There is someone in reception all the time. Breakfast was nice. From the moment of arriving there was this can do attitude which I loved, nothing was a problem. As I had extended my stay and had asked if I could have the same bed there was an instant reaction with "of course" I choose this hostel as it is in walking distance from the bus and train station as I arrived when it was getting dark. Having been in the old part of Marrakesh where with all these motorbikes etc. racing around and causing all that pollution I'm glad I didn't stay there in a hostel. I'm a big coffee drinker and they gave me my own kettle so had hot water for my coffee. As there are a few floors there are bathrooms and toilets on every floor. You can have your washing done in the hotel but I like to do my own. I found a place close by, it's part of the car wash and it's a laundrette, easy to use.

There was no key to the room but I never worried about that as there is a locker in the room. Somehow you feel safe in the hotel.

Perfect location close to station and the staff went above and beyond to help with the misunderstanding whilst checking in. Close to restaurants and shops and only a short walk from medina. Would definitely stay again.

There is a club next door but can be quiet noisy but it didn't bother me. Unfortunately the pool wasn't filled but that's more than likely the season.

The staffs are very nice and very helpful with my needs. Good spot for solo travel seeking a place to rest. About 30 minutes walk to the old town market. Very safe and clean. There is a club by it's side and if you are a light sleeper, the music can keep you awake, it did not bother me.

I have been in this hostel before so that was the reason I booked it again for 2 days and extended it with two days. I used the pool too as it was too cold the last time.

Nothing I can think of other than toilet paper seems to disappear quickly ;-) so have to ask for it at reception.

I loved my stay here. The rooms are clean and modern, and the lockers and beds are great. Lots of communal areas to hang out and make new friends. A very social hostel and I made lots of travel buddies.

The location was good, near to train station, Ther room is very clean and the staff were very kind. what else?? If i need to point out the issue, first time it is not easy to find out the hotel, need to change the name plate

Great location, really pleasant and clean, but the thing that makes this such a very good place to stay are the staff and the delicious food ...

the staff were very nice and accommodating. the room was decent with working air conditioning. I loved the pool.
