We really loved our stay as a family of 3, the room was cosy and the beds are comfortable. Great shower , nice breakfast, amazing pool ( which is too cold during wintermonths but that was not a problem to us) . The hotel feels very welcoming due to the amazing staff. Special thanks to Sarah who went out of her way to make us feel special, we had a slight problem but she really made our stay memorable. I used the hammam which i recommend, Hind is a lovely lady who takes her job very serious but is also a pleasure to be around with. I would come again in a heart beat. Shukran!

Would be usefull to have a little light in the room for 3 people so others can sleep and you dont have to find your way in the dark

Wonderful property at a great location. Great poolhouse restaurant, Zenab was absolutely fabulous, went out of the way to make the guests feel very welcome and comfortable. Food & cocktails were superb. Ibtissim at the reception was amazing. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious, opera-facing. Very noisy due to traffic but it didn't bother us much (double balcony door did mitigate the noise). We booked the day trip to Agafay desert through the hotel and the experience was good.

Very minor point and note to other guests - please check your minibar when you check-in to your room. Ours was empty when we checked-in, and we didn't notice nor bother. But during check-out, the reception staff made a bill for the minibar, & we told him it was empty & we obv didn't use anything, he asked us a couple of times to make sure we were recalling correctly, making it a bit awkward.

Breakfast was fabulous. Could eat until 10.30. Lovely buffet with lots of choice and plenty of healthy choices as well as gorgeous selection of pastries etc. Beautiful pool area with lovely surroundings. Smell of the orange blossom was gorgeous. The hotel room was comfortable and there were lots of seating areas which were all very nice on the ground floor. Hotel food was top quality for snacks, lunch etc. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The staff are outstanding. So helpful and kind. Easy to get taxi to Medina etc and the surrounding streets had lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend Grand Plaza.

Rooms are very spacious and bed comfortable Breakfast could be more varied as becomes very repetitive for a week stay, possibly more English/American options where possible, fresh egg counter is good though, pool area is very good, the gym could have more equipment and better use of the space, but there is a gym next door but it’s very expensive - food at restaurant is good, same with room service very good Bar/lounge is nice but alcohol is pricey but that’s default in Marrakesh overall pretty good, but fairly expensive for what it is Central location not too much of a walk to good restaurants areas Staff friendly, gave me a slightly later checkout as I was sick on my day prior to leaving which was good

Gym could be better, and more variation at breakfast One major gripe to avoid - the aggressive taxi drivers outside the Hotel trying to police the ride hailing apps whilst simultaneously trying to rip off tourists with extortionate prices, just ignore these guys and go elsewhere away from these parasites outside the hotel

I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Plaza and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to my overall experience. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! From the cleaners to the hotel reception staff from Jawad, Ibrahim, Sara, Siham and Ibtissam.

nice hotel a bit outside the city centre with very good facilities and friendly staff

The hotel is very big, very conveniently located right next to the train station, in a very safe and nice modern area of Marrakech. The reception area is wonderful, elegant, you have several lounge areas. The personeel is very helpful and kind. We booked an executive suite and the room was wonderful, huge. We had a living room with a tv, two bathrooms, balcony, dressing area with safe and mini bar and bedroom with another tv. A lot of facilities in the room, very big and comfortable king size bed. We had a lovely view to the pool area. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and we considered it a very good value for money. The lamb tagine was delicious. Breakfast was european style with also live cooking (omelette, pancakes, traditional cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice). All was very good. We would choose this again, it was perfect for us.

All was great

The location just across the road from the train station is very convenient. We were kindly upgraded to a quieter room facing the pool area, rather than the road, which we had asked for at the time of booking. The room was perfectly adequate and clean, and the breakfast offering excellent, although the dining room was rather crowded and busy the morning that we were there.

The bottom seal in the shower was ineffective in keeping water off the bathroom floor.

The hotel had a lovely luxury feel to it but was relaxed and friendly. The rooms were all very comfortable and we loved the pool and spa. The poolside restaurant was not expensive for food and drinks.

The hotel is on a very busy roundabout by the train station so it was definitely worth paying for a room overlooking the pool as we were unaffected by noise from the road.

It is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms with very comfy beds. A very clean hotel that gives you both a feel of the local traditional culture with the western touch. Location is perfect if you don't want to stay in the old town, opposite the train station. All the staff go above and beyond, l couldn't fault them. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Radoune and the breakfast team, who ensured all went well. Mustapha and the Doormen, always smiling and helping with directions - thank you. From check-in to checkout, it was a very good overall experience. I will definitely stay again.

Daily bottle water should be provided every day, not just on the day of arrival. The spa was closed for a week for refurbishment, whilst l was there, which should have been stated on the booking website. Which was one of the reasons l stayed here.
