The room was very comfortable. The single/twin beds were very big and comfortable. Room was clean and the wifi was very good. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

The online booking (on booking.com) said the hotel will pick us up from the airport. They did not. The online booking said they would also drop us off to the airport. They did not. We had to pay for our own taxis there and back. (Not sure if this is the hotels fault or booking.com) Also toilet seat was crooked and could have been fitted better. Flush took too long to reset. In front of the main road, so very noisy outside the hotel. If you need silence to sleep, this place isn't for you.

It was clean, good breakfast and helpful staff, we asked to change our room to the back as room in front too noisy and they were very accommodating. The hotel is in the new town but 15 mins by taxi and 35 min walking . It is located in a big avenue that feels safe and with plenty of amenities.

The shower in the mornings, when too many showing at same time the water was cold. The hotel is good but is located in a very busy road.The pillows could be a bit softer.

The rooms have been recently refurbished and looked more comfortable compared to when I last stayed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided me with valuable information, especially Nadia the receptionist who made me welcomed and dealt with a blocked payment with extreme professionalism. A beautiful lady with a beautiful smile.

Very good location in the city center, room was nice and clean. Friendly staff - they helped us with printing our boarding pass for our flight back home.

As the hotel was in the city center, it was very noisy during the night. However, we knew it before we came from the previous reviews and accepted this, so it's ok. Water used for tea during breakfast was cold.

It was really clean and comfortable, the room was big. We had the room cleaned every day we were there. Cleaning staff were friendly.

The reception staff were a little rude. Wouldn’t let our daughter up to our room whilst we quickly changed our clothing. So they were happy to let a young girl stand on her own outside. (She was in the hotel next door) but wasn’t checked in because we checked in first.

Location was really good. Hotel was clean no issues at all with cleanliness. Staff were lovely always speaking to us and asking if everything is ok. Brilliant for everything.

The breakfast was the only issue didn't like it

My favourite hotel so far.and I'm a traveler. Travel a lot.. tge staff very helpful. I have changed my room for a quite one.. the food was amazing. The hotel very clean loved tge shower gel I hope I can buy the same at home. Location perfect easy to park. 5 dirham a day. And tge beautiful pool on the top floor. Modern new. Outside pool so it's not heated. But is good in a hot weather. Everything is very clean.. also the hotel has exchange for a very good value you can change money. Highly recommended 👌. I definitely going back.also loved the style of the hotel... tge doors are beautiful. The beds extra comfy. The bathroom modern clean and not small. There is no problem with hot water. Always had enough.. thank you for the staff make my stay relaxed and comfortable.

It was such a good hotel. Very clean and such friendly and welcoming staff who were always there to support your needs. The location is amazing as it the heart of marrakech. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I liked everything

Location but beware it's not in the location google maps has it labelled as. The hotel is slightly further up the street and on the opposite side across the petrol station. The room (15) has good air con, blackout curtains, good tv,nice bathroom, lots of space (includes sofa). Good storage, nice desk, wifi is pretty good (drops occasionally late at night but otherwise stable).

As above google maps had wrong location. The male staff (head guy) is gruff & somewhat unpleasant to communicate with which is very odd given he should be happy to have customers. Once checked in & settled, the stay was comfortable & I would stay there again
