Our stay from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left was spectacular! The staff was beyond helpful, from the guys at check in to the resteraunt and coffee shop staff to the cleaners. The food was authentic and overall great value for money! The swimming pools were excellent, clean and the perfect temperature, the guard even gave my neice 2 swimming lessons at no extra cost! Special mention to the manager at the resteraunt who made us feel so welcome and really helped make sure we had enough warm milk for my toddler several times a day, even leaving a bottle at reception for when we come back in the evening for her last bottle of the night! In terms of service I would give this hotel a 10/10 and I would definitely be visiting again next time I am in Marrakech.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. There was a selection of French pastries, Moroccan breakfast items, fresh fruits, and meats. Enjoying breakfast by the pool was a perfect way to start the day. The restaurant staff were attentive, clean, and helpful in answering questions about the food. The hotel lobby is spacious and ideal for relaxing, making private calls, or enjoying a cup of coffee in peace. I had to extend my stay and they made the change smooth and no questions asked. Thank you to Mr Hussein for the positive attitude and been very welcoming. Overall, I was very happy with my experience from check-in to checkout

Can't complain about a single thing. The rooms we clean and comfortable, the staff were accommodating and so lovely to talk to and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Everyone we dealt with was a credit to themselves and the hotel especially since we only booked the day before and required help for taxis etc.

Absolutely nothing. It would be unfair to comment on anything negative about this place. The only thing we could say is the pool area is very shaded but because of it's location you are never going to have to space to get a lot of sun.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. We were welcomed with Moroccan tea and biscuits and the reception was very accommodative about our request of checkin. My daughters and i did hamam and massage here and the person did a good job. Sauna was good after a long day. . Its conveniently located to other types of restaurants and the area is at a walkable distance to Medina and the city. The reception goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Good place to stay.

The hotel was clean, the wifi is good, the toilet was new and taken care of. Outside pool was pleasant. The currency exchange option is also very handy and they had good rates.

Atrocious breakfast, absolutely not worth the 10 euros they ask for it. The interior of the rooms is a bit old. Bad lighting in the room.

Hotel Meriem was very good as it had really good and comfortable beds and also I like this hotel as the breakfast was very good and there was many options.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the room didn’t get as cool as I wanted it to be.

The hotel is known for its warm and professional reception the front desk staff is friendly,helpful,and always ready to assist guests with any needs. In addition,the cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional,with rooms and public areas maintained daily to the highest standards.

A very nice property in a lovely location in Marrakech! Outside of the craziness of the Medina, this hotel lets you experience the city that most people live in. El Houssain was terrific in making sure we were comfortable and cared for.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, especially the room! The staff are very nice and mindful! Would definitely come back everytime i visit Marrakesh. Highly recommended hotel, loved it!
