This is a no frills hotel which, for the price, is perfect for three days in Marrakech. Slightly out of the busy centre, in a neighbourhood with wider streets and trees, very near the train station (literally five minutes walk) it was calm to come back to after days exploring the souks. The room was small but comfortable and spotless. The shower was powerful and spacious. There is a fridge in the room and floor length windows to hang out of and watch the world go by. There is air conditioning and a safe in the room. I would come back here again.

The staff weren't overly friendly. The coffee was overpriced and there was no kettle in the room. There was a rooftop restaurant advertised which, when we walked up all the stairs possible, was a locked door onto an empty roof. It would have been nice to have more info displayed about the spa treatments and tours organised, as I didn't feel able to approach the (male) receptionists. However, for the price, (thirty euros a night for two of us) , these are all quibbles.

The staff including the owner were extremely friendly and helpful and fulfilled every request with absolute kindness. The owner also gave us a recommendation of good restaurants in Marrakesh and took us into town several times to save us a cab. The owner really tried to make everything possible for us and even though the electricity was temporarily out of order in the region through no fault of his own, he made every effort to find a replacement and apologized several times. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever seen in terms of staff. Thank you very much and see you next time:)

Great location for those traveling somewhere thanks to proximity to TCM buses and train station. I was able to check in late (~2200), have an early breakfast and leave before 0800. Staff were professional and efficient. Functional aircon.

There was a metal pipe stuck into the toilet bowl which was... Weird. Although good, it's a generic european-style hotel, nothing moroccan about it. Maybe that's what you want, but for me it was a choice of necessity. The location is good for travel, but not great for visiting the city itself. Bathroom ventilation wasn't working.

Clean, Convenient for airport access, Nice staff. Charming decor throughout the hotel. Extra blankets and pillows in the room, nice lighting, plenty of outlets and shower was hot with great pressure! good wifi. Would recommend and I would stay again.

Not so much "didn't like" these are jut little critiques. My view. The room faced a sort of enclosed dome inside a crawl space(?). it could be beautiful and sun filled but it felt a little neglected. To be fair, I likely would not have reviewed at all (the survey asks specifically about the view) and my friend's room had a balcony (cute table and chairs) facing the lively street so I happen to have a lot to compare. Also please have water in the rooms. My AC did it's best but it was nearly 100 degrees at night, water would have helped. Again, not really "dislikes", I'd stay again it was quite pleasant.

Satff are very polite, rooms are very clean and location is very good. It is very close to Train station and airport. Also there are many bus stops nearby. Menara Mall is just 15 mins walk away from hotel.

Breakfast buffet menu is less compared to other hotels which provide buffet. Would be nice to add few more items in the buffet menu. Food hygiene is very good. Everything is very clean and staffs are very polite.

One the best hotel in Marrakech the location,service,breakfast and staff all are 5 stars i had to print my boarding pass and they helped me to print out as well. All shops and restaurants are just nearby and Marrakech Train Station is Just 5 minutes walk. The hotel is in very nice,clean and safe area which feels more comfortable to walk even in the evening and the famous market is Jemaa Lfna is just 8 minutes in taxi. I will definitely stay again whenever i visit Marrakech.

Very quiet and conveniently situated between the airport ant city centre. Every member of staff we encountered was cheerful and helpful. A nice continental type breakfast buffet was provided each morning and the coffee was excellent.

A three star hotel sometimes attracts guests who cannot be rated in kind words. Just one incident of noisy children late at night but at no fault of the property.

outside it looks average once inside staff very friendly and helpful corridoors well lit .room spacious and plenty plug sockets extra pillows and blankets fridge/minibar worked perfectly as did air con and a red hot shower

breakfast buffet was bit of a let down was ok plenty of cake coffee machine was iffy but would defo stay again

Excellent location near to the train station. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean room with huge comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with toiletries and good strong, hot shower. Nice buffet breakfast. There is also a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel where we had kofta and eggs, delicious! Nice surrounding area.

Very good value for money. The hotel is actually better in person that the pictures suggest. Very satisfied with our room and the service.

None I can think of. It's a 3 star so some stuff are missing but all in all, it's very good.
