I was upgraded to suite, so I had also a living room with another TV and 2 sofas and the kitechen. All staff were very nice, the room was quiet at night as I had asked it to inner yard. During the day some noise of the construction. The breakfast had plenty of variation. The surraunding safe and comfortable. The terrace was very nice, and ramadan buffet looked absolutelly fabulous. But it was all sold out, what a pity.

The cheese Vache and milk for the cereals were all morning on the warm table. Cold products should have a cold plate! The second morning I felt that that cheese was even old, but I ate a bit. As a result I got diarrhea and vomited the sink full in the next accomodation! Attention in these things! Tourist may have a sensitive stomach as I have. I cant understand, how adult people make so much noise at the stairs - they should remember, that the doors to the rooms are like paper.

The room was comfy, and the location was nice and quiet. Overall, the staff was very friendly. It is a bit far from the city center, which gives a lot of security for walking around the street.

On my first day there, the air conditioning controller wasn't working, so they sent a guy to fix it. After he brought me a new controller, he wouldn't leave and kept trying to chat with me, which made me feel uncomfortable as a young woman by myself. The shower didn't have any step difference from the rest of the bathroom, so every time I showered, the whole bathroom floor would get wet, which was an inconvenience.

Firstly don't listen to the negative reviews,this hotel was a delight to stay in Staff at reception, cafe, restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much. Breakfast was good each morning, not much of a change each day but lovely none the less!

If I was to be pedantic, the hotel is dry which we didn't realise at the time of booking. That was our own fault not the hotels, and it didn't take from our stay at all. The hotels location is a bit far from both the new and old part so lots of taxis but it didn't bother us too much.

The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast served was tasty and fresh. The Wifi provided by the hotel was good and stable. The area surrounding the hotel was quite safe. Good location, it is easy to reach the centre on foot.

During my stay the elevator didn't work and we had to climb the stairs on the 4th floor several times. The rooftop was renovated so there was no possibility to sit there. The kitchen in the room was not really useful, there was no cooking equipment or plates. The cleaning lady scared us by leaving the lights in our room open and television on, the door of the balcony was also open. We thought that someone broke into our room! Such situations shouldn't take place.

Staff were lovely, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, lovely coffee and fresh orange juice. Pool area was very cool and shaded, very nice to escape the heat of the city. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Thank you very much for a fabulous holiday! ☺️

Unfortunately while we were there the roof terrace was being renovated and was not open to hotel guests. We were not informed of this until we arrived at the hotel. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing up there after a busy day sightseeing and it was an important part of choosing a hotel for us. Also the lift was out of order due to the renovation work. This was not really a problem for us but for others with mobility issues this could be a major problem.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. It has a whole load of reviews that are not great. We knew it was far from the medina but to be honest we enjoyed the 40 minute walk in. The rooms are big and clean. We had a balcony with a little chair and table. It had double glass door for the noise. Yes the bathroom is basic but again it did the job. Breakfast is weak, boiled eggs bread a bit of cheese. And it’s the same every single day, but again it was included so who can complain for the price! The staff are extremely friendly. Yussef was super kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay Amani!

Breakfast variety and location are the downsides. But not really a deal breaker! You can always grab a 3€ taxi into the Medina which is under 10 minutes away.

Everything Good breakfast excellent staff

The lift had not been working apparently since February and we were on the 4th floor . I was exhausted in the heat going up and down but when I spoke to the staff they were able to arrange a room on the 2nd floor so I was happy Also there a night club a few doors down and there’s a lot of noise between 5-6.30 Of cars motorbikes- the only benefit was that it helped me wake up on time to get going and organise the family

The location is great, close to the central train station. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was included and offered good variety. Double glazing windows kept us asleep.

The insulation of our door was not as good as the window, so i could hear the other guests opening or closing the rooms in the morning. There was no option for iron opportunity. Other than that, we had a great memorable stay in Amani Hotel.
