From the moment we arrived it was perfect, from the doorman to the porter the lady on the desk was so helpful with everything. The breakfast staff was brilliant, manager kept bringing us Moroccan tea and juice. Our rooms 516/517 were cleaned so good by a lovely lady. The lady on the desk let us keep our room till 4 pm free of charge which was good of her. I'd recommend Grand Plaza to all of you. Oh yes everything is close by the Train station within walking distance, M Avenue Christiano Ronaldo hotel just round corner, Minera Mall up the road, Madina square 7 minutes taxi . Forgot...the rooms are spacious also the bathroom too.

Ibrahim at the reception gave us the warmest welcome. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok. Housekeeping staff was one of the best we have ever experienced. The hotel is located on a beautiful road, leading to a shopping mall on one side at the end of the road and train station on the other, right outside the hotel. We tried the spa at the hotel. The neck and shoulder massage was absolutely fantastic.

The staff at the breakfast was not welcoming and attentive. Fatima Zahra (making hot bread) was one of the few who smiled and served well. More attention should be paid to these details.

The Grand Plaza Hotel is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious with a high standard bathroom, there is a beautiful pool area, a delectable breakfast spread and light and airy interiors. However, what makes the hotel is the incredible staff. They were so kind to me during my stay, which I am so grateful for. I was feeling ill after climbing the Atlas Mountains and they were so considerate and helpful. From taking my bags to printing my boarding pass to finding a space for me to rest. They took such good care and had a warm manner. I would highly recommend staying here and I would visit again. Thank you!

Reception: All the girls at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help at any time. When I checked in, I was asking for a room with the Opera House view, the receptionist girl was very helpful to accommendate my needs. The room with a view was so wonderful therefore I extended my booking for the second night. Food & Beverage: Dinners was excellent therefore I had two dinners by the pool during my stay at the Grand Plaza. I was served by waiters Mohamed and Abderrahman the first and the second night. You've got to try the Morrocan and the vegetable soup at the restaurant there. Especially the vege soup was one of the best soup I've ever had around the world Spa & Massage: Receptionist Latifa and Massage girl Laaziza were two beautiful and warming Morrocan Women. The 30-minute face cleaning with Morrocan mud and the 90-minute Morrocan-style Oil Massage were very relaxing and comforting and it worth the money. The very good thing is you can put everything such as restaurant bills and spa expenses on your room and pay together when you check out. The hotel did not ask guest to put any cash or credit card deposit to secure the payment. Thank you for the trust and I will definetely come back to Grand Plaza at Marrakech when the ONCF high-speed trains reach GARE De Marrakech in two years.

The breakfast foods were OK. Most people like the Morrocan pancake to queue in a line. Breakfast staff were a little in a rush to clean the floor and asking guest to leave by 10:30am. If the breakfast hour could be one hour longer, that would be even better.

The service from the staff exceeded my expectations. At check-in, Mr. Ibrahim at the reception welcomed me in a courteous and professional manner and informed me about the facilities of my stay. Mr. Khalid (whom I recognized from a previous stay at the end of 2014) also served me in a friendly, attentive, and professional way during dinner at the restaurant. Mr. Mahdi exceeded my expectations the next morning during breakfast — he was very proactive in his contact with me and truly left nothing to be desired at the buffet. I have a second booking in July and I hope to meet these gentlemen again. I’m very satisfied with everyone I came into contact with, from the concierge, the porter, and all the other restaurant staff. The food was tasty, served hot and quickly. I was pampered by everyone — now that’s what I call relaxing! The room with a view of the pool was very beautiful and very clean. Until next time!

Ants were everywhere in the bathroom.

We really loved our stay as a family of 3, the room was cosy and the beds are comfortable. Great shower , nice breakfast, amazing pool ( which is too cold during wintermonths but that was not a problem to us) . The hotel feels very welcoming due to the amazing staff. Special thanks to Sarah who went out of her way to make us feel special, we had a slight problem but she really made our stay memorable. I used the hammam which i recommend, Hind is a lovely lady who takes her job very serious but is also a pleasure to be around with. I would come again in a heart beat. Shukran!

Would be usefull to have a little light in the room for 3 people so others can sleep and you dont have to find your way in the dark

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a language issue sometimes. The pool area was really nice and comfy sun-loungers, the pool staff were a delight. Our executive room was large and good value for money with lovely view of the pool. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was a treat and the man very helpful.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee refreshed in our room daily, instead of the tray being just for arrival and there was no milk, so we ended up bringing teabags and milk up from breakfast to the room. The music around the pool was repeated often, got a bit annoying as kept hearing the same songs!

Great stay and very much looking forward to returning. Great food and lovely staff
