Overall excellent experience. Great value for money. Nice clean hotel in centre of Gueliz with all amenities and plenty of restaurants in short walking distance. Reception staff especially Tariq was very polite and helpful. Late check out is possible at extra cost. 20 euros till 3 pm and 30 euros till 5pm. They have luggage room. Taxis are available outside hotel and cost around 5 euros to Jemaa el fna. Breakfast has egg station and enough choice for everybody. Room was cleaned every day and beds were comfortable. Train station is about 10 minutes walk. Hotel restaurant and bar was also good.

No fresh juice at breakfast and no iron in room.

We enjoyed and liked the hotel. Everyone was friendly from the bellman to desk staff, always smiling, helpful. I met Jihane, Yassine, Tarik, I am sorry I do not remember the names of all who were very nice to me. The room was very nice, clean. It had sofa furniture, water kettle which was important because of a medication my husband takes. Loved the pillows too. The lady at the omelette bar, Yousera, was very sweet and efficient. I am so pleased just to be around friendly people in a foreign land. I don’t always see that in hotels now a days when I travel. The outdoor dining/pool area was out of this world. Just beautiful. I posted pictures here. BTW, we travelled with a tour group and thoroughly enjoyed Morocco. Beautiful country, nice people.

Upon arrival we were put on the top floor in a room with no balcony but after asking we were moved into a nice street-looking room with a balcony. We enjoyed so much sitting on the balcony. Choose the street-looking rooms, the internal courtyard can be noisy in the evening. we liked the breakfast, especially the grill selection. The bed was was nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly, especially at the reception.

Bathroom was very basic, it would need refurbishing. We missed a rug on the floor, especially in the bathroom.

We stayed in half-board and had a strange thing that we had never experienced before at the buffet ! People filled there plates with food and filled plates with all the desserts at the same time ! So when us civilised people were ready for a dessert there were none left :-( . We then had to wait ages for the staff to go and get some more . This happened every night (4 nights )

From the moment we arrived we were met with such a friendly welcome at reception!and that continued throughout the whole hotel!staff are so nice and helpful felt very safe and location was excellent!rooms spotless clean and beautiful 🤩 big thanks to senia she kept our room spotless!breakfast was delicious!!excellent value for money.we will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel and it’s amazing staff .

We had an exceptional stay at the Blue Sea Le Printemps hotel. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and they really tried their best to accommodate guests in the best manner possible. The buffet breakfast was of a variety and always topped up. The room was always kept clean on a daily basis. The location was ideal and close to the main attractions. There is a taxi base right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. You really get value for money at this hotel. We would definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

As I expected from an other experience with a blue sea hotel (in Madrid, this was the reason of my choice) i found this hotel excelent. Perfect rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. Situated near the trainstation, restaurants, fastood, telephone company ( Inwi) in the neighborhood ...

It was written: check in until 20h which is absurdly early, as i knew i would arrive later at 22h i tried to arrange a later check in time through booking.com, but didnt get a affirmative answer. In the end i checked in with no problem at a full staffed reception. But why this misinformation? You need to be sure of such a thing when traveling...

The hotel is located in an easily accessible location. I checked in early, so the reception stuff gave me a room ready in case i didn't want to wait, it was spacious, very clean, had evrything you needed, air conditioning, hairdryer,soap, a lot of hot water and a refrigerator. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the terrace was nice and spacious. There is also a cafeteria manned by cheerful workers during the night.

The pillows were clean but not comfortable at all, i only stayed one night so it was not necesssary for me to ask for another, but they are always up to help you.

The room was spacious with a lot of storage space, which is wonderful for a woman! The room had a working air conditioner which is important in Marrakech during the summer. TV had channels that were for English speakers and the breakfast was actually quite good. It was a basic breakfast but with quite a few options. The pool was fantastic, though it was small. Really it is a nice property

You know I can't say much about anything that I didn't like. I believe that I got what I paid for. It would be nice if they had a spa, but there is one across the street.

The room was clean and like I expected for a 4 star hotel in Marrocco. Naima kept our room clean and always helpful and friendly. The bed was good and comfortable. The room was warm and nice. Breakfast was good.

The staff in the recption couldn´t give any information about restaurants, where to find massage or where to go to Hamam. They couldn´t give any information which you expect that receptionist should be able to give.
