The location is very good, close to bus and train station, grocery store and some restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 24 hrs reception. They tidy up the room and change towels daily

Minor things, The building is not as new as how it looks like. Could’ve been better if there’s a bottle of water and a couple of glasses and hair dryer in the room

Hotel Safia it's conveniently located few steps from the train station, in front of the Royal Theatre. It's a safe street. We have found kind and welcoming staff, the room was big and very clean. We only stayed one night, so the "noise" from the main road the hotel is located on didn't really bother us. Overall, we thought the sound from outside was not too bad and the windows did a decent insulating job. The bed was big and comfy.

Breakfast option not included. that was the only case in our two weeks Morocco trip

Our stay at Hotel Safia was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were immersed in an atmosphere of hospitality. This is an option for those who are accustomed to European service, but with a little local flavor The hotel's location is ideal - just a few steps from Marrakech Train Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers arriving by train. We enjoyed an amazing view of the theater right from our room. And we even went into the theater, where they showed us everything. The rooms were cozy and stylishly decorated, with modern amenities and free good Wi-Fi. The breakfast food was absolutely amazing! The breakfast is varied, we visited five hotels in Morocco and here the breakfast was the best, considering the comfortable price per night at the hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and relaxing, with excellent service and caring staff. We would definitely recommend Hotel Safia as the perfect place to stay in Marrakech and look forward to returning again!"

Good location, comfortable and clean rooms

Initially, the front desk tried to overcharge me despite having a confirmed booking with price details. The doorman was extremely rude—he demanded money upfront before unloading our luggage. Later, he insisted we leave the luggage downstairs so he could bring it up himself and even pushed and dragged one of my friends when she tried to use a different elevator.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly polite. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, I experienced a peaceful atmosphere inside my room. The proximity to attractions is a definite plus, and the view of the Royal Theatre is simply stunning. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return on my next visit.

The rooms were minimalistic but met our needs well! They have a long table with a chair, a mirror, a TV, a sofa chair, bed side tables, a cupboard with hangers, storage shelves and a balcony too! The bathroom was amazing too! It had many towels, tissues, argon oil shower gel and shampoo, and soap. Breakfast is similar every morning with tea/coffee, omellete, orange juice, cake, croissants and bread. It is served by the pool which is really nice with green decor table and chairs. There is also a mini restaurant with tables and chairs. Hotel staff are so polite and friendly! They are very approachable for any of your concerns. Location is perfect! Being near many shops and restaurants is really convenient. The hotel is also very accessible with two lifts as well as the beautiful staircase!

I had booked two rooms, in one of them there was no mirror. In the two person bedrooms, there is only one socket in the room which is not near the bed and one socket in the bathroom near the sink however in the three person bedrooms there are two sockets in the room with one near the bed and one near the window and also one in the bathroom. The air con does make some sound at any temp below 23c which is more annoying at night but is something to just get used to.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean. The location was superb. There is a bus stop just as you step out of the hotel. You can catch a bus to Jama Al Fanaa or Manara Mall. There is McDonald's, KFC and eating places just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are always very helpful and they make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was very good. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you for making our experience a memorable one.

The rooms were clean and a comfortable size. The location was centrally located and close to many of the activities and attractions that we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

The main challenge for us was that there was no parking at the hotel. It was awkward to load and unload our luggage, as well as pick up and drop off our group on the busy street. There were a couple of minor misunderstandings with the staff but they were quickly corrected. One of our group had a shower that was a bit difficult to handle, but it was minor in the overall experience.

The location was in a neighbourhood we would never have discovered if it was not for the hotel. The staff was lovely and very helpful. And a bus stop to the touristic area was right in front of the hotel, perfect!

Initially, the communication before the arrival. I contacted the hotel via booking and didn’t get an answer but when I email them directly, they responded promptly and were very efficient. So I would recommend emailing them directly.

The people were amazing, the breakfast was good. The AC in the room also worked.

The pictures look a little bit better then in real life. We were expecting much more based on the pictures but the rooms are not that new. It had not changed our mind about the hotel, amazing place, clean, staff were amazing.
