We were given a free upgrade to a double bed room which was very nice. Fridge in the room, big balcony. Breakfast was really good.

Not all the staff were happy to help. There was this one man at the reception who was using a magnifying glass to read the computer screen who pretty much ignored us every time when spoken to. My friends asked if they could print boarding cards and were told to come later but no one told them that the printer isn't working. Terminal to pay for anything wasn't working for at least two days.

I recently stayed at Hotel Oudaya, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near everything you might need. Whether it’s restaurants, shops, or attractions, everything is just a short distance away. The parking facilities were excellent and very convenient, which was a big plus for me. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety to start the day on the right note. A special thanks to Youssef at the reception, who truly made my stay memorable. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. His excellent service and warm personality made a great impression. I highly recommend Hotel Oudaya for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Thank you again, Youssef, and the entire team!

The hotel was amazing and in keeping with the Morrocan style . The staff were friendly and very attentive Nothing was too much trouble. The place was very clean and eventhough it was not chIc modern it was excellent value for the money You can get the No 1 bus to the main square for 4DH or pay 40/50 at least for a taxie and maybe more on the way back -last bus back about 10 30 Turn right outside Hotel then turn Left then turn right at the top of road ,.the bus stop is along this main road 5mins walk from Hotel .

A friend was disappointed there was not more than 7 sunbeds .. I understand it was city break not a pool type holiday, but some people like a sunbed if not venturing out .. Maybe the management will note this The pool/restaurant area is more shady than sunny which I suppose in high season that is welcome . The whole area is lovely. The breakfast was quite varied so there was something for everyone.

Cleaning lady Nazha was very good & kind she cleaned the room everyday verywell & also extra services. Swimming pool is very clean Ayoub the guy from the swimming pool was very kind Mustapha&Abdul the ober in the restaurant is so hospitality kind. All the staff were so friendly. Reception persons were very welcoming. The man in night reception was my favourite very hospitable. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Everything is perfect for the price & definitely more than worth it. Food in restaurant was really nice for a good price aswell like the fries pizza & cocktails You have small shops in the hotel even a hammam & beauty salon. Also art everywhere is such a great vibe. If I come to Marrakech I will always come back to this hotel. The vibe & type of people that come to this hotel was lovely & unforgettable memories.

Everything was perfect actually.

The location was perfect. Right in the city centre in Gueliz area with plenty of shops and cafes around and very easy to find public transport. The room was decent size and bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel with lots of choice and seating area by the pool.

The AC in the room wasn’t cold enough for Marrakech heat and took forever to cool the room down but it was good enough to make you feel comfortable. The fridge in my room didn’t work so that was a bit let down as we always like to keep water and drinks in the room with us specially it being above 30 degrees. The shower was a bit temperamental as in the water will turn hot and then cold on its own but the water pressure was good.

I have stayed at Hotel Oudaya 4 times. This is a fantastic value hotel. It's walking distance from Carre Eden shopping mall (5 minutes). There are amazing restaurants all in a short walking distance. The pool area is nice to hang out in and you can order a drink or meal at the pool. The waiters are always very attentive and the bald one is very funny. Yousef at Reception has always been very helpful whenever I needed anything. All the rooms have air con also.

We had an absolutely amazing time atOudaya hotel. Excellent hotel with perfect location located at the city centre convenient place there are shops banks cafe restaurant spa anything you will need , the hotel extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly guys working in the reception. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We had a delicious dinner and the waiter was so kind and professional. WIFI 💯

Everything was great

The stuff was very nice, especially Ou Mouina from reception, she was very kind and helpful, one more person wich was really nice and look after our room Nezha. Thanks for everything and definitely we will be back. Overall we had a pleasant staying.

We had a car, but the guy from the parking lets us out for 1 night, just because we didn’t tip him . Not professional at all. Very bed internet connection.

The hotel is a bargain. It is clean, provides all the necessities in the room, staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to the main attractions to walk ( approx 45 mins) which was great in the evening when popping out to find somewhere to eat, but not too close that you can’t get away from the hustle and bustle of tourists etc

There are 2 reception areas, we didn’t know we were at the back of the hotel, which is locked at about 11pm, therefore we had to go around to the main entrance, just would have been nice to know before late at night. The rear of the hotel is close to a bar which was noisy in the early hours
