The hotel was cozy and sleek. It provided a calm relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and outgoing. The rooftop was very nice and a good place to spend time. There was a hammam and massage available within the hotel so I didn't have to leave for the experience. There was a bar/restaurant downstairs which was of use at your own leisure. If I didn't want to leave the hotel then I didn't have to as you could spend a lot of time at the hotel just to relax and spend time. Add to the fact the hotel had only been open a few months it is of a very nice standard. The shops around the area were also vast, there were a lot of food places to choose from within close proximity, as well as corner shops/bodegas.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet (however as it is a new hotel I was made aware that this is something they aim to introduce). However the breakfast was clean and tasty, definitely a nice way to start the day.

The location is really good. There is plenty of public transportation. It is very walkable to restaurants and cafes. The property seems a bit new. Furnishings were fresh and facilities were very clean. The breakfast was a nice step up from your typical continental breakfast. You ordered individually from a choice of three options. Breakfast was good; coffee was great, and the service was excellent! However, the standout feature was the customer service. Oumaima checked us in. She went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure our comfort! We will stay here again.

The only improvement I could suggest regards the firmness of the mattress and pillows. By North American standards, nearly all the mattresses in Morocco are too firm. This is a preference. Since there are four pillows on the bed, why not two firm and two soft so that customers can choose their preference?

I recently stayed at Fashion Hotel and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Manal. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I felt at home. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests were truly remarkable

I really liked the staff, the hotel itself was nice. It’s very clean and bright. Mohammad at the deck was super friendly and professional, very helpful to us at check out with the printing of boarding passes and booking us a taxi.

Could of had nicer toleit roll.

Every damn thing was perfect, it’s quite popular so it’s easy to get around town and it’s also close to everything and everywhere.

Loved their breakfast, the accessibility to places and there’s a money changing store just right across.

Very clean, really friendly and attentive staff (especially at breakfast), strong wifi, dark room when trying to sleep, stylish decor, and a lovely rooftop pool. The check in and check out was efficient, the breakfast was lovely, and the rain shower was a highlight.

A hairdryer in the bedroom would be helpful

The property itself was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel being away from the Medina, but still not so far. We will able to find nice places for dinner. The food at the restaurant was good too. The breakfast was our favorite.

Perfect location if you have to stay near the train station or you just prefer staying outside the Medina in the modern area (nice restaurants and a mall nearby). The hotel and the room seemed brand new. Nice rooftop to relax.

Mattress was a bit too firm for my taste

Would 100% recommend. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty. Location is good and within walking distanvce of the medina. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! They were extremely welcoming and hospitable. To name but a few Mohammed, Manal and Said provided a 5 star service and we can't thank them enough for making our stay in Marakesh so comfortable. Beautiful city and beautiful people. Would not hesitate in booking again..

Good location, close to gueliz and all the nightlife. Staff are very kind, clean hotel, good breakfast included.

Not enough drinks variety. But lots of shops nearby…
