The facilities of the hotel were really good and the breakfast was also good. The rooms were large and spacious.

Almost all staffs were friendly and good to us. But there was one person in the front desk who tried to scam us. He told us that its difficult to get taxi around 8am in the morning and offered us to get a taxi for 200 MCD to airport. But since i knew it was really expensive we had to reject it, but we got a taxi easily in the morning to the airport for 50 MCD, via indrive app

The breakfast was suberb,the room was clean.

The wifi doesn't work for 1.5 days from the room only at the reception.

Friendly , helpful staff🥰. Walk into the hotel with warm welcome from Mohamad🥰(). I booked without breakfast by mistake😭. As I’m a regular customer he complemented me breakfast 🥞. Big thanks to him 🙏. Also thank you to Saad for giving me hands while I was having breakfast or when I was in the restaurant. BTW Location is great for moving around in a new city 😁. Definitely I will be back ❤️.

Everything is ok. It will be better if the can communicate with house keepers 😭😭. I don’t speak French & Arabic 😂😂😂 .

The cleaning staff — two friendly ladies — were very nice and welcoming. The kitchen staff were also very polite and pleasant. Thank you, Saad, for your friendly gestures.

I wasn’t happy on my first night, as the room was not up to standard. There was a strong smell of gasoline on the carpet, poor plumbing in the bathroom, and a faulty toilet seat that caused water to spill onto the floor when flushed. I reported the issue to the receptionist and was promptly moved to a different room, which I was much happier with. Thank you, Bader.

I love this place! Kind, helpful, polite, welcoming staff. Great location. Spacious, modern, comfortable room with fridge. Strong shower,hot water and AC, blackout curtains for a good sleep. Generous buffet breakfast.Well ~ maintained property and dipping pool. Even a safe for valuables in room. In upscale neighborhood near Carrefour supermarket and big mall. Great cleaning establishment a few doors down, quick and efficient to catch up on laundry! Elevator for mobility-challenged.

Easy check in lovely big room & bathroom after the shower problem the staff were very good i was offered another room but i chose to stay in first one 408 as it was a nicer & more light i was feeling tired & abit stressed but the man on reception was very good & the next day after checking out at 12 he allowed me to stay on at the pool until late afternoon to enjoy swimming i had a very nice relaxing day.Thank you to all staff sorry i was abit ratty regards shower. Lovely clean hotel i will stay again Food & drinks very nice & reasonable price too. Lovely staff in the restaurant made me very welcome.

I arrived tired & really needed a shower after a long walk the shower came gushing out everywhere the pipe was broke i cudnt get it to turn off, the water leaked under the glass & bathroom was flooded right through in to bedroom, It was fixed straight away & the staff mopped it all up, but it was just something i could nicely have done without.

The location was nice and we were very close to the train station. Walkable distance from restaurants and just 15 mins walk from the Jardin Marjorelle and YSL museum. So if you want to roam around new Marrakech on foot, it is easily possible from the hotel.

Better pay online before arriving else you would have to pay extra than originally planned. The card machine was only charging in Dirhams, so they converted first our amount to Dirhams and then when you pay by card you will again loose money in conversion via the bank.

I discovered the swimming pool. The temperature was good for swimming. The pool was clean and you could sit at tables and eat breakfast or have tea. And the common room was very comfortable and attractive. The staff booked a wonderful entertainment at Chez Ali...a huge spectacle with performers, horses and riders, songs and theatrics. The food was varied, abundant and traditional. I wouldn't have missed this for the world.

The best of this experience was that walked my luggage to this hotel when my old hotel was booked up for several days. There was a spa within walking distance and night life if you are interested.

There was a person who works as a night staff and he was very helpful.In the night staff there was a man who was very nice and his nature and behaviour is very nice.He treats you as if you are his family.I have forgotten his name but he was a middle aged man.

This property charged me per night and it was separate.The other hotels I went to in other cities didn’t do this. The swimming pool timing is a fixed time and it shouldn’t be like that , if you come back late you can’t use it after 6 pm.

Lovely staff, easy check-in and really well located. Room was quite big and bathroom was much better that I thought. It could do with a bit of upgrades but it works well and clean (bear in mind that I'm really fussy about this). The area is full of restaurants and good options for shopping. Really well conected to the Medina by bus for 4MAD pp.

Breakfast is very basic, just pastries. Nice but it could have more variety.
