most definitely stay again if we visit Marrakesh. A big thank you to the team!

I had a very comfortable stay at the Swiss Continental Hotel in Marrakech. The room was spotless, with the air conditioning working perfectly, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel’s location near the train station is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Special thanks to Ibtissam, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay more enjoyable. The free coffee and juice machine available at any time was a thoughtful touch, and the complimentary 15-minute massage was a delightful bonus. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent quality-to-price ratio, combining cleanliness, comfort, and great service. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Very beautiful and centrally located hotel. Easy to find, and you can park for free either right in front of the hotel or nearby (about 50 meters away) with night security. You’re warmly welcomed with Moroccan tea and cookies. The reception staff (Imane) are very friendly, and the hotel even calls you on your way to check if you have any questions. The room, shower, and bed were exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee, and bottles of water were ready for you in the room. During checkout, very early in the morning, the receptionist (Abdelilah) was also very kind and helpful. Thank you all, and I will definitely be back!

Great communication prior to arrival. Allowed early check in as room was ready. Wonderful welcome and made to feel very comfortable whilst we checked in. Took time to sit with us to go through facilities etc. Good idea to have whatsapp for communication. Room very spacious, very modern. Nice touch full jar of sweets along with usual tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom immaculate with plenty of hot water and toiletries replenished every day. Free coffee/hot chocolate machine in reception

Soundproofing an issue for us. Even with the electric shutters down you could still hear the traffic from the nearby busy road (Room 22) Best to ask for a room at the back! 30 min walk to the medina, slightly longer than anticipated.
