Great location for us as we needed to be close to the airport for our final stay. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was good value for what we paid and had everything we needed.

The room had a sewage smell which wasn’t pleasant particularly at night when sleeping. This is quite common of Moroccan properties because the sewage system isn’t great. There were other empty rooms near ours so it’s a shame they didn’t think to give us a different room because of the smell. As we were just staying one night we didn’t bother asking, but if it was more than one night we would have asked to change rooms. The aircon was old and noisy, I think it also needed cleaning as it felt dusty when it turned on.

The hotel is located outside the downtown area, in a district with other hotels and modern buildings. It’s close to the bus station, railway station, and a shopping mall. The room was warm, the Wi-Fi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Although the windows faced the street, I didn’t hear any noise at night. There’s an option to pay by card. The restaurant opens early, so I was able to enjoy a morning coffee. The area is safe. I was walking in the late evening alone from the downtown.

The only downside was that the kettle for boiling water was missing, despite being mentioned in the room description. The room’s interior was a bit outdated, but it was clean and functional.

Overall good value and beside the Suprabus Station so it was perfect for my ongoing trip and an easy walk to the new part of Marrakesh. Staff friendly

The price they charged me was not the price advertised on the first 2 pages of booking.com and I'm still trying to get this resolved. The hotel said I'd have to take it up with Booking and this has been time-consuming. If this did not happened it would have been a better Overall staff friendly

Spacious room, air con, balcony, quiet area, on site cafe, fridge in room, good size bathroom and toiletries, room cleaned and restocked each day. Some staff not as friendly or helpful as others, not clear when cafe is open and not, breakfast is poor (variety or quality), no kettle in room, no information pack in room. Personally, my toilet had a leak so had to have a towel on the floor the whole time which got saturated quite quick.

The staff The front desk receptionist he made his own policy saying that the hotel won’t allowed somebody from Marrakesh to stay in the hotel located in Marrakesh and this thing is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel policy online, and as result I lost the booking fees

This is a no frills hotel which, for the price, is perfect for three days in Marrakech. Slightly out of the busy centre, in a neighbourhood with wider streets and trees, very near the train station (literally five minutes walk) it was calm to come back to after days exploring the souks. The room was small but comfortable and spotless. The shower was powerful and spacious. There is a fridge in the room and floor length windows to hang out of and watch the world go by. There is air conditioning and a safe in the room. I would come back here again.

The staff weren't overly friendly. The coffee was overpriced and there was no kettle in the room. There was a rooftop restaurant advertised which, when we walked up all the stairs possible, was a locked door onto an empty roof. It would have been nice to have more info displayed about the spa treatments and tours organised, as I didn't feel able to approach the (male) receptionists. However, for the price, (thirty euros a night for two of us) , these are all quibbles.

The staff including the owner were extremely friendly and helpful and fulfilled every request with absolute kindness. The owner also gave us a recommendation of good restaurants in Marrakesh and took us into town several times to save us a cab. The owner really tried to make everything possible for us and even though the electricity was temporarily out of order in the region through no fault of his own, he made every effort to find a replacement and apologized several times. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever seen in terms of staff. Thank you very much and see you next time:)

Satff are very polite, rooms are very clean and location is very good. It is very close to Train station and airport. Also there are many bus stops nearby. Menara Mall is just 15 mins walk away from hotel.

Breakfast buffet menu is less compared to other hotels which provide buffet. Would be nice to add few more items in the buffet menu. Food hygiene is very good. Everything is very clean and staffs are very polite.

Great location for those traveling somewhere thanks to proximity to TCM buses and train station. I was able to check in late (~2200), have an early breakfast and leave before 0800. Staff were professional and efficient. Functional aircon.

There was a metal pipe stuck into the toilet bowl which was... Weird. Although good, it's a generic european-style hotel, nothing moroccan about it. Maybe that's what you want, but for me it was a choice of necessity. The location is good for travel, but not great for visiting the city itself. Bathroom ventilation wasn't working.

Arguably one of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed at. REally good location near the train station and within 1km of Jamaa El Fna (old city). Discrete but really helpful staff. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little limited but can't complain about that. Would stay there again and recommend anyone staying there.
